6 February 2025 al haq bulletin “THE ARMIES OF ALLAH” “No one knows the Armies of your Rabb except He.” (Al-Mudathir, Aayat 31) “The Armies of the Heavens and earth belong to only Allah. Allah is Ever- Knowing, The All-Wise.” (Al-Fath, Aayat 4) The Armies of Allah Azza Wa Jal are boundless in numbers and powers. Allah Azza Wa Jala activates His Armies whenever He wills. Among His Armies are WILD FIRES, earthquakes, hurri- canes, floods, volcanic erup- tions, swarms of locusts, the KUFFAAR, droughts, fam- ines, plagues, and innumera- ble other entities of His Ma- khlooq (Creation) which Allah Azza Wa Jal harnesses into forms of Athaab (Punishment). Currently the Athaab of Wild Fires is ravaging Amer- ica. Every intelligent Muslim understands that this Wild Fire Athaab is the conse- quence of American brutality perpetrated by its surrogate, Israel in Palestine while the Kuffaar Athaab in Palestine is the consequence of treason and rebellion of Muslims against the Shariah of Allah Ta‘ala. While kuffaar are Satanists and Atheists who lack the in- telligence to correlate the pun- ishment with their oppression and brutality, Muslims are not expected to adopt such satani- cally ignorant behaviour stem- ming from induracy of intelli- gence. Allah Ta‘ala stating the reason for worldly acts of punishment, says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Fasaad (Anarchy) has be- come apparent on the land and ocean because of the deeds perpetrated by the hands of people so that Allah gives them to taste some of the consequences of what their hands have earned, for perhaps they may return (to the Path of Rectitude).” (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) “We shall certainly give them to taste of the lesser Punishment, not the greater (Continued on page 2) BULLETIN No. 75 Sha’baan 1446 / February 2025 PO BOX 3393 - PORT ELIZABETH - 6056 - SOUTH AFRICA THE BAND OF HAQ “There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) The Taliban government has warned that it will close all national and foreign non- governmental organisations (NGOs) employing women in Afghanistan. ―In a letter published on X on Sunday night, the coun- try‘s Ministry of Economy warned that failure to comply with the latest order would lead to NGOs losing their li- cence to operate in Afghani- stan. The directive came two years after the government told NGOs to suspend the employment of Afghan women allegedly because they did not adhere to the admin- istration‘s interpretation of the Islamic dress code for women. The government was once again ordering the stoppage of all female work in institutions not controlled by the Taliban, according to the letter. ―In case of lack of cooperation, all activities of that institution will be cancelled and the ac- tivity licence of that institu- (Continued on page 2) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 2 Punishment for perhaps they may return (to the Path of Rectitude). (As-Sajdah, Aayat 21) When fisq, fujoor and kufr in the Ummah have transgressed all bounds of Divine Tolera- tion, then Allah Ta‘ala inflicts some form of Punishment to jolt Muslims into the reality of their villainous condition. Thus, Muslims are supposed to understand the objective of Divine Punishment and to re- form and submit in obedience to Allah Ta‘ala. Muslims are not expected to behave like these atheist kuffaar Satanists who are unable to distinguish between vice and virtue. Diverting the focus to the kuffaar and blaming them for our problems, suffering and humiliation is the snare of Iblees to sustain the deception in which he has entrapped us. The massive upheavals and suffering of Muslims all over the world are not the handi- work of the kuffaar. The kuffaar are merely the medium via which Allah Ta‘ala in- flicts His Athaab. The plots of the kuffaar succeed only when Muslims have flagrantly commit trea- son against Allah Ta‘ala. The plots of the kuffaar cannot harm Muslims if they are obe- dient slaves of Allah Ta‘ala. In this regard, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: By shifting the blame to the kuffaar, Muslims are by implication denying the explicit teachings of the Qur‘aan and Sunnah. Regard- ing the inefficacy of the plots and conspiracies of the kuffaar, Allah Ta‘ala says: “O People of Imaan! If you have Sabr and adopt Taqwa then their plots will not be able to harm you in the least.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 120) The explicit Message of this Aayat is that kuffaar plots suc- ceed only in the absence of Sabr and Taqwa. When Mus- lims have become like kuffaar, then Allah Ta‘ala imposes kuffaar domination on them. The only solution for all our problems is Inaabat Ilallaah, that is to repent, re- form and to adopt the Sunnah in the way in which it was meant to be adopted – Sahaa- bah style. (Continued from page 1) tion, granted by the ministry, will also be cancelled,‖ it said. In another development, Taliban leader Haibatullah Akhunzada has ordered that buildings should not have win- dows looking into places where a woman might sit or stand. According to a four-clause de- cree posted on X over the weekend, the order applies to new buildings as well as exist- ing ones. Windows should not over- look or look into areas like yards or kitchens. Where a window looks into such a space, then the person respon- sible for that property must find a way to obscure this view to ―remove harm,‖ by in- stalling a wall, fence or screen. Municipalities and other au- thorities must supervise the construction of new buildings to avoid installing windows that look into or over residen- tial properties, the decree add- ed. A recent law prohibits Af- ghan women from singing or reciting poetry in public. Some local radio and television sta- tions have also stopped broad- casting female voices. SOURCE: AL JAZEERA AND NEWS AGENCIES Comment These edicts are in conformity with the Shariah. However, the Taliban have to institute the entire Shariah. Tit bits are not sufficient for an enti- ty claiming to be an Islamic government. The first and foremost Fardh requisite is the Institution of Salaat. In this regard, the Qur’aan Majeed sates: “When We install them as rulers, they establish Salaat, Zakaat, command virtue and prohibit vice.” (Continued from page 1) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 3 King Abdullah had met with President Bush at his ranch in Texas in 2005 to foster better relations between the two countries. One of the perni- cious satanic schemes was to send thousands of young Sau- dis to the West in a push to ―reform‖. In this regard, Da- vid Ottoway writes: he writes: “Part of their plan called for sending thousands of Saudi high school and college stu- dents to the United States for their education. Thus was born the King Abdullah Scholarship Program, through which Saudi Arabia spent $6 billion annu- ally to send tens of thousands of students to foreign universi- ties, not only in the United States but also in Europe, Chi- na, Japan, and Russia. By 2015, there were 125,000 Sau- di students enrolled in US uni- versities and colleges, and the total number of Saudis studying abroad, including their guardians, in twenty-three countries had reached 207,000, one-quarter of them women. The vast ma- jority of these students re- turned to the kingdom tech- savvy and exposed to modern ideas and societies. Of all the reforms Abdullah initi- ated, the decision to send so many young Saudis abroad was probably the single most consequential to promoting the multiple demands for reforms at home, particularly from women.” Comment The vile consequences of fisq, fujoor and kufr stemming from this plot are being glar- ingly manifested today in Saudi Arabia. “Verily, when the time ap- pointed by Allah arrives, it cannot be de- layed.” (Qur’aan) “For every nation there is an appointed time (for its domination). When that appointed time (of its destruction) arrives, it shall not be advanced nor de- layed by a moment.” (Qur’aan) “Never will you find a change for the Sunnah of Allah.” (Qur’aan) Empires have come and gone. No empire en- dures forever. ALLAH IS NOT GHAAFIL “Do not think that Allah is ghaafil (oblivious). Regarding the (oppression) committed by the zaalimoon (oppressors). Ver- ily, He has delayed for them (His Punishment) for a day when gazes will be upturned.” (Ibraaheem, Aayat 42) The Day of Reckoning for the brutal oppressors will come right in this dunya. “IN THE FOOTSTEPS OF SHAITAAN” “O People of Imaan! Do not follow in the footsteps of Shaitaan. He who fol- lows in the footsteps of Shaitaan, (should know) that he (Shaitaan) instructs with immorality and evil.” (An-Noor, Aayat 21) All zindeeqs – those who interpolate and change the meanings of the Ahkaam of the Shariah – are following the footsteps of Shaitaan, that is, the ideologies with which Iblees inspires them. Modernists, liberals, those who have abandoned the Taqleed of the Math-habs, Salafis and the like are all following in the footsteps of Shaitaan. