I have been separated from my husband for 3 years without talaaq. We have now reconciled. Is it necessary to perform a new Nikah?
Answer
Since Talaaq was not issued, it is not necessary to renew the Nikah. Nikah will be necessary only if one or two Talaaqs had been given.
