Question

My deceased father is survived by four daughters, three sisters and a son of his brother. There are no other relatives. How should his estate be distributed?

Answer

The daughters receives two thirds which they should share equally. The one third is for the paternal nephew. The sister do not inherit in this case.

The answer is incorrect. The correct answer is as follows:

Two thirds are for the 4 daughters to share equally, and one third is for the 3 sisters to share equally. In this case the nephew does not inherit.
