Is the Antenuptial contract and Tafweedh document prepared by Darul Ihsaan valid?

Antenuptial contract which excludes the accrual provision is necessary to enable one to have an Islamic Will. Tafweedhut Talaaq is permissible. Nevertheless, do not acquire the services of the deviate entity.
