When their appointed time arrives, it shall not be delayed nor advanced by a moment.” (Qur‟aan) Empires have come and gone. Oppressors have come and gone. Kings have come and gone. Every dog and eve- ry pig will have their days of doom and destruction. The Yahood and Nasaara are cur- rently riding on the crest of a wave, unmindful of the les- sons of history and reality. No empire endures eternally. But those dwelling in a drunken stupor of their power which they believe is inherent in themselves and will never fade away, are in reality lost in deception. They are stupe- fied by their own stupidity. The U.S.A. will soon wake up to find itself sprawled at the feet of some other power which Allah Azza Wa Jal will raise to replace it (America). No empire endures for ever. But these moron kuffaar in- toxicated with their current superior power are too stupid to understand the lesson im- parted by History. It is of the Way of Allah Azza Wa Jal to grant respite to a nation. But the Line will run out. When that moment of doom and destruction ar- rives, these brutal kuffaar will understand the myth of their superior military power. It will simply vanish into oblivion. Atheists, having absolutely no conception of the All- Pervading, All-Powerful Crea- tor. They believe themselves to be all-powerful, hence they gain the idea of not being answerable to anyone for all the brutality and oppression they inflict on the weaker na- tions. But they will under- stand the reality long before their entry into Hell-Fire. Muslims of extremely de- ficient Imaan are trapped in the same kufr conceptions of the Yahood and Nasaara. They, therefore, fail to under- stand and they fail to see the operation of the Divine Hand in all the upheavals occurring around them. It is essential for Muslims to understand that it is Allah Azza Wa Jal Who is orchestrating the events and upheavals taking place in the Middle East. The Abdaal are a class of Auliya belonging to a Secret Order of Auliya con- sisting of twelve classes. At the very top of the twelve classes is the Chief known as Qutb. The identities of the Auliya of all these classes are a secret. The Abdaal are 40 in num- ber. Their number remains constant. When one of them dies, another one from the im- mediate lower rank is promot- ed to take the position of the deceased one. The Abdaal have been be- stowed with great miraculous powers. They roam all over the world while Shaam is their headquarters. They are able to traverse continents in minutes. They cause wars and end wars. Allah Ta‘ala impos- es a variety of duties on them. All affairs are in the control of Allah from before and after. On that day the Mu‟minoon will rejoice. Regarding the assistance of Allah, He assists whomever He wills. He is The Mighty, The Merciful.” (Ar-Room, Aayaat 2, 3, 4,5) “Seek aid from Allah and adopt Sabr (patience). Verily, the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it to whomever from His servants He wills, and the ultimate outcome (of victory) is for the Muttaqeen.” (Al-A‟raaf, Aayat 128 These Aayaat refer to a great war between the Roman and Persian empires. The Per- sians were fire-worshippers while the Romans were Chris- tians. These two superpowers of that era clashed in the Land of Shaam. The great battle took place in the year 613 of the Christian era. 26,000 Yahoodis (Jews) had joined the army of the Per- sians. 60,000 Romans were killed in this battle. When the Roman envoy met the Persian emperor, Khusru to sue for peace, the emperor said with contempt that as long as the Christian king does not aban- don Christianity and worship the sun, there will be no peace. Muslims should emerge from their intoxication of disobedience, fisq, fujoor and kufr. They should re- sort to Taubah and renew their Pledge of Obedience. They should fulfil the or- der of Ibaadat (Worship) and Taa-at (Obedience) for which they have been cre- ated. Then only will ar- rive the Nusrat (Aid) of Allah Ta‘ala. As long as they do not renew their Allegiance to Allah Ta‘ala, they will dwell in misery under the yoke of oppression of the Yahood and Nasaara. “If Allah aids you, no one can ever defeat you. And, if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 1) THE KHILAAFAT of Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) was proverbial for its justice and piety. He had restored the Khilaafat to the mode of the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Umar (radhiyallahu anhu), the Second Kha- lifah. The Taqwa (Piety) and Roo- haaniyat (Spirituality) of Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) extended over the entire empire of Islam, including the animals. His brief Khilaafat was surpassed only by the Khulafa-e-Raashideen. In the year 99 Hijri, Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) mounted the stage of Khilaafat in compliance with the wasiyyat (directive) of the Khalifah Abdul Ma- (Continued on page 3) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 3 lik Bin Marwaan who had passed away. After burial of Khalifah Abdul Malik Bin Marwaan, Hadhrat Umar Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) set off for the Musjid with a big crowd following. In the Musjid, he mounted the mimbar. Address- ing the gathering he said: "O Assembly of People! The trust of Khilaafat is a trial imposed on me. I have neither desire nor quest for it. I have been appointed without the consultation of the Muslims. (He was appointed by a di- rective of Khalifah Abdul Ma- lik Marwaan). I therefore re- move from your necks the bur- den of my appointment. Select another person to be your Khalifah." There was pandemoni- um. With one voice the entire assembly thundered: "We have selected you, O Ameerul Mu'mineen. We are pleased with your Khilaafat." When the voices died down and there was silence, Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) re- cited the praises of Allah Azza Wa Jal, and Durood and Sa- laam on our Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Then ad- dressing the people, he said: "I urge you to adopt fear for Allah (Taqwa). Nothing is superior to the Taqwa of Al- lah. Practise deeds of virtue for adorning your lives in the Hereafter. Allah Ta'ala suffic- es for the worldly needs of those whose quest is the Aakhirah. Reform your moral life, Allah will then rectify your mundane life. Whoever is proud of his ancestry, will be apprehended on earth in the pangs of death. By Allah! I shall not make awards to anyone in ille- gal ways nor usurp the rights of anyone. I am not a treasurer (to hoard public wealth). I shall expend the wealth wher- ever I am entitled to. As long as I am obedient to Allah Ta'ala, obey me. If I abandon obedience to Allah Ta'ala, obeying me no longer remains incumbent on you. I have said what I deemed ap- propriate for you. I seek for- giveness from Allah Ta'ala for myself and for yourselves." After he had completed his address, he suddenly heard a thunderous sound from the ground. With surprise, he asked: "What are these sounds?" The people said: "These are the royal horses brought to welcome you." De- clining the horses with their accompanying pomp and splendour, he said: "I have no need for these horses. Bring my mule. It is adequate for me." His Khilaafat was short, a brief two and a half years. It is said that with the aid of his slave, his enemies had him poisoned. During his last ill- ness, he summoned the slave and questioned him. It tran- spired that his enemies had given the slave a thousand di- nars (gold coins) to poison his master, the Khalifah. Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Azeez (rahmatullah alayh) confiscat- ed the 1000 dinars and had the gold entered into the Baitul Maal. Then he said to the slave: "Flee before the people discover your crime. They will slay you." Thus, he pardoned his murderer. The slave took flight. They intend to seek the government of Taaghoot when in fact they have been com- manded to reject it. Shaitaan desires to lead them far astray.” (An-Nisaa‟, Aayat 60) Among the Signs of Qiyaamah according to the Hadith is that the A‘maal (Deeds) of the Aakhirah will be used for attaining worldly objectives. The prediction of this Hadith is being fulfilled in a variety of ways in differ- ent fields of mundane life. One such misused Amal of the Deen is the façade of Ji- had. Today ‗jihad‘ is present- ed as a front for attaining the objectives of the kuffaar. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: ―Never will prosper a nation who en- trusts its affairs to a wom- an.‖ Nabi-e-Kareem (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) further stated that a woman is of deficient intelligence. Reporting on this haraam ex- cretion of the HTS-American ‗jihad‘, Al-Jazeera says: The newly appointed head of the Women‘s Affairs Office under the Syrian interim gov- ernment says the administra- tion will enable women to contribute to the rebuilding of the country, ravaged by more than a decade of conflict. In an interview with Al Jazeera from Damascus on Sunday, Aisha al-Dibs said the government was committed to engaging Syrian women in so- cial, cultural and political in- stitutions, and recruiting quali- fied women in healthcare and education sectors. ―It is known to us all that the Syrian woman, historically, is a highly effective woman, able to lead across all fields. To- day, we are in the process of bringing her back to this lead- ing role in building Syria, a new country, the free country we all aspire for,‖ al-Dibs said. She pledged to encourage women from all the Syrian provinces and ethnicities to participate in an upcoming na- tional conference, which will discuss the future of the coun- try. Al-Dibs said the establishment of the Women‘s Affairs Of- fice, with her as its head, was in response to questions sur- rounding the role of the Syrian women in the new