Answer
The entity Darul Ihsan is a deviate modernist clique. Do not use any of their documents prepared. Antenuptial contract which excludes the accrual provision is necessary to enable one to have an Islamic Will. Tafweedhut Talaaq is permissible. Nevertheless, do not acquire the services of the deviate entity.
