One son of my father is illegitimate. He was born before my father married my mother. My father has died and the illegitimate son who is an adult is demanding his share of inheritance. What is his share?

If the one son of your father is truly illegitimate, then he does not inherit in your father's estate. He has no share in the estate of his biological father. He inherits only in his mother's estate. According to the Shariah, a man who father's an illegitimate child is not his/her legal father. The illegitimate child inherits only in his/her mother's estate.