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 4 SUDAN: Beirut, Lebanon – On De- cember 9, an army air attack hit a fuel station in Sudan‘s capital, Khartoum, killing at least 28 people and injuring scores. The army said it was tar- geting fighters from the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a para- military group that it has been at war with since April 2023. Speaking weeks after the attack, Mohamed Kandasha, a medic in the area, remembers treating people with severe burns at a nearby hospital. There were men, women and children among them, a sym- bol of the indiscriminate na- ture of the attacks committed by both sides in Sudan‘s war. ―The RSF doesn‘t care about civilians and neither does the army,‖ he told Al Jazeera. Escalating violence More than 26,000 people were killed from April 2023 to June 2024 in Khartoum state alone as thousands more died of conflict-related causes such as disease and starvation, ac- cording to a study by the Lon- don School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Since the army announced a major offensive to take back Khartoum from the RSF on September 25, the humanitari- an crisis has worsened. Recent fighting has led to extrajudicial killings, indis- criminate strikes that have killed scores of civilians and increased danger for local re- lief workers. The army and RSF are for- mer bedfellows who cooperat- ed to sabotage a democratic transition after their former boss, President Omar al- Bashir, was toppled by popu- lar protests in April 2019. Four years later, the RSF and army turned on each other in a bid for supremacy. After the first year of fighting, the RSF captured most of Khar- toum and appeared to have the upper hand in the conflict. Then, in early October, the ar- my recaptured several strate- gic neighbourhoods and three bridges in the national capital region, which comprises three cities, Khartoum, Khartoum North and Omdurman. As fighting drags on, civil- ian casualties seem to be rising exponentially, said Mohamad Osman, a Sudan researcher for Human Rights Watch. ―Since October, there has been a sig- nificant uptick in violence,‖ he told Al Jazeera. ―I think we‘re seeing so many more barrel bombs be- ing used in Khartoum as well as drones, rockets and ground rockets,‖ Osman added. Barrel bombs are unguided bombs packed with explosives and shrapnel and dropped indis- criminately from helicopters and planes. The RSF has been accused of ethnically cleansing com- munities in the western region of Darfur and systematically gang-raping women and girls, according to Human Rights Watch, Al Jazeera‘s own re- porting and local monitors. Major violations After the army captured Khartoum‘s Halfaya neigh- bourhood in early October, most inhabitants rejoiced to be rid of a year and a half of RSF abuses and atrocities. Howev- er, reports soon emerged alleg- ing that dozens of men sus- pected of affiliation with the RSF had been killed after the army advance. (Al Jazeera) Tens of thousands of people were massacred in the early 2000s. An estimated 300,000 were killed in the carnage. More than 11 Million have been displaced Millions have fled from Sudan The country is ravaged by famine. People have been forced to eat grass and peanut shells to sur- vive. Women are raped and killed, and even chil- dren. HAMAS REMAINS UNDEFEATED “The Israeli military activity in northern Gaza proves beyond any doubt that even in the field of mili- tary capabilities, Israel has not finished the job and has not yet defeated Hamas. There is an intolera- ble gap between Israel’s perception of reality which is mixed with a dash of wishful thinking, and reality itself on the ground.” (Former Lt. Amiut Yagur of the Israeli army) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 5 STRIFE & ANARCHY Palestine, Kashmir, Syria, Su- dan and all over the world strife and anarchy reign su- preme in a variety of ways. Calamities are befalling man- kind in numerous countries. Internecine wars, genocide, brutalities, hunger, famine, drought, hurricanes, wild fires, earthquakes, floods, etc. are the order of this era. Allah Azza Wa Jal is the Creator of everything. Why does He impose such hard- ships and calamities on man- kind? Answering this ques- tion, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Fasaad (Anarchy) has be- come apparent on the land and ocean because of the deeds perpetrated by the hands of people so that Al- lah gives them to taste some of the consequences of what their hands have earned, for perhaps they may return (to the Path of Rectitude).” (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) In another Aayat, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Whatever calamity befalls you is the consequence of your deeds, and He (Allah) overlooks much (of your villainy).” (Ash-Shuraa, Aayat 30) Allah Azza Wa Jal is Samee‘ (The Hearer), Baseer (The One Who sees), Qaadir (The One Who has Power), Aadil (The Just), etc., etc. Al- lah Ta‘ala, The One Who has all these Attributes of Gran- deur and Power, says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but He is aware.” (Al-An‟aam, Aayat 59) “Not an atom or anything smaller or bigger in the earth and heavens is hidden from your Rabb, except that it is recorded in a Clear Book.” (Yunus, Aayat 61) This Almighty Khaaliq (Creator) is the Cause for eve- ry occurrence, big or small. All upheavals occurring in cre- ation are the effects of His Decree. It is ONLY Allah Az- za Wa Jal Who has decreed whatever is happening, and all the anarchy and strife wrack- ing the world are the conse- quences of the misdeeds and villainy of people. Any Mus- lim who denies this Qur‘aan- ic fact loses his Imaan. January 13, 2025 News By Palestine Chronicle Staff In northern Gaza, the Israeli military faces heavy losses as Palestinian Resistance fac- tions continue their fierce resistance. The military spokesperson for Hamas‘ Al-Qassam Bri- gades, Abu Obeida, said in a statement on Monday that de- spite over 100 days of wide- spread destruction and geno- cide by the Israeli military in northern Gaza, Resistance fighters continue to impose significant losses among Israe- li forces. He announced that more than 10 soldiers were killed and dozens injured over the past 72 hours. Abu Obeida also said that Israeli losses are far greater than publicly acknowledged and predicted that the Israeli military would ultimately withdraw from northern Gaza ―in disgrace‖ without over- coming the Resistance. He criticized the Israeli mil- itary‘s actions, stating that their primary outcomes have been ―destruction, devastation, and massacres of innocent ci- vilians.‖ Meanwhile, Palestinian Re- sistance groups continue to en- gage in fierce battles against Israeli forces in northern and central Gaza on the 465th day of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. Clashes and targeted opera- tions have been reported in various combat zones. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 6 SOLDIER FLEES FROM BRAZIL By Dana Karni and Tim Lister, CNN Updated 12:32 PM EST, Mon January 6, 2025 CNN — A former Israeli soldier on va- cation in Brazil fled the coun- try suddenly after a case was brought against him there al- leging he was responsible for war crimes while serving in Gaza. The case is the latest in a series of lawsuits brought by the Hind Rajab Foundation (HRF) that has tracked the activities of hundreds of Israeli soldiers serving in Gaza. Last week, a Brazilian judge ordered police to investigate the soldier, based on the com- plaint brought by the HRF, ac- cusing him of ―participating in massive demolitions of civil- ian homes in Gaza during a systematic campaign of de- struction.‖ The lawyer who brought the case on behalf of the founda- tion, Maira Pinheiro, told CNN‘s Becky Anderson on Monday that before the federal police could launch the inves- tigation, ―the Israeli govern- ment intervened to help him evade Brazilian authorities, which is very telling to his ex- ceptionality.‖ Pinheiro was quoted in Brazili- an media as saying that as Bra- zil is a signatory to the Rome Statute, it is obliged to ensure that the crimes provided for in the statute (war crimes, crimes against humanity and geno- cide) are investigated and pun- ished. The HRF is a pro-Palestinian NGO that says it is dedicated ―to breaking the cycle of Israe- li impunity and honoring the memory of Hind Rajab and all those who have perished in the Gaza genocide.‖ Rajab was a 5 -year-old girl who was killed by Israeli tank fire while in her family‘s car in Gaza. The Israeli foreign ministry said Sunday that ―following an attempt last weekend by anti- Israeli elements to investigate a discharged Israeli soldier who visited Brazl, Foreign Minister Gideon Saar immedi- ately activated the Foreign Ministry to ensure that the Is- raeli citizen was not in dan- ger.‖ The Israeli embassy in Brazil had ensured ―his swift and safe departure from Brazil.‖ The foreign ministry added that it drew Israelis‘ attention ―to posts made by them on so- cial media regarding their mili- tary service, and to the fact that anti-Israeli elements may exploit these posts to initiate baseless legal proceedings against them.‖ Pinheiro said that HRF pre- sented proof to Brazilian au- thorities that the Israeli soldier and members of his battalion had ―posted about being in- volved in the controlled demo- lition of multiple residential homes,‖ among other evidence in the case. She told CNN that HRF veri- fied the evidence with a team of open-source intelligence investigators, ―which is nowa- days one of the main ways that international crimes and inter- national human rights viola- tions are being investigated.‖ HRF has also sought the ap- prehension of Israeli soldiers visiting Thailand, Sri Lanka, Chile and other countries, ac- cording to its website. In the Sri Lankan case, the organiza- tion posted a photograph of the soldier and said that it had ap- pealed to Sri Lankan authori- ties, the International Criminal Court and Interpol, demanding his arrest over the killing of a civilian in Gaza. There is no confirmation that any Israeli soldier has been detained or arrested as a result of the cases it has brought. The Brazilian case has kicked off a political furor in Israel. The leader of the opposition, Yair Lapid, said: ―The fact that an Israeli reserve soldier had to flee Brazil in the middle of the night to avoid being arrested for fighting in Gaza is a monu- mental political failure of a government that is simply in- capable of functioning.‖ SUCCESS HADHRAT ALI Bin Abi Taalib (radhiyallahu anhu) said: "Whoever, has achieved four things, has attained the suc- cess of the world and the Hereafter: Such Taqwa which pre- vents him from the pro- hibitions of Allah. A beautiful character for dealing with people. Such tolerance with which he wards off the ignorance of the jaahil (ignoramus). A pious wife who aids him in his worldly and Deeni affairs." AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 7 SAY THE YAHOOD January 3, 2025 News By Pales- tine Chronicle Staff Israeli analysts paint a grim picture of the ongoing Gaza war, highlighting heavy losses and unresolved chal- lenges. The Palestinian movement Ha- mas continues to ―resist surren- der‖ in Gaza and has reportedly ―learned to shift to guerrilla war- fare,‖ according to Israeli analyst Avi Issacharoff. In an article published on Thurs- day in the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth, Issacharoff explained that the Israeli army‘s 162nd Division is operating in northern Gaza, including the Jab- aliya refugee camp, in an effort to dismantle Hamas infrastruc- ture. ―The big problem is that, to do this, you need to strike every house suspected of containing tunnels or hostile activity,‖ he said. The analyst described northern Gaza as a disaster zone, with empty streets and hardly any stray dogs left, as even they can- not find food. Israel began a large-scale military offensive in Jabaliya over three months ago, displacing tens of thousands of Palestinians, de- stroying countless buildings, and causing significant casualties. Palestinians have accused Israel of attempting to occupy the area, turning it into a buffer zone, and forcing residents to flee through relentless bombardment and a strict siege that has deprived them of food, water, and medi- cine. However, according to Issa- charoff, the Israeli army is also paying a heavy price in northern Gaza due to stiff Palestinian re- sistance. ―The price that the gen- eration of young fighters is pay- ing in body and soul during this war is unimaginable,‖ he wrote. According to the analyst, there are three main problems for the Israeli army in Gaza: One, it would ―take months and months of fighting to finish clear- ing the northern Gaza Strip alone.