Can a wife spend of her husband‟s money without his permission?
Answer
Without her husband‟s permission she may take only for essentials such as groceries and essential needs of the home. If her personal needs are necessary, e.g. medicine, sanitary pads and the like, and if the husband is miserly refusing to spend on such needs, then she may take only the amount required for the needs.