govern- ment. Islam and being fully cogni- zant with the psyche of cor- rupt Muslims of this age, the Yahood and Nasaara are de- riving maximum capital and benefit by employing morally bankrupt Muslims in their con- spiracies to benefit themselves financially or to destroy Islam. To achieve its goal, the USA required foot soldiers. Today such men are available in only this Ummah of Islam. To lure stupid Mus- lim young men into its con- spiratorial snare, the only chi- mera was ‗Jihad‘. Huge amounts of dollars have been expended to bribe hypocrites to organize these jihaadi out- fits who would be the surro- gates of the USA. There never was a valid Ji- had waged by any of these jihadi outfits whose chiefs are invariably on the American payroll. Today Mr.Joulani has been installed as a puppet po- litical leader in Syria by Amer- ica. There is no word of Jihad or Musjidul Aqsa or Gazzah which he can allow to slip from his mouth. Now he is no longer the terrorist with a $10 million bounty on his head. Iraq lived something tragically similar with the fall of Mosul in 2014. It‘s fair to argue that the abso- lute majority of Syrians are against the 2020 Russia- Turkey-Iran deal which in fact prevented the liberation of Idlib: a major strategic blun- der. It gets worse – because the problem actually started in 2018, when the Turks were not even in Afrin, and the libera- tion of Hama/Idlib was inter- rupted for the sake of liberat- ing the suburbs of Damascus. It‘s from there that tens of thousands of jihadis were transferred to Idlib. When we got to 2020 it was already too late: Idlib was de- fended by none other than the Turkish Army. The SAA, when it comes to Idlib, proved itself to be an asleep-at-the wheel disaster. They did not upgrade their de- fenses, did not integrate the use of drones, did not prepare tactical defense against FPV kamikaze drones and observa- tion drones, and did not pay attention to the scores of for- eign spies. No wonder the Rent-a-Jihadi mob found any resistance to take most of Aleppo in 48 hours. After the 2020 deal, Iran and pro-Iran forces left Syria, espe- cially in the provinces of Alep- po and Idlib. These sectors were transferred to the SAA. This time, it was clear for months that HTS was prepar- ing an offensive. Warnings were sent to Damascus. But the Syrians trusted the deal with Turkey and the re- established relations with Arab nations. Big mistake. Why did the government col- lapse so quickly? The offensive came at a mo- ment of heightened regional instability. Years of sanctions, Israeli aggression, and western interference had weakened Syria‘s defenses. Even Assad‘s allies expressed shock at the Syrian army‘s swift collapse – despite providing intelligence. Iranian Foreign Minister Ab- bas Araghchi noted: ―We were surprised by the weakness of the Syrian army and the speed of field develop- ments, and Assad expressed his surprise at the weak perfor- mance of his army during his last meeting with the senior adviser to the Leader of the Revolution, Mr. Ali Larijani.‖ Armed factions executed a me- ticulously planned blitzkrieg, employing heavy weaponry – some allegedly provided by – and leveraging advanced west- ern military tactics. Coupled with a media onslaught that sapped morale, Syria‘s defens- es crumbled in quick succes- sion. HTS is, in short, a well- trained CIA/NATO strike force that performed brilliant- ly. Key Syrian allies, including Iran and Hezbollah, were pre- occupied with other conflicts, such as supporting Gaza and countering Israeli aggression in Lebanon. Russia, entangled in its war with Ukraine, with- drew key naval assets from the Syrian port city Tartous and refrained from committing sig- nificant reinforcements. Turkey‘s geopolitical interests, particularly regarding Kurdish autonomy and refugee bur- dens, incentivized its support for toppling Assad‘s govern- ment. The timeline tells the story: November 18: Ronen Bar, Is- rael‘s Shin Bet chief, meets with heads of MIT, Turkey‘s Intelligence. November 25: NATO Chief Mark Rutte meets with Er- dogan. November 26: Salafi-jihadis assembled by HTS, formerly Nusa Front, supported by Turkish Intel, plus a hefty ter- rorist coalition, launch a light- ning-fast attack against Alep- po. Right before the ceasefire, Tel Aviv smashed virtually all communication routes between Syria and Lebanon. Netanyahu subsequently stressed that the focus now is on ―the Iranian threat‖, essential to smash the Axis of Resistance. The offensive started in Syr- ia‘s second-largest city and economic backbone, Aleppo, and swiftly cascaded through provinces, including the rest of Idlib, Hama, Daraa, Suwayda, Homs, and ultimately Damas- cus. By the 12th day, the capi- tal had fallen, and Assad, along with his family, was in Moscow. According to a Syrian special services source, Ukrainian ad- visers played the key role in the capture of Aleppo – providing drones and Ameri- can satellite navigation and electronic warfare systems, and teaching Syrian collabora- tors and Islamic Party of Tur- kestan operatives how to use them. Syrian Arab Army (SAA) communications were com- pletely jammed by these elec- tronic warfare systems: ―The assault groups and drones were equipped with encrypted GPS devices and extensive use of AI, so that the use and naviga- tion of attack UAVs and kami- kaze drones took place from a long distance.