What is the difference between Talaaq Raj'i and Talaaq Baa-in?
Answer
Talaaq Raj'i means that the husband has the right to reconcile and take back his wife before expiry of the Iddat. If it is Talaaq Baa-in, then he has no right of taking her back. Only if she agrees, then a fresh Nikah has to be performed.
