A woman stipulated in her will that her husband should not inherit in her estate. She has no children. What is the Shariah's law?
Answer
The woman may not state in her will that her husband will not inherit in her estate. He will inherit as the Shariah has prescribed. If she has no children, her husband will inherit 50% of her estate.
