Is it permissible to pay Sadqah Fitr during the month of Ramadhaan or does it have to be given only on the Day of Eid?

Answer

It is permissible to give Sadqah Fitr during the month of Ramadhaan. It is not permissible to delay it until after the Eid Salaat. Nevertheless, if it was not given out by the time of Eid Salaat, then too, it has to be paid.
