Answer
Ten raka'ts Taraaweeh is bid'ah. It is a political stunt of the Saudi Darul Kufr. Twenty raka'ts are Sunnatul Muakkadah. Perform Taraaweeh in a Musjid where 20 raka'ts are performed or perform 20 raka'ts wherever you are staying.