‖ Two, Israeli losses are considera- ble. ―Just a few weeks ago,‖ he wrote, ―a force of 12 soldiers from our Samson Battalion went on an operation and intercepted an RPG rocket. Four soldiers were killed on the spot.‖ Three, according to Issacharoff, ―Hamas shows no signs of sur- render.‖ ―Even in the northern cities of the Gaza Strip, attempts to launch rockets at Israel continue, as do attempts to harm soldiers by small squads of three or four ter- rorists (Resistance fighters – PC), or perhaps fewer,‖ the analyst said. Additionally, according to the report, in the areas where the Is- raeli army is not operating on the ground, ―Hamas is regaining civil and military control.‖ In Gaza City, which is only two kilome- ters south of Jabaliya, ―the organ- ization has effectively reestab- lished its governmental capabili- ties as well as its military com- mand.‖ Issacharoff‘s remarks match with another analysis published by former Lt. Col. Amiut Yagur in Maariv on Thursday. According to Yagur, the Israeli military activity in northern Gaza proves ―beyond any doubt … that even in the field of military capa- bilities, Israel has not finished the job and has not yet defeated Ha- mas.‖ Yagur noted that there is an ―intolerable gap‖ between Is- rael‘s ―perception of reality (which is mixed with a dash of wishful thinking) and the reality itself on the ground.‖ (The Palestine Chronicle) https://www.palestinechronicle.com/ losses-are-unimaginable-israeli-analysts -offer-somber-reading-of-gaza-wa “…..They change the Words (of Allah) from their (proper) meanings…they lis- ten to falsehood, listening to another nation…….They are such people whose hearts Allah does not intend to purify. They listen to falsehood and they are great devourers of haraam.” (Al-Maaidah, 41 & 42) These Aayats were revealed to castigate the Yahood. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 8 QUARTER OF ISRAELIS GRAPPLE WITH POVERTY AS THE WAR CONTINUES By Al Mayadeen English Source: Al Mayadeen English + Israeli Media 18 Dec 2024 18:45 Millions of Israelis are grappling with poverty, the Israeli humani- tarian organization Latet re- vealed, based on its 2024 annual alternative poverty report, detail- ing the number of Israeli families and individuals living in poverty. According to the report, around a million Israeli settlers are facing difficulties paying their primary dues and bills and are suffering in light of the continuously deterio- rating economic state as the war rages on for its 14th month. Consequently, 678,200 families (22.3%) and 2,756,000 individu- als (28.7%) are struggling with poverty, including 1,240,000 children (39.6%). Latet found that the economic situation has deteriorated for 65% of Israeli beneficiaries, and for 32.1% of the general public over the past year. Additionally, chil- dren in benefiting families have been significantly affected by the war: 44.6% in terms of academic achievements and 46.7% in their psychological condition. As for the elderly, 52.6% of those supported by the government suf- fer from severe poverty, while more than a third of them (34.8%) experience severe food insecurity. Furthermore, 84.8% of support beneficiaries suffer from energy shortages, 68.6% report that their mental health is poor, and 70.8% have forgone purchasing neces- sary medications and medical treatment. Additionally, the monthly expenditure of support- ed families is 1.7 times higher than their average income. Meanwhile, 94.2% of food aid organizations did not receive government support to meet the needs arising from the war, and 70.9% reported a decrease in do- nations. In this context, the Israeli Srugim website confirmed that the mini- mal cost of living in "Israel" is estimated at 5,355 shekels per individual and 13,617 shekels per family, while most supported families are far from reaching this threshold. The economic forecasts for 2025, however, indicate that the situa- tion will worsen due to sharp in- creases in the prices of essential goods. 'Israel's' war manifests poverty Economist Jacques Bendelac pre- viously said that over the past twenty years, "Israel" has relied heavily on credit consumption. However, settler families have been unable to pay off their debts and loans, particularly amid the current circumstances. He warned that high living costs, combined with an economic slowdown, would "inevitably lead to an increase in poverty." Humanitarian organizations are already witnessing a rising de- mand for their services, with new individuals appearing in food dis- tribution lines. For example, in a shopping cen- ter parking lot in Rishon Lezion, the NGO Pitchon-Lev, or "Open Heart," provides free baskets of fruits, vegetables, and meat twice a week. Founder Eli Cohen stated that since the war began, the or- ganization more than doubled its activities, and was now support- ing nearly 200,000 families across occupied territories. New beneficiaries include "young individuals, families with husbands serving as reservists, many former donors, and all those who were evacuated from northern settlements due to the ignition of the northern front. Regarding recovery prospects, Bendelac noted that "there is typ- ically a strong economic re- bound" following the end of a war. However, he cautioned that "the longer this war continues, the slower and more challenging the recovery will be." https://english.almayadeen.net/news/ Economy/quarter-of-israelis-grapple- with-poverty-as-war-continues THE SUNNAH ONCE HADHRAT Basheer Ibn Haarith (rahmatullah alayh) saw Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in a dream. The Al-Aqsa Flood opera- tion cast a long shadow over Israel‘s internal reality, affect- ing all aspects of life— political, economic, and social. Despite more than a year pass- ing, Israel has failed to halt the internal hemorrhaging of tal- ent, a phenomenon that has worsened due to wars on two fronts: with Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. Before the conflict ceased, the fallout was more bitter than the war itself. Additional- ly, the war‘s financial toll reached 11 billion USD, deep- ening political and social divi- sions. Meanwhile, Jewish set- tlers live in a state of frustra- tion, struggling to cope with the continuing negative reper- cussions of the war. The phenomenon of reverse migration in Israel, an old but renewed issue, has resurfaced as one of the primary and most significant consequences of the Al-Aqsa Flood. The rate of permanent emigration has surged by 285% following the operation on October 7, 2023, according to Yedioth Ahronoth, citing Israel‘s Cen- tral Bureau of Statistics. Most of these emigrants are highly educated individuals, skilled in vital sectors such as technolo- gy, medicine, business, eco- nomics, and academia. The statistics reveal that most of the migrants are young, with 48% aged be- tween 20 and 45, while 27% are under 18. The report also showed that the five cities with the highest emigration rates were, in or- der: Tel Aviv, Haifa, Netanya, Jerusalem, and Bat Yam. According to recent statistics in Israel, countries like Ger- many, Portugal, and Cyprus have become safe havens for emigrants seeking stability, security, and a better future. Global companies have played a key role in transferring their employees to branches in more stable countries. The impact of this migration is being keenly felt in Israel, as the loss of its most talented and qualified individuals threatens its position as a glob- al leader in technology. Ex- perts warn that this loss could jeopardize Israel‘s future in the tech industry. A recent statistical report confirmed the scale of the Al- Aqsa Flood‘s effects, showing that in 2024 alone, 82,700 Is- raelis emigrated, while only 23,800 returned. The report highlighted that the number of emigrants was significantly higher than the number of re- turnees, with a net negative migration of 58,900. Israel‘s population, as of now, stands at 10.03 million, with 7.7 million Jews (76.9%), 2.1 million Arabs (21%), and 216,000 foreigners (2.1%). These statistics make it clear that reverse migration is on the rise, pointing to an undeniable truth: Israeli settlers are facing an uncertain future. The con- cept of survival has become a thing of the past, undermining the very foundation of Israel‘s existence as a state in Pales- tine, which was supposed to offer security, stability, and prosperity. Over the past year, Israel has lost its strategic project of be- ing a unifying state for Jews worldwide. As reported by the Jerusalem Post, the surge in reverse migration has been ac- companied by the outflow of money, academic credentials, and technical skills—factors that will negatively impact Is- rael‘s future. