I can acquire a mujaamalah visa for Hajj. I have an amount of money for necessary expenses. Is Hajj Fardh on me?
Answer
If the amount you have is sufficient for the journey to Makkah and back home, then Hajj is Fardh. The mujaamalah visa does not make Hajj fardh.
