Question
A man made a gift of a house to his second wife who has children from a previous marriage. She has now passed away. Do the children of her current husband also inherit in this house?
Answer
Only her children will be her heirs. The children from the first wife are not her heirs. The children of the first wife are the heirs of only their father.