‖ The mechanism was set in place months ago. Kiev made a straightforward deal with ter- rorists: drones in exchange for batches of takfiris to be weaponized against Russia in the US/NATO proxy war in Ukraine. Then on the day the ceasefire with Lebanon was signed, the HTS and another group, the SDF, a Kurdish proxy force also backed by the US began a new assault on Aleppo. The Attack On the morning of 27 Novem- ber, armed extremist groups launched violent attacks on Syrian army positions in the vicinity of the 46th Regiment and toward the villages of Orem al-Kubra and the sur- rounding areas, located a short distance from the M5 Aleppo- Hama-Damascus high- way. The scope of the battles quickly expanded on the inter- national road and into the city of Aleppo. The goal of the military operation launched by HTS and its allies is the recov- ery of the positions gained by the Syrian forces with the sup- port of Russia during the bat- tles of 2017 – 2020. The mili- tants claim that the Syrian and Russian army‘s ―violations‖ of the de-escalation agreements – and their intensification of strikes on Idlib – prompted these military operations in order to regain their control of these areas. They say that the Syrian army‘s retreat in Aleppo‘s western countryside provided impetus for the mili- tants to launch further attacks toward rural eastern Idlib. Within three days, armed ex- tremist groups were able to reach the heart of Aleppo and declare a curfew for 24 hours. HTS forced the com- plete surrender of Aleppo – without a fight – and filmed themselves in front of the leg- endary Citadel, on 30th No- vember. From 2012 to 2016, only a few dozen SAA soldiers managed to successfully de- fend the citadel, even when they were completely sur- rounded. The historic event took place thanks to the hospitality of a private landowner who invited the participants to add to his own palms as a gesture of friendship. Led by Rick Sopher, 63, a banker and philanthropist from London, the interfaith group visited both Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, ex- ploring the recent changes in attitude towards reconciliation and friendship among the three Abrahamic faiths. Delegates from Jewish, Christian and Muslim backgrounds trav- elled together from the UK to learn about the history, reli- gion and culture of the destina- tion countries through interac- tion with local faith leaders, institutions, and communities. The diverse group included prominent businessmen and philanthropists as well as a professor of history and oth- er researchers from Cambridge University. (Continued from page 6) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 8 Despite 14 months of brutal and relentless bombing, night and day, and despite the dislo- cation of the entire population of Gazzah, and despite tens of thousands killed and hundreds of thousands injured in the on- going genocide brutality and savagery of the khanaazeer Yahood, Israel has failed to capture Gazzah. That is why the bombing is continuing re- lentlessly around the clock. While a land can be de- stroyed by bombing by cow- ard murderers, it cannot be held. Holding territory re- quires boots on the ground. The cowardly Yahoodis are unable to fight even the fussaaq-fujjaar Muslims on land. That is why they are re- sorting largely to genocide from the air in the hope of driving out the entire popula- tion to spread out all over the world. This would then enable them to set foot in Gazzah and colonize it. But hitherto, these cowards have failed to impose their control in Gazzah. If they had any real control of Ghazzah, the bombing would have ceased and they would have established an administration to govern the land. But their hope clings to the idea of elim- inating Hamas from the air and by means of their occasional tank invasions. In the process of the geno- cide, Israel is bleeding. Mean- while Hamas is inflicting substantial losses to Israel. Numerous tanks and armoured vehicles have been destroyed and the destruction is on- going. Numerous Yahoodi sol- diers have been eliminated. On another front, the Houtis have inflicted considerable damage to Israel. Just the oth- er day, millions of Israelis had to flee to bomb shelters at 3 in the morning. Sirens are go- ing off daily. The entire Ya- hoodi population is suffering from nervous epidemics. They have no peace. Hundreds of thousands are dislocated in Israel. Thousands have be- come mad and are hospital- ized and more are