If a husband and wife have contracted a Khula' separation, does he have to maintain her during the Iddat?

Khula' does not waive her right o f n a f q a h a n d m a s k a n (maintenance) during the Iddat. However, if she explicitly waives her right of nafqah, then only will the man be absolved.
