Question
Before the 1st Zil Hajj, I had forgotten to cut my nails and remove the pubic hairs. Is it permissible to remove these if they have grown quite long?
Answer
If the hairs were not removed for 40 days, then you should remove them now even before the Qur'baani. If 40 days have not passed, then you should not remove the hairs/nails until after Qur'baani.