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 10 Israeli politician and former senior military officer Yair Golan criticized the govern- ment‘s handling of the war on Gaza, arguing it should have ended much earlier. In a post on X, he accused the government of prolong- ing the conflict due to its fo- cus on power retention and the issue of Gaza settle- ments. In a television interview, Golan described the contin- ued loss of Israeli soldiers in Gaza as ―senseless‖ and called for an immediate end to the conflict to prevent fur- ther bloodshed. Israeli newspaper Haaretz also expressed concern in its editorial, urging Prime Min- ister Benjamin Netanyahu to prioritize negotiations for the release of Israeli detainees in Gaza. The paper highlighted the need to halt the war to prevent further devastation and rising casualties among Israeli forces. Haaretz warned that failure to end the war would expose both sol- diers and captives to even greater dangers. Additionally, Israeli media reported the deaths of 46 sol- diers and officers during on- going operations in northern Gaza, particularly in Jabali- ya, Beit Hanoun, and Beit Lahia. The campaign, which has been underway for three months, has reportedly come at a steep cost, with criticism directed at the military‘s ap- proach of entering and exit- ing Gaza without achieving full control. This tactic, ac- cording to media outlets, has allowed Hamas to set deadly traps for Israeli forces. (Palestine Chronicle) Israel is in a state of continu- ous depletion, a crisis reflected in several painful details. For the first time, Maariv revealed that one of the primary reasons Israel accepted a ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah in November was the unprece- dented human losses and mili- tary setbacks. Netanyahu ad- mitted that the need to replen- ish military stockpiles was a major factor in agreeing to the ceasefire. This admission is a clear sign that Israel lost both human and military resources, crucial elements for any future conflict, thereby diminishing Israel‘s once-vaunted image of invincibility. The political and strategic loss that Netanyahu now faces is undeniable. Despite promot- ing tactical military successes, he has failed to reap the full rewards of the war, especially due to the strikes by the Yeme- ni armed forces, particularly the ballistic missiles that ru- ined any potential gains. The losses in both human and military components are just the beginning for Israel, as it is on the brink of substantial internal transformations— especially politically and so- cially. The Al-Aqsa Flood will leave lasting effects, and Israel will never return to the state it was in before October 7. Pub- lic opinion polls continue to show a future marked by un- certainty, continuous threats, security deterioration, and a collapsing economy, all of which further fuel the ongoing exodus. The war on Gaza and Leba- non has revealed new truths about Israel‘s internal and se- curity situation, most notably its vulnerability. This has giv- en rise to a new reality marked by reverse migration, instabil- ity, and the loss of hope for the future—forces that will com- pel Israel to adopt new strate- gies to address the collapse it faces. Prog: Maghrib Talk Brothers in the team have spent time in jamaat and by the advice of the Elders they are having a program. En- courage others and our ja- maats, especially student ja- maats should attend.” How does sport and tableegh mix? Please com- ment? Answer The Tabligh Jamaat is a Ghulu‟ cult. Its jamaats have become goondas (thugs) who have in this era become noto- rious for their goondagerry (thuggery) and even for mur- der of their own kind. Their stated objectives are bereft of Ikhlaas (sincerity). For tablighs, fisq and fujoor and even kufr have no mean- ing. They will honour and re- spect fussaaq, fujjaar and de- viates such as Tariq Jameel and any other Tom, Dick and Harry who can garner crowds. They are awed by those who have the donkey degrees of kuffaar universities. It is haraam to honour fussaaq and fujjaar. Such hon- ouring causes the Arsh of Al- lah Ta‘ala to shudder with Wrath. Cricket and all kuffaar sports are haraam. The hur- mat has been stated explicitly by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Thus, these cricket players are fussaaq and fujjaar. The participation in jamaat cult activities of some of these fellows does not confer Shar‘i honour to them. But because the masses are drunk with the fisq and fujoor of kuffaar sport, these shai- taani players are regarded as ‗celebrities‘, hence potential drawers of numbers. That is why the moron tablighi ‗elders‘ who are in reality jun- iors intellectually from the Deeni perspective, are hon- ouring the fussaaq/fujjaar cricketers. The tablighis are basically bootlickers. They will lick the boots of any heretic and devi- ate if the chap is a shaitaani ‗celebrity‘. Their exercise is haraam. ISRAELI SOLDIERS HIDE By Al Mayadeen English Source: Israeli media 5 Jan 2025 19:55 The Israeli occupation forces' Galei Zahal radio reported the arrest of two Palestinians out of a group of eight who infil- trated the central command military base in occupied al- Quds. Investigations into the incident are ongoing. Hillel Biton, a correspondent for the Israeli Channel 14, re- vealed that soldiers stationed at the base, located in the heart of the occupied territories, chose to hide inside the base instead of confronting the in- filtrators. Commenting on the event, Biton stated, "Central Com- mand leader Avi Blot must ex- plain why most soldiers at the base hid in rooms instead of acting as expected from mili- tary personnel and engaging directly." Biton further questioned, "Why were Border Police (MAGAV) forces summoned to handle the situation instead of the soldiers resolving it themselves?" He described the incident as a significant warn- ing sign, remarking, "October 7 is still with us," referencing the earlier unprecedented events that had shaken confi- dence in the Israeli occupation forces due to their cowardice and inadequate response. “A PAINFUL ATHAAB” “It is a hurricane in which there is a painful Punishment. It devastates everything by the command of its Rabb… In such a manner do We punish a nation of criminals.” (Al-Ahqaaf, Aayat 24, 25) The Fire, the Hurricane, the Flood, the Earthquake, The Kuffaar, etc. all act by the command of their Rabb. In the creation of Allah Azza Wa Jal, there is no scope for accidents and fortuitous happenings. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 12 Question from the UK A well-known Deobandi Mufti has led most people, including many ‗Ulama to believe that adhering to the ―law of the land‖ is a Shar‘i duty. It‘s im- plicitly regarded by some as a type of treaty, whilst we reside in Darul Harb or Darul Kufr. From a lay person‘s per- spective, when the earth be- longs to Allah Ta‘ala, and the Qur‘an says legislation is ex- clusive to Allah & we‘ve been sent to raise His Name & Word on earth, then how does adherence to secular/kufr laws accord with abiding by Shari‘ah? So how has he come to the conclusion that abiding by the ―law of the land‖ is our Shar‘i duty? Second, some loosely make the argument about maslahah saying if it‘s for public benefit and administration of the state, we must abide by the laws en- acted by the state. Is it valid to use maslahah in this context? Answer Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “There is no obedience for makhlooq in sinning against Allah.” That is, obedience to any one is haraam if such obe- dience entails sinning against Allah Ta‘ala. Acting in viola- tion of the Shariah is thus haraam. Either the ‗well-known De- obandi Mufti‘ has not under- stood the issue correctly or he may be a well-known bootlick- er of the Yahood and Nasaara, hence he disgorged bunkum. The ‗treaty‘ argument is baseless. Muslims born in a land under kuffaar domination have not contracted any ‗treaty‘ with the kaafir govern- ment. The government is sup- posed to serve all the citizens. These dishonest, satanic kuffaar governments pipe the theme of ‗religious freedom‘, hence the government is in vi- olation of the religious and constitutional rights of the Muslim citizens. Having been born and bred in a kaafir country does not imply any ‗treaty‘ enacted be- tween Muslims and the gov- ernment. The government is plainly the servant although it acts as the boss, and that too, a brutal, oppressive, unjust boss. The imposition of anti- Islamic laws is thus oppres- sion and injustice. If foreign Muslims desire to settle in the kuffaar country, then the treaty argument will have validity. Now, if the for- eigner pledges allegiance to the kuffaar government in lieu of citizenship rights, then this will be haraam. In this scenar- io he will voluntarily accept to submit to all the kufr laws. Furthermore, the Shariah rules that there ghadr (deception) even in Darul Harb is not per- missible. Agreeing to abide by kufr laws for gaining rights in Da- rul Harb is haraam. The for- eigner may therefore not be- come a citizen of Darul Harb/ Kufr. If he does, he will be confronted by two major acts of haraam. (1) Voluntary sub- mission to haraam and kufr by way of obeying the authorities. (2) Deception – pretending to obey, but violating the terms of the treaty. Since both scenarios are haraam, it will not be permis- sible for foreign Muslims to settle in Darul Harb/Kufr. The stupidity of „maslahah‟ does not apply to Muslim citi- zens born in the kaafir country. Their presence in the land is not by way of allegiance to kufr. Thus, they are under no Shar‘i obligation to obey such laws which are in conflict with the Shariah. However, if they are constrained to submit because of governmental compulsion, they will not be sinful. This is the state of Muslim citizens. They are forced by the satanic ‗law of the land‘ to submit to many haraam acts. If they are able to circum- vent any laws which conflict with the Shariah, it will be per- fectly permissible regardless of what the ‗well-known Deo- bandi Mufti‘ says. The lopsided logic of the Mufti implies permissibility to abandon Islam and become kuffaar. If it is Islamically compulsory for Muslim citi- zens to obey the kaafir gov- ernment, it follows that abor- tion, same sex ‗marriages‘, ho- mosexuality, gender equality, mutilating dead bodies (post- mortem), intermingling of sex- es, and a host of other haraam laws will become ‗halaal‘ and necessary for Muslims to abide by. If the kaafir government bans Salaat, what will the fat- wa of the ‗well-known‘ mufti (Continued on page 13) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 13 A BUZRUG narrated the fol- lowing fearful episode of Athaab (Punishment) in the Qabr (grave): ―A traveller passing through Mount Baitil Maqdis was the guest of a man who said to him. ‗Come with me to my neighbour. His brother has re- cently died.