I usually pay Zakaat on 1st Ramadhaan. Will the reward be the same if I paid two weeks before Ramadhaan?
Answer
It is permissible and the same reward will be received if the Zakaat is paid 2 weeks before Ramadhaan. However, if there is any increase to your wealth in the two weeks until 1st Ramadhaan, then you have to pay Zakaat on the increase as well.
