I have no Muslim family. I have accepted Islam. How should I write my will? Who will inherit my estate? I have an adopted son who I have taken care of since his early childhood. He is a Muslim.
Answer
You may bequeath your entire estate to the adopted son or you may bequeath a portion for Sadqah and a portion for the adopted child.
