Question
The heirs of a deceased have asked me to collect and distribute the rental of the buildings in his estate. However, the will is un-Islamic. Is it permissible?
Answer
Only if you are allowed by the heirs to distribute the rental in terms of the Shariah, should you agree to handle their affairs.
