Is it permissible for females to slaughter their Qur'baani animals on farms where friends and relatives gather to view the proceedings?

It is not permissible for women to slaughter Qur'baani animals in the manner in which they do nowadays, exposing themselves to all and sundry. Qur'baani in group forms has become a haraam merrymaking circus of zulm and shaitaaniyat in most places.
