If I make arrangements with my creditors to pay the debt in monthy instalments, can I go for Umrah?

Even if one is not in debt, one should not go for Umrah in these days. From the day one leaves for Umrah until the day one returns, one is trapped in sin at almost every turn. It is not permissible to undertake a Nafl act of ibaadat when one has to commit numerous violations of the Shariah.