‘ They found the neighbour grieving excessive- ly. He was unable to restrain his grief. They said to him: ‗Fear Allah! Know that Maut is the path which all of us have to tread. It is the inescapable reality.‘ The neighbour said: ‗I know that what you have said will surely happen. But I am grieved by the plight which my brother is suffering morn- ing and evening.‘ They said: ‗Subhaanallaah! Did Allah re- veal to you the unseen?‘ The neighbour said: ‗No! But after we had just covered my broth- er with sand, I heard him groaning. In shock I ex- claimed: ‗My brother! My brother! And, I madly started to open the grave, but the peo- ple prevented me. After the sand was again filled, I once more heard my brother groan- ing. I was beyond myself. I again started to open the grave. Again the people ad- monished me, and the sand was replaced. Then for the third time, I heard my brother groaning. Ignoring the protests of the people I dug open the grave. Fear and shock overtook me. A fiery iron weight was on my brother‘s back and the whole grave was ablaze. With- out thinking I stretched my hand to reach for the fiery iron weight. Instantaneously my fingers burnt off.‖ He showed his hand to the visitors. Four fingers were missing. The narrator went to Ha- dhrat Imaam Auzaai (rahmatullah alayh) and said: ‗O Abu Umar! The Yahood, the Nasaara and all kuffaar die, but such signs of punish- ment have not been observed among them. On the contrary, this man died in the state of Tauheed and Islam. Despite this, he is being punished so severely.‘ Imaam Auzaai (rahmatullah alayh) said: ‗Yes! They (the kuffaar) are confirmed inmates of Jahan- num. There is therefore no need to display their condition. Whereas for you, the People of Tauheed, Allah Ta‘ala re- veals such punishment being administered so that you de- rive admonition and lesson.‘ ‖ be? If Muslims disobey such a law and perform Sa- laat clandestinely, will they be sinful? Yes, they will be sinful in terms of the satanic logic of the mufti who has failed to apply his brains constructively within the ambit of the Shariah. Will a Muslim be sinful for saving his children by some hook and crook from learning and respecting sex perversion such as homo- sexuality, lesbianism, etc. In a nut shell the well- known mufti is far off the mark. His intellectual disso- nance seems to be the effect of bootlicking. If a kaafir government legislates idol-worship compulsory, will it be Waajib to voluntarily wor- ship idols if the Muslim is able to save himself from such a calamity? Yes, it will be ‗waajib‘ according to the deviate mufti. (Continued from page 12) A report by the Jerusalem Post, earlier in December, touched on the thousands of settlers leaving the occupied land since October 7, 2023, after the Hamas Re- sistance group carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, highlighting the lack of security felt by Israeli settlers. According to govern- ment statistics and immigration tallies released by destination countries such as Canada and Germany, as cited by the Jerusa- lem Post, thousands of Israelis have left the occupied land since October 7, 2023. Statistics show concerns about a poten- tial "brain drain" in sectors like medi- cine and technology, with migration experts suggesting that the number of people leaving "Israel" could exceed the number of immigrants to the occu- pied territories in 2024. This observa- tion comes from Sergio DellaPergola, a statistician and professor emeritus at the Hebrew University in occupied al- Quds. According to the Jerusalem Post, thousands of Israelis have chosen to bear the financial, emotional, and social costs of relocating since October 7 last year. Government statistics and families who spoke to The Associated Press in recent months reveal that many have emigrated to countries like Canada, Spain, and Australia. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 14 Yahya Sinwar’s Brother, ‘Shadow’, Strengthening Resistance in Gaza – Report January 13, 2025NewsBy Pal- estine Chronicle Staff Mohammed Sinwar has largely “operated behind the scenes” earning him the nickname ‘Shadow,’ accord- ing to the Wall Street Jour- nal. The younger brother of slain Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar is working to build the Re- sistance movement in Gaza, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) has reported. The recruitment drive by Mohammed Sinwar believed to be aged 50, poses ―a fresh challenge‖ for the Is- raeli army in the besieged en- clave, the report said on Mon- day. The younger Sinwar who was considered close to his older brother joined Hamas at an early age. He also reported- ly has a close connection with Mohammad Deif, the leader of the movement‘s armed wing. „Working Hard to Find Him’ Unlike Yahya, the report said, Mohammed has not spent a significant amount of time in Israeli detention – unlike his brother – and has largely ―operated behind the scenes‖ earning him the nickname ‗Shadow.‘ ―We are working hard to find him,‖ a senior Israeli official from the Southern Command, which runs the battle in Gaza, stated. Citing Israeli officials, the report stated that Mohammed Sinwar was one of the people responsible for the capture of an Israeli soldier, GiladShalit, in 2006. The capture led to his brother‘s release in a prisoner swap five years later. It further said that Moham- med Sinwar is now Hamas‘s most senior commander in Ga- za, along with Izz al-Din Had- dad, the military head in north- ern Gaza, according to politi- cal analysts. ‘Up to 30,000 Fighters‟ The WSJ report stated that Is- rael believed that Hamas had ―up to 30,000 fighters ar- ranged into 24 battalions in a structure that loosely resem- bled a state military.‖ The Israeli army claims it has killed about 17,000 fight- ers, and detained thousands of others, the report added. Hamas, however, has not stated how many of its fighters have been killed, and the ―number of new Hamas re- cruits also remains unclear.‖ Hamas „In Strong Position‟ The report quotes Mohammed Sinwar as having written to ceasefire mediators late last year in which he said: ―Hamas is in a very strong position to dictate its terms.‖ In another message, he wrote: ―If it is not a compre- hensive deal that ends the suf- ferings of all Gazans and justi- fies their blood and sacrifices, Hamas will continue its fight.‖ Around 400 Israeli soldiers have been killed in the ongo- ing war in the Gaza Strip, ac- cording to the WSJ. (Israel is obviously concealing the real number of its soldiers killed) A retired Israeli brigadier general, Amir Avivi, has said ―We are in a situation where the pace at which Hamas is rebuilding itself is higher than the pace that the IDF is eradi- cating them,‖ the report noted. ―Mohammed Sinwar is man- aging everything,‖ Avivi re- portedly added. “They committed kufr (denied and rejected) the Aayaat of Allah, thus Allah apprehended them for their sins. Verily Allah is Most Severe in Punishment. That is so because Allah does not change (eliminate) a Ni’mat (bounty/good stead) which He has awarded to a nation until they (themselves) change that condition (of obedience) within themselves. And, verily, Allah is The Hearer, The One Who is fully Aware.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 53) The disaster and devastation on nations are the consequences of their own evil and villainy. Allah Azza Wa Jal is fully aware. He sees what is happening, and He is allowing it be- cause in reality He has decreed it. The Athaab will therefore run its divinely prescribed course. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 15 THE KHILAAFAT of Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) was pro- verbial for its justice and piety. He had restored the Khilaafat to the mode of the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu), the Second Khalifah. The Taqwa (Piety) and Roohaaniyat (Spirituality) of Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) ex- tended over the entire empire of Islam, including the ani- mals. His brief Khilaafat was surpassed only by the Khulafa- e-Raashideen. In the year 99 Hijri, Ha- dhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) mounted the stage of Khilaafat in com- pliance with the wasiyyat (directive) of the Khalifah Ab- dul Malik Bin Marwaan who had passed away. After burial of Khalifah Abdul Malik Bin Marwaan, Hadhrat Umar Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) set off for the Musjid with a big crowd following. In the Musjid, he mounted the mimbar. Address- ing the gathering he said: " O Assembly of People! The trust of Khilaafat is a trial im- posed on me. I have neither desire nor quest for it. I have been appointed without the consultation of the Muslims. (He was appointed by a di- rective of Khalifah Abdul Ma- lik Marwaan). I therefore re- move from your necks the bur- den of my appointment. Select another person to be your Khalifah." There was pandemonium. With one voice the entire as- sembly thundered: "We have selected you, O Ameerul Mu'mineen. We are pleased with your Khilaafat." When the voices died down and there was silence, Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) recited the praises of Allah Azza Wa Jal, and Durood and Salaam on our Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Then addressing the people, he said: " I urge you to adopt fear for Allah (Taqwa). Nothing is su- perior to the Taqwa of Allah. Practise deeds of virtue for adorning your lives in the Hereafter. Allah Ta'ala suffic- es for the worldly needs of those whose quest is the Aakhirah. Reform your moral life, Allah will then rectify your mundane life. Whoever is proud of his ancestry, will be apprehended on earth in the pangs of death. By Allah! I shall not make awards to anyone in illegal ways nor usurp the rights of anyone. I am not a treasurer (to hoard public wealth). I shall expend the wealth wher- ever I am entitled to. As long as I am obedient to Allah Ta'ala, obey me. If I abandon obedience to Allah Ta'ala, obeying me no longer remains incumbent on you. I have said what I deemed ap- propriate for you. I seek for- giveness from Allah Ta'ala for myself and for yourselves." After he had completed his address, he suddenly heard a thunderous sound from the ground. With surprise, he asked: "What are these sounds?" The people said: "These are the royal horses brought to welcome you." De- clining the horses with their accompanying pomp and splendour, he said: "I have no need for these horses. Bring my mule. It is adequate for me." His Khilaafat was short, a brief two and a half years. It is said that with the aid of his slave, his enemies had him poisoned. During his last ill- ness, he summoned the slave and questioned him. It tran- spired that his enemies had given the slave a thousand di- nars (gold coins) to poison his master, the Khalifah. Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) confiscat- ed the 1000 dinars and had the gold entered into the Baitul Maal. Then he said to the slave: "Flee before the people discover your crime. They will slay you." Thus, he pardoned his murderer. The slave took flight. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 16 Remember and beware! Sin never becomes stale. Sin is never forgotten. When sin- ning you are dealing with Allah Azza Wa Jal Who does not forget. Once a Buzrug passing through the Qabrustaan saw the head of an inmate of the grave pro- truding. The dead man ex- claimed: ―Wallaah! Ninety years have passed since my death, but the bitterness (pain) of Maut is still in my throat.‖ From between his eyes, the impression of Sajdah was con- spicuous.‖ He too was a man of piety. These fearful episodes of punishment relate to even men of high Taqwa. Sometimes a sin is committed and forgotten. Years pass by without Taubah. The pious man or the re- formed man is lulled into com- placency by his Taqwa and he forgets about the sin/s he had committed years ago. Its retri- bution is in Barzakh. Sin is never stale and old nor is it ev- er forgotten by Allah Azza Wa Jal. Always repent and recite Istighfaar. May Allah Ta‘ala forgive all our sins – the sins we recall and the sins we are unable to remember, Aameen. Seek forgiveness for all sins. Do not labour under the impression that your sins committed 40 years ago during your young days have been automatically for- given on account of your cur- rent state of assumed piety. Seek forgiveness for all sins, for the sins you remember and for the sins you no longer remember. Allah Ta‘ala for- gives all sins regardless of number and gravity. But a sincere Taubah is incumbent for all sins. A MAN addressing the Kha- lifah Abu Ja'far Mansoor, the second Khalifah of the Banu Abbaasi dynasty, said: "Ameerul Mu'mineen! On one of my tours of China, I learnt that the king had suddenly lost his hearing. He had become deaf. When this happened, the king cried profusely. When his companions tried to console him, he said: 'I am not crying because of this calamity which has descended on me. My con- cern is for the oppressed. I fear that an oppressed may come and knock on my door while I am unable to hear, and attend to him.' " Then the king said: "It mat- ters not. I am deaf but not blind. Henceforth no one in my kingdom is allowed to wear red garments except those who are oppressed. This will enable me to recognize the oppressed and attend to them". It was the practice of the king to daily come out of his palace during the evening time on horseback and look at his subjects. When he saw anyone with a red garment, he imme- diately attended to the op- A GAZE OF ZINA IS PUNISHED THAKWAAN was a chief in Basra. He was a man of Ta- qwa. A Buzrug narrates: ―After Thakwaan was buried and the people departed from the grave, I fell asleep near to one grave. Suddenly I ob- served an Angel descending from the heaven. He pro- claimed: ‗O Inmates of the Graves! Rise and take your rewards.‘ The graves split open and all the inmates emerged. Within a short while they all disappeared back into their graves. Then they appeared again. This time Thakwaan was with them. He was exquisitely dressed in heavenly garments and several servants were es- corting him. A Voice pro- claimed: ‗This servant (i.e. Thakwaan) is from among the People of Taqwa. However, on account of one evil gaze a calamity is descending on him. The command of Allah must be fulfilled.‖ Thus, he was tak- en in proximity to Jahannum. Suddenly a massive serpent emerged from the Fire and bit him on the face. The bitten portion of his face blackened. Then the Voice proclaimed: ―O Thakwaan! Not a single act of yours was concealed rom your Rabb. This (punishment) is the compensation for that evil gaze. If you had increased on it, We too would have in- creased the punishment.‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 17 The ‗Wild‘ Fires currently ravaging America are not ac- cidental occurrences. They do not act haphazardly. They op- erate under Divine Guidance and Command. All forms of natural disasters which cause devastation and destruction are the Decrees of Allah Azza Wa Jal. These Fires as well as all other kinds of natural dis- asters are among the Armies of Allah (Junoodullah). These Disasters have life and intelligence. They act in obedience to His Command. They run their divinely pre- scribed courses, then come to an end. In regard to natural disasters being of the Punish- ment of Allah Azza Wa Jal, the Qur‘aan states: “Rather, it (the hurricane) is a wind in which is a painful punishment. It demolished everything by the command of its Rabb… Thus, do We punish a nation of criminals.” (Al-Ahqaaf, Aayats 24 & 25) “Regarding the Aad, they were destroyed by an icy tempest which Allah unleashed on them for seven consecutive nights and eight days.” (Al-Haaqqah, Aayats 6 & 7) “Did you not see how your Rabb had dealt with the people of the elephants?... He (Allah) sent against them flocks of birds which struck them with pebbles of (baked) clay.” (Al-Feel, 1 & 3) “Thus, when Our Command (of Punishment) came, We made the upper surface of the land the lower portion (i.e. the punishment made the city upside down), and We incessantly rained on it (the city) brimstone (hard-baked clay stones) which were marked by Your Rabb.” (Hood, Aayats 82 & 83) ―Marked‖: That is, on each pebble was inscribed the name of the person to be struck and killed. Not a single pebble erred in executing the command imposed on it to strike a specifically named person whose name was in- scribed on each pebble. The same applied to the pebbles with which the birds struck and killed the troops of Abraha who came with ele- phants to destroy the Ka‘bah. Each pebble had the name of a trooper divinely inscribed on it. The birds did not err. Each pebble struck and killed the person whose name was on the pebble. The Fires in America are devastating and destroying whatever Allah Ta‘ala has commanded. The ending of the Fires is not by the action of the fire-fighters. When the prescribed limit of the punish- ment has been accomplished, Allah Ta‘ala orders its cessa- tion. The Fires in America are a small Punishment for the bru- tality committed by America in Palestine. There is much more punishment in store for these brutal oppressors of the Yahood and Nasaara. THE AID OF ALLAH “Remember when you were (a handful of weaklings) consid- ered weak (and hopeless) on earth. You feared that the people (the kuffar) would an- nihilate you. Then Allah granted you refuge, bolstered you with His aid, and He sus- tained you with Tayyibaat (pure, wholesome food) so that you be grateful.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 26) In this Aayat, Allah Ta‘ala reminds the Sahaabah of their pitiful, weak and forlorn con- dition on the occasion of the Battle of Badr. The Mush- rikeen of Makkah were 100% certain of annihilating the small band of weak Muslims. But Allah Ta‘ala decreed otherwise. They were granted a glorious victory. This promise of Allah Ta‘ala to aid Muslims re- mains valid today and for all time. But the imperative con- dition for receiving the aid of Allah Ta‘ala is obedience and to live as Muslims in obedi- ence to the Shariah and the Sunnah. When Muslims ignore the Shariah of Allah Ta‘ala and the Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), and adopt the law and culture of the Yahood and Nasaara, then the consequence is Gaz- zah. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 18 The much hoped for and de- sired ‗ceasefire‘ in Gazzah has been hammered out be- tween Hamas and Israel at the instigation and order of the U.S.A. There is nothing to gloat about this ceasefire. Much deception underlies this flimsy ceasefire. The Qur‘aan Majeed in- forms us that the Yahood can never be trusted. They are addicts of dishonouring pledges and treaties. Muslims have no cause and no reason for celebrating. In fact celebra- tions and aberrations are of the practices of the kuffaar. Muslims are required to acquit themselves with digni- ty and portray a sombre atti- tude when Allah Ta‘ala grants relief of any kind. Our reac- tion should be with Shukr – gratitude in the style taught by Islam. In silence and in sol- itude should Muslims per- form Shukr Salaat and suppli- cate to Allah Ta‘ala for Aafi- yat – Protection from all kinds of calamities and hard- ships. However, Aafiyat is the ef- fect of Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat (Worship). Mus- lims, especially those in Gaz- zah, should sigh with relief for the extremely brittle ceasefire, and express Shukr correctly to Allah Ta‘ala. They should not gloat and emulate the kuffaar by cele- brating, dancing, prancing, shouting slogans and the like. These are not the ways of the Sunnah. Allah Ta‘ala warns in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “We shall surely give them to taste of the lesser Punishment, not the greater Punishment, for perhaps they may return (to the Path of Rectitude).” Was the punishment in Gaz- zah in the form of Yahood and Nasaara brutality the ‗lesser punishment‘ or was it the ‗greater punishment‘? Al- lah Azza Wa Jal knows best. Did the Muslims of Palestine understand the Working of Allah Ta‘ala? Did they see the Controlling Hand of Allah Azza Wa Jal? Do Muslims understand that the mighty and painful destruction and killing in Gazzah was the Command of Allah Azza Wa Jal? If they genuinely believe that everything in creation acts by the decree of Allah Ta‘ala, then they will realise and know what to do. They will know that they have to repent, reform and renew their allegiance to Allah Ta‘ala. They will understand that the Yahood and the Nasaara could not have in- flicted brutality on such a massive scale without the command of Allah Azza Wa Jal because He declares in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. There is not a seed in the darkness of the earth, nor anything moist or dry but it is record- ed in a clear Book.” “Not an atom in the earth or in the heaven nor anything smaller or bigger is hidden from your Rabb, but it is Recorded in a Clear Book.” During the respite granted by Allah Ta‘ala in the form of this ‗ceasefire‘, He will, ac- cording to the Qur‘aan, be watching the conduct of Muslims. Allah Ta‘ala says: “If you return, We too shall return.” That is: If Muslims, after having been granted res- pite return to sin, disobedi- ence, fisq and fujoor, Allah Ta‘ala will re-activate His Athaab by once again sending the Yahood and Nasaara to pulverise Muslims. “Only the People of Intelli- gence understand.” (Qur‟aan) “Verily, Allah is The Hearer, The Knower” (Qur’aan) He sees, hears and knows what is happening in Gazzah and in the entire creation. It is He Who is orchestrating the upheavals. He knows and we know not. Do not delete Allah Ta‟ala from the equations of life. He does as He pleases “So that He executes the destined decree, so that who- ever has to be destroyed may be destroyed after (the estab- lishment of) clear proof, and so that whoever has to live, may live after the clear proof. Verily, Allah is Samee’ and Aleem.