Question
If one stays in Makkah for more than 15 days, how should qasr Salaat be performed in Mina and Arafaat?
Answer
The one who was a muqeem in Makkah (having stayed 15 days or more) has to perform Salaat in full in Mina and Arafaat. Qasr will not be permissible.
