Question
My son is excessively insolent to us (his parents). He is vulgar and abusive. Is it permissible to delete him from my will?
Answer
Regardless of your son‟s evil and disobedience, he will inherit in your estate. He may not be deleted from your will. He will inherit his Islamic share. Never do something which you will regret after your death in the Qabr. Allah Ta‟ala will apprehend him right here on earth while the greater punishment will be reserved for the Aakhirat.
