How many Talaaqs come into effect when khula' takes place?
Answer
Khula' is an agreement between the husband and wife. In exchange for Talaaq, she returns the mahr amount to her husband. Khula' has the effect of one Talaaq Baa-in-- that is: it ends the marriage.