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 42) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 19 Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahyi Anil Munkar – Commanding vir- tue and forbidding evil are Waajib commands of Allah Ta‘ala. Abandoning this ob- ligatory command is fraught with severe consequences. Warning the Ummah of these consequences, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Allah will inflict widespread punishment on A nation who does not pre- vent the commission of Sins despite having the ability to do so.” Another Hadith warns that in the wake of abandonment of Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahyi Anil Munkar, Allah Ta‘ala will ap- point over us such tyrants and oppressors “who will show no mercy for your little ones and no respect for your elders. Then your pious persons (your buzrugs) will make dua, but Allah will not accept their supplications.” That is, the Aam Athaab will be justi- fied and will take its divnely decreed course. When the Ulama in particu- lar, and the others in general, abandon Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahyi anil Munkar, the Athaab will descend and en- gulf the entire community/ nation regardless of the pres- ence of innumerable men of piety. Hadhrat Aishah (Radhiyallahu anha) narrated that Allah Ta‘ala ordered Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) to destroy a certain city of 60,000 inhabitants. From the- se, 40,000 were evil trans- gressors and 20,000 were of such piety which was like the piety of the Ambiya (Alayhimus salaam). Jibraeel (Alayhis salaam) was greatly surprised at this Command. When he queried the reason and the impending fate of the 20,000 Buzrugs, Allah Ta‘ala explained that these 20,000 pious men had abandoned Amr Bil Ma‘roof Nahyi Anil Munkar. This abandonment led to their Imaan being desensitized to the degree that they frater- nized and socialized with the fussaaq and fujjaar. Hence, all of them have to be destroyed by the Punishment. And, this is the decree of Allah Ta‘ala which Jibraeel (Alayhis sa- laam) had executed. In regard to this kind of pun- ishment which is universal and which will engulf the entire community – the pious and the impious, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Beware of such a Punishment which will not be restricted to only the transgressors among you, and know that verily Al- lah is severe in punishment.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 25) The piety of the buzrugs and of the Ulama will not save them from the Aam Punish- ment when they abandon Amr Bil Ma‟roof Nahyi Anil Munkar. The Buzrugs and the sincere Ulama who are snug in their assumed status of pie- ty should not become com- placent with the transgression perpetrated around them. They should not labour under the misconception of being insu- lated against the Athaab of Allah Ta‘ala on account of their piety and status. The Athaab will take them all in its trajectory. They will also become the victims of the devastation and de- struction which Allah Ta‘ala will unleash with His Whip of Athaab. There is much for the sincere silent Ulama to reflect regarding their silence in the face of the fisq, fujoor and kufr of the Muslim masses. The consequence of such transgression and silence will be Gazzah in another form. “He who is silent regarding the Haqq is a dumb shaitaan.” (Hadith) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 20 Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) instructed us to re- frain from abusing the oppres- sor rulers and tyrants. The hearts of the rulers are in the control of Allah Ta‘ala. When the people are obedient to Al- lah Ta‘ala, He creates benevo- lence in their hearts. If the people are disobedient to Al- lah Ta‘ala, He installs tyrants to rule the people with injus- tice and oppression. “I am the Maalik of kings. The hearts of kings are in My Hand. I make them (the kings/rulers) benevolent for those who obey Me, and I make them a punishment (cruel) for those who disobey Me. Therefore, do not involve yourselves with abusing the kings. Rather, turn to Me with repentance, then I shall be benevolent to you.” (Hadith Qudsi) However, it is a snare of Shaitaan to divert the focus of Muslims from their own pu- trid, corrupt condition of fisq, fujoor and kufr, and to concen- trate on reviling the kuffaar oppressors who are the medi- um via which Allah Azza Wa Jal inflicts His punishment. These are the very kuffaar – Yahood and the Nasaara- whom Muslims bootlick in all departments of life. Shaitaan has succeeded in his plot of ensnarement by having deflected the minds of Muslims from the actual cause of their defeat, suffering and humiliation. With their focus diverted from their own cor- rupt moral and spiritual states, they bark up the wrong tree by lambasting and abusing their own ugly reflection in the mir- ror. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your a‟maal (deeds) are your rul- ers.” The rulers being appoint- ed by Allah Azza Wa Jal, are in accord with our deeds. The consequence of evil deeds is tyrannical, oppressive rulers, and the consequence of virtue and obedience to Allah is be- nevolent rulers. Muslims have lost their focus, diverting it from the re- ality stated repeatedly and ex- plicitly in the Qur‘aan and Ahaadith. Shaitaan has suc- ceeded in his plot to divert our focus from the reality. Hence, Muslims remain dwelling in deception and ignorance re- garding their own moral and spiritual corruption and diseas- es. Due to our misdiagnosis of our maladies, there is no solu- tion. Thus, Muslims seek hon- our and success in the ways of the Yahood and Nasaara. But never will they achieve this goal. Allah Ta‘ala says in the Qur‘aan Majeed: “What! Do they search for Izzat (honour) in the Law of Jaahilyyah? All Izzat belongs to Allah.” Yes, Muslims having abandoned the Sunnah and are searching for honour and worldly success in the ways of the Yahood and Nasaara, hence they emulate these kuffaar and follow them right into “the lizard‟s hole” as was predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The brains of Muslims have become so fossilized pre- venting them from understand- ing that despite decades of kuffaar emulation in all spheres of life, they are sink- ing incrementally in the quag- mire of destruction which they have prepared for themselves by having abandoned the Sun- nah and rejecting the Shariah. “Only the people of intelli- gence heed naseehat.” (Quraan) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 21 “Soon will Allah prevent the power (military power) of the kuffaar. And (know!) that Allah is more Powerful in might, and more powerful in punishing.” (An-Nisaa‟, Aayat 84) A lasting, valid ‗ceasefire‘ is only when Allah Ta‘ala de- crees the cessation of hostili- ties, and when He reduces and curbs the power of the kuffaar. This depends on the renewal of the allegiance Muslims give Allah Ta‘ala. A genuine ceasefire is not the nonsense they fabricate in Qa- tar at the behest of U.S.A. It is reliant on the attitude of Muslims. The Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Allah will not change the (prosperous) condition of a nation as long as they do not change (the corruption) with- in themselves.” (Ar-Ra‟d, Aayat 11) If Muslims reform themselves and once again become true Mu‘mineen, then Allah Azza Wa Jal will fight their battles and protect them against the villainy and brutality of the Yahood and Nasaara. “Allah suffices for the Mu‟mi- neen in battle. And, Allah is powerful and mighty.” (Al-Ahzaab, Aayat 25) Thus, the defeats and humilia- tion suffered by Muslims in battle are the effects of Mus- lim transgression and evil. If Muslims were faithful to Al- lah Ta‘ala, there would have been no reason for the Gaz- zah conflagration, devastation and destruction. “Your Rabb does not unjustly destroy towns whilst their inhabitants are Muslihoon.” (Hood, Aayat 117) „Muslihoon‟ are people who engage in Islaah of the nafs (self-reformation). As long as Muslims are con- cerned with their spiritual state which pivots on their Deen, Allah Ta‘ala will not destroy them and their towns. Massive destruction and dev- astation on the scale being enacted in Gazzah is conclu- sively the Athaab of Allah Az- za Wa Jal. When Muslims become ‗kuffaar‘ in thought and deed, then the Aam (universal) Athaab becomes justified. Then it will run its prescribed course. It will end only by the Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal, not by means of fake, stu- pid and deceptive ‗ceasefires‘. Thus, there is no need and no permissibility for dancing, prancing and ululating. “We did not oppress them, but they themselves oppressed their souls (with fisq, fujoor and kufr).” (Qur‟aan) DESTRUCTION & DEVASTATION “We do not destroy towns ex- cept when their inhabitants are zaalimoon.” (Al-Qasas, Aayat 59) Only when transgression, fisq, fujoor and kufr have transcended all bounds of Di- vine Toleration, does Allah Ta‘ala unleash His Whip of Athaab (Punishment). “They transgressed (with their rebellion) in the land, causing massive fasaad (anarchy) in the land. Then your Rabb unleashed on them the Whip of Athaab.” (Al-Fajr, 11, 12, 13) The special circumstance of the Revelation –Fir‘oun in this case – is not restricted. It extends to all people, Muslims and kuffaar who spread an- archy, fitnah, fisq and fujoor on earth. When the point of no return has been reached, the Divine Whip of Athaab is un- leashed. That is what is hap- pening in Gazzah right now. “If Allah aids you, none can then defeat you, and if He abandons you, then who is there to help you besides Him? The Mu’minoon should have tawakkul (trust) on Allah.