Question
The husband issued one Talaaq Raj'i. If he decides to reconcile with his wife does he have to revoke the Talaaq in her presence?
Answer
Even if he does not revoke the Talaaq in her presence, the raj'at is valid, and so is the Nikah as long as he reconciled within the Iddat period.
