Is it proper for a mother to make a gift of her jewellery to her baby in order to avoid paying Zakaat?
Answer
It is not permissible for the mother to be so evil as to 'gift' the jewellery to the baby with the evil intention of avoiding Zakaat payment. She will be branded in Jahannam with the jewellery.
