Question
In our Musjid, some nabaaligh children were allowed to be in I'tikaaf during the last ten days of Ramadhaan. They messed the carpets with toothpaste, etc. Neither the Imaam nor the trustees took any steps. Please comment.
Answer
It is not permissible to allow nabaaligh children to sit in I'tikaaf in the Musjid. The trustees are liable for the sins of the Musjid being messed by the small children. They have failed in their obligation of trusteeship.
