My ex-husband goes to the Hindu temple and participates in their customs. My son wants to know that if his father dies can he attend his funeral?
Answer
The kufr/shirk acts of your ex-husband render him a murtad. As long as he does not repent and return to the fold of Islam, his son should not attend his funeral.
