The will of the deceased is in conflict with the Shariah. According to the law of the land, the estate will be distributed in terms of the will. What should be done?
Answer
The distribution according to kuffaar law will be merely on paper. It remains Fardh on the heirs to distribute the assets according to the Shariah.
