A man said many times to his wife: "You are not my wife.". Then he made her sleep in a separate room. What is the status of his Nikah?
Answer
If the husband had said at least three times: "You are not my wife.", then the Nikah has been irrevocably and permanently terminated. You say that he has mentioned this statement many times to his wife. She is therefore no longer his wife.