entering the madhouses and hospitals. The economy is wrecked. Their factories and shops have closed and are closing in large numbers. Their harbours and airports are idle. Hun- dreds of thousands of Ya- hoodis in Israel are under the breadline. It is hoped and we make dua that this brutal savage Israeli regime will bleed to its death bringing the American Israeli state to a disastrous end. The chiefs of the Quraish came to Abu Taalib, the uncle of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) complaining about the propagation of the new Deen and Rasulullah‘s condem- nation of their idols. They im- plored Abu Taalib to convince Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to desist from his propagation. Abu Taalib sent for Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He endeavoured to convince Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) to discontinue propa- gating the Deen of Tauheed. In response, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “If they place the sun in my right hand and the moon in my left hand, I shall not desist.” AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 9 Who is the government of Syr- ia? Every intelligent person – Muslim or kaafir – under- stands that the real govern- ment of Syria today is the USA. Despite HTS having executed America‘s dirty work of toppling the Khinzeer Assad, it (HTS) will not be allowed to become even a pa- per ‗government‖. The paper government which the USA will fabricate for Syria will be a hybrid conglomeration of secular op- position entities with women in the forefront. Already, even prior to the installation of the paper government of the USA, a faasiqah / faajirah / kaafirah aunt has been appointed ‗head of the Women‘s Affairs Office under the Syrian interim gov- ernment‘ Who is this mysterious ‗interim government‘? It is not Mr.Joulani with his HTS serfs of America. All the dirty work of America has been executed and accomplished by Joulani‘s HTS, the Surro- gate of America. Yet, Joulani has no control in the political destiny of Syria. The job of HTS is only to dance at the commanding tune of its Handler. HTS will now be canned by the USA and held in reserve for another occasion when America deems it appropriate to foment anarchy in the interests of its global objectives, and if the USA determines that HTS has outlived its utility, then Joulani and his HTS will be summarily dispatched into oblivion by murderous tech- niques. Leave alone the issue of these chaps being ‗Mujahideen‘. Their very Imaan is in question. Allah Ta‘ala says: ―You will see many of them befriending the kuffaar. In- deed evil is that which their souls have sent ahead for them. Allah‘s Wrath is on them and in Athaab (Punishment) shall they dwell forever.‖ (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 80) ―If they had Imaan on Allah and the Nabi and on that which has been revealed to him, never would they have taken them (kuffaar) as friends. But, in reality many of them are faasiqoon‖ They crawl behind the Ya- hood and Nasaara, acting at their bidding, merely for the haraam boodle dollars which these kuffaar pay lucratively. They have betrayed Allah Ta‘ala, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and the Um- mah. LOST AND FOUND The Well of Zam Zam came into existence miraculously at the birth of Nabi Ismaaeel (Alayhis salaam). His mother, Hadhrat Haajarah (Alayhas salaam) who was all alone with her baby in the uninhabit- ed wild desert was running hither and thither in search of water. It was on this occasion that Allah Ta‘ala created the Well of Zam Zam. With the passage of time, the Well became covered by mounds of sand and was com- pletely obliterated. The loca- tion of the Well was totally lost. It became a legendary sto- ry. Abdul Muttalib, the grand- father of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) initiated a search for the Well. He and his eldest son, Haarith continued the search for many days without success. No one from the Quraish tribe had assisted him in the search. In fact, they mocked at the father and son for having embarked on what they be- lieved to be a futile project. One day Abdul Muttalib saw in a dream the location of the Well. It was located at the spot of two idols, Asaaf and Naailah, whom the Quraish worshipped. When Abdul Muttalib decided to dig at the location, the Quraish reacted with extreme hostility. Despite their efforts to prevent him, he and his son initiated the dig- ging. Whilst his effort continued, he made a vow to Allah Ta‘ala. If the Well was discov- ered with water gushing, and if Allah Ta‘ala blessed him with (Continued on page 10) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 10 The Yahood and Nasaara are extremely cunning. They are experts in the art of creating dispute and disunity in the ranks of Muslims. Libya, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, in fact in most Muslim