A man suffering from Aids and other diseases married a woman without revealing this. Days after the marriage, the wife discovered about his diseases and demands a divorce. But the husband refuses, Are their grounds for annulment?
Answer
He has committed deception for not revealing his diseases to the woman. Such deception is haraam. The marriage may be annulled on the basis of deception.
