Ramadhaan started in Saudi Arabia on Saturday. The announcement was made even before sunset. Some Ulama in UK have accepted the Saudi announcement. Is this permissible?
Answer
The Saudi regime is a kufr regime. It is haraam to accept moon-sighting information from the Saudi murtads. The UK molvis who follow the kufr Saudi regime are among the ulamae-soo', hence such shaitaani aberrations should be expected of them. It is haraam to go according to the announcement of a kufr regime.
