Question
A sheep which was bought for Qur'baani developed a defect during the Days of Qur'baani. Is it permissible to make Qur'baani of this sheep?
Answer
If it is a Waajib Qur'baani, the person has to buy another animal. If the sheep belongs to a poor person, he may make Qur'baani of the defective animal.
