A woman has 5 sons and 6 daughters of her own, and 2 sons and 2 daughters of her husband by a first marriage. Do they also inherit in her estate?
Answer
Her heirs (if they are alive when she dies) will be her own 5 sons, 4 daughters and husband. If she has any parents alive when she dies, they too will inherit. The 2 sons and 2 daughters of her husband by another marriage will not inherit in her estate.