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Ayat 160) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 22 “O People of Imaan! Do not take as friends The Yahood and Nasaara. They are mutual friends (friends of each other, not friends of the Muslimeen). Whoever from among you be- friends them, verily he is of them. Allah does not guide a nation of zaalimeen. You will see that those in whose hearts is a disease (of Kufr and Nifaaq) racing among them (to be with them). They say: „We fear that a ca- lamity will overtake us.” (Al-Maaidah, 51 & 52) These Verses were revealed to rebuff the Munaafiqeen. The leader of the Mu- naafiqeen, Ubay bin Salool had said: “I fear a change of fortunes, therefore I shall not relinquish my friendship with my friends (the Jews). Friendship with the kuffaar is of the attributes of the Mu- naafiqeen. Cordial relation- ship and display of attributes of moral excellence are not friendship. Munaafiqeen such as those who existed during the era of Nubuwwat are found even today in abun- dance. Their salient feature is bootlicking the kuffaar. They labour under the satanic mis- apprehension of gaining aid and honour from the kuffaar whilst in reality the kuffaar keep them in subjugation and humiliation. The Qur‘aan Majeed ex- plicitly declares such boot- lickers to be ―of them‖. They are the likes of Reverend Abraham Bham, the Cross- Worshipper, Moolla, Menk, MJC characters and many others of this ilk. “There is no help (for the Mu‟mineen) except from Allah, the Mighty, The Wise.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 126) Gross deficiency of Imaan which is the effect of aban- donment of the Shariah and Sunnah, constrains the Pales- tinians as well as all other Muslims, to search for help from the kuffaar and Shiahs and from the so-called ‗international‘ community. The reality on the ground proves that not a single na- tion, not a single institution and not a single so-called ally have come to the aid of the Palestinians who are being pummeled and brutalized by the Yahoodi and American butchers. The Qur‘aan states une- quivocally that aid is only from Allah Azza Wa Jal. But this aid comes at a price, and that price is Taa-at (Obedience) and Ibaadat (Worship). The price is to re- pent and reform, and refor- mation means the adoption of the Sunnah and Shariah. The Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala is not for treasonists such as the Muslims of this era. The scenario in Gazzah loudly testifies that Allah Ta‘ala is withholding His aid and punishing Muslims. “You will see many of them befriending the kuffaar. Evil indeed is that which their souls have sent ahead (thereby gaining ) the Wrath of Allah for them, and in Punishment will they dwell forever. If they truly believe in Allah and the Nabi and that which has been revealed to him, they would not take them (the kuffaar) as friends. However, numerous of them are faasiqoon.” (Al-Maaidah, 80 & 81) These Verses snugly fit the interfaith bootlickers lurking in the Muslim community. They befriend the kuffaar by compromising the Deen with the baatil and kufr of the Sa- tanist interfaith ideology with which all interfaithers are re- quired to strike a responsive chord. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 23 IN EGYPT during the brutal reign of repression and tyran- ny of Ahmad Bin Tuloon, an Aalim of the Haqq, Hadhrat Abul Hasan Bunaan Bin Mu- hammad Bin Sa'd (rahmatullah alayh), went to confront this tyrannical ruler. When he proclaimed the Truth and admonished the ruler for his cruelty and oppression, Ibn Tuloon became enraged. He ordered the arrest of Hadhrat Abul Hasan who was thrown into a dungeon. Thereafter Ibn Tuloon ordered that he be fed to a hungry lion. The occasion was an- nounced to the public. The appointed day arrived. A huge crowd had gathered in the are- na to observe the lion devour- ing Hadhrat Abul Hasan (rahmatullah alayh). A huge lion was held hungry in cap- tivity for a few days. Hadhrat Abul Hasan was brought in chains and pushed into the centre of the arena, and the cage was opened. The lion leaping from the cage went straight to the prey. However, when the lion reached Hadhrat Abul Hasan, he displayed an uncanny timidity and began smelling him. Then the lion went and stood wagging its tail at a distance. Spontaneously from the crowd came loud cries of Laailaaha il lallaah Allahu Akbar! Ibn Tuloon who was present was thus humiliated. He issued instructions for Ha- dhrat Abul Hasan to be re- leased with honour and be treated with respect. He had realized that he had no power to thwart the Order of Allah Azza Wa Jal. When some of Hadhrat Abul Hasan's close associates asked him about his condition at the time when the lion was running towards him, he said: " I was wondering about the mas'alah of the saliva of wild animals. Is the lion's saliva taahir (pure) or najis (impure)?" “You (Muslims) said: „From whence is this (calamity)?‟ Say (O Muhammad!): „It is from yourselves.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 165) Initially during the Battle of Uhd, the Mus- lims suffered a tempo- rary defeat. In surprise they exclaimed: Why did this defeat befall us? Al- lah Ta‘ala said in re- sponse that it was the consequence of disobe- dience. The Sahaabah guarding the pass had committed an error of judgment by believing that they could abandon their post because of the victory they saw. Allah Ta‘ala then allowed the kuffaar to regroup and to inflict heavy loss on the Muslims. Referring to this fact, the Qur‘aan says: “That which had afflicted you on the day the two armies clashed was by the permission of Allah…” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 166). Similarly, the calami- ties befalling the Mus- lims in Palestine and elsewhere are by the Permission of Allah Ta‘ala, and it is the con- sequence of the treason against Allah Ta‘ala per- petrated by Muslims. “Verily, those among you who had fled on the day the two armies had clashed, were caused to be shaken (and falter) by Shai- taan because of some of their ac- tions (of disobedi- ence).” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 155) In the wake of disobedience come weakness and loss of cour- age. A slight act of disobedience resulted in a major loss for Muslims during the initial stage of the Battle of Uhd. What should be the con- clusion when the entire Ummat has abandoned the en- tire Deen? The humiliation, defeat and the Ummah lying sprawled at the boots of the kuffaar are there- fore not surpris- ing. It all is the consequence of our fisq, fujoor and kufr. AL-HAQ BULLETIN 75 Page 24 There is no surprise in the brutality of the Jews. Massa- cring babies, women, children and the wounded in hospitals – committing wholesale and horrendous genocide – are integral to Yahoodi nature. The worst people on earth are those who kill their own Am- biya. Referring to the killing of the Ambiya, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: “Verily, those who reject the aayaat of Allah, and kill the Ambiya and kill those who enjoin justice from mankind, give them the tidings of a painful chastisement.” (Aal-e-Imraan, Aayat 21) Commenting on this Aayat, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “O Abu Ubaidah! The Bani Israaeel had murdered 43 Ambiya in a single morning. Then 170 pious worshippers stood up to prevent them and to enjoin goodness. However, all of them were murdered the same evening.” This speaks volumes for the brutality of the Jews. They are the worst of creation, and even the Mushrik idol- worshipping king of Babylon had said that people who kill their own Prophets are the worst specimens of human- kind. Q. Are those killed in the current war in Gazzah mar- tyrs? A. All Muslims killed by the kuffaar are Shuhada (Martyrs). Q. Is Hamas salafi? A. No! While they are not Salafis, they do not adhere to any particular Math-hab. They are of the Ikhwaanul Mus- limeen movement which had originated in Egypt about a century ago. Q. Is the misery of the Pales- tinians a trial or a punish- ment? A. On the basis of their gross disobedience and abandon- ment of the Shariah and Sun- nah, the calamity which has befallen them is the Punish- ment of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Practically there is no differ- ence between them and the Yahood and Nasaara kuffaar. Q. Many people are going for tours to Musjidul Aqsa. Is there any Islamic/Sunnah merit in this? A. There is only shaitaani ‗merit‘ in these tours. Whilst the Muslims on the doorstep of Jerusalem in Gazzah are subjected to horrendous suf- fering, these tourists squander huge sums of money for mer- rymaking, justifying it with the pretext of ‗Aqsa‘, when in reality their motive is pure nafsaaniyat. They are goaded by Iblees to indulge in shai- taani tourism. When people have an abundance of haraam money, they squander it in haraam avenues. “And, prepare for them (the kuffaar) whatever (military) strength you can muster, and also from trained horses, with which you may strike fear in the enemies of Allah, your enemies and in others besides them. You do not know them. Allah is aware of them.” (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 60) Muslims are not supposed to celebrate like the kuffaar do. Prancing in the street, men and women mixing and shout- ing slogans are of the ways of the kuffaar. Hamas was supposed to have celebrated with thousands of fighters marching in battle array, displaying their weap- ons, to instill fear in the hearts of the Israeli cowards. Was this page helpful?
