There is no secret regarding the fraudulent moon-sighting claims and announcements of the Saudi regime. The Saudi regime does not believe in moon-sighting. They simply deceive Muslims with their claims of having sighted the moon when in fact the moon was not sighted.
Regarding your query, according to the Shariah, the people performing Hajj have no option but to follow the decree of the regime in power. Their Hajj will be valid and the sin will be on the villains who have perpetrated the fraud.
