An old man who died of the covid disease was buried without Janaazah Salaat. His son then performed Janaazah Salaat at his father's graveside. What is the Shariah's procedure in such a case?
Answer
The whole community is guilty of a very grave major sin for not having performed the Janaazah Salaat of the old man. His son did the right thing. If the mayyit is buried without Janaazah Salaat, then the Salaat will be performed at his graveside.
