A deceased lady is survived by her three sisters, brother‟s sons and brother‟s daughters. How will her estate be distributed?
Answer
The three sisters inherit two thirds of the estate which they should share equally. The remaining third is for the brother‟s sons. In this case the nieces will not inherit. Only the sisters of the deceased and the sons of the deceased brothers will inherit.
