A Muslim woman has „married‟ a non-Muslim man. Is it permissible to give her Zakaat? They are struggling.
Answer
The marriage of the Muslim woman to the non-Muslim is not valid. She lives with him in an adulterous relationship. The children are illegitimate. It is not permissible to give Zakaat to this evil woman. Zakaat will not be discharged.
