A woman stipulated at the time of Nikah that she be given the right to pronounce Talaaq to herself at any time during the marriage. If this condition was accepted by the man, can he revoke it? If valid, will it be Talaaq Raj'i or Baa-in?

Yes, the stipulation by the woman is valid. If he accepts it, he will not be able to revoke it. It will remain valid. She will have the right to pronounce Talaaq to end the marriage. If the condition states: Talaaq Raj'i or Talaaq Baa-in, it will be according to the stipulation.
