A man gave his wife one Talaaq Baa-in. They want to reconcile. What should be done for the reconciliation? If the woman wants to marry another man, can she do so immediately after the Talaaq?
Answer
Even one Talaaq Baa-in terminates the Nikah bond. If they want to reconcile, then a new Nikah has to be performed. She can marry another man only after the Iddat. During the Iddat she can remarry her ex-husband, but not another man.
