Question
A person is a faasiq. He shaves his beard, keeps kuffaar hair styles and indulges flagrantly in sins. Can Zakaat be given to him if he is poor?
Answer
It is not permissible to give Zakaat or Lillah or even interest to the type of flagrant sinner you have described.
