Question
My brother paid for the Hajj I made. Has my Fardh Hajj been discharged? A Maulana says that when I am by the means, Hajj will become Fardh since the first Hajj was not Fardh on me.
Answer
If you had made niyyat for Nafl Hajj, then Hajj will be Fardh on you when you are by the means to undertake the journey. However, if you did not make niyyat of Nafl, then your first Hajj suffices for your Fardh Hajj.
