Question
An unmarried woman dies. She is survived by brothers, sisters, sons and daughters of her sisters. How should her estate be distributed?
Answer
If the deceased has no parents, then her heirs will be only her brothers and sisters. Each brother will receive double the amount a sister receives. Her nephews and nieces do not inherit in this case.
