A Muslim woman has married a non-Muslim man although she claims to be a Muslim. Is it permissible to give her Zakaat?
Answer
It is not permissible to give Zakaat to the woman who lives with a non-Muslim man. The man is not her husband according to the Shariah. The marriage has no validity.