lands, there is intense internecine warfare which has destroyed the countries. However, their expertise in this field relies on the stupidity of Muslims and on the degree of love for the dunya and wealth which today has become the domi- nant attribute of Muslims. The anarchy which has been achieved by the West in Libya and Iraq will be repeated in Syria. The same internecine dispute and kill- ing are happening in Af- ghanistan although on a less- er scale. Even religious groups have been infiltrated by the governmental agen- cies of the USA., Israel, etc. Thus, the success of their plots are being witnessed in even the Tabligh Jamaat which has split into two vile, hostile, murderous factions who are devouring their own kind in cannibalistic style. The Yahood and the Nasaara are experts in fo- menting Shiah-Sunni fitnah, and they have expertise in the art of creating deviant sects in the Ummah. They are also experts in Deo- bandi‘ism and Barelwi‘ism, and utilize their differences for maximum capital to in- durate their mutual hostility. Their greatest current achievement is the creation of a plethora of ‗jihaadi‘ outfits which have no rela- tionship with Jihad and Is- lam. The objective is to only destroy the Ummah and gain control of the resources of the Muslim lands. It is the wealth of the Muslim coun- tries which is sustaining the first world designation of America, the UK, etc. The success of the Ya- hood and Nasaara in their plot of destabilizing the Muslim countries by means of internecine fighting is, in reality, the effect of the stu- pidity of Muslims who al- low themselves to become entrapped in the propagan- (Continued on page 11) ten sons, he will sacrifice one of his sons in the Name of Al- lah Ta‘ala. After struggling with the digging for many days, the Zam Zam Well was discov- ered. He was also blessed with ten sons. Now that the Well was discovered and was in operation, the Quraish be- gan honouring Abdul Muttalib and he was hailed as the chief of the tribe. When all the sons attained adulthood, Abdul Muttalib re- solved to fulfil his vow. He took all his sons to the Ka‘bah and in front of the idol, Hubal, lots were drawn to determine the son to be sacrificed. The name of Abdullah, the young- est son who was the most be- loved to Abdul Muttalib sur- faced. Despite his profound love for Abdullah, he set off with the son to offer him as the sacrifice. The other sons, daughters and the Quraish intervened and vigorously protested. Ab- dul Muttalib was determined to fulfil his vow. After consid- erable argument, it was decid- ed to take the matter to Sajaa‘ who was a fortune-teller. Sajaa‘ advised that lots should be drawn between ten camels and Abdullah. Since ten cam- els was the amount of blood money to be paid for having killed a person, this number was stated. Sajaa‘ said that if in the lot- tery the camels were favoured, then they should be sacrificed. If Abdullah‘s name emerged, the number of camels should be raised to 20 and the lottery should be repeated. He said that each time that Abdullah‘s name surfaced, ten camels should be increased until ulti- mately, the lottery will deter- mine the camels for slaughter. This process was repeatedly carried out. When the number became 100, the lottery was in favour of the camels. Howev- er, for the sake of certitude, Abdul Muttalib again resorted to drawing lots another two times, and again it was in fa- vour of the camels. Thus the 100 camels were slaughtered. (Continued from page 9) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 11 Question A senior Mufti of Jamiah Rasheediyah in Pakistan, Muf- ti Tariq Mas‘ood, has stated in one of his talks in Canada that there are many errors in the Qur‘aan Majeed. He implied that ―these errors‖ occurred when Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) would dictate to the Kaatibeen (Scribes) to write the Wahi (Revelation), and he attributed this to the fact that our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) was an Um- mi (one who could not read and write). There was an outcry against him. His arrest was demanded. It has been reported that the Mufti is in hiding, fearing for his life. He has also apologized and claims that he has been misunderstood and his state- ments were cited out of con- text. What is the status of his Imaan? He has apologized. Please comment. Answer Indeed this mufti is guilty of kufr. His apology is stupid. For what was he apologizing? The need is for him to sincere- ly acknowledge his error of kufr, renew his Imaan and his marriages with his four wives. His apology has not clarified anything nor has it exonerated him from his kufr. The mere suggestion of there being an error in the Qur‘aan Majeed eliminates Imaan. He has impugned the lofty, divinely fortified charac- ter of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). It is intolerable that the Da- rul Uloom could still retain his services. He is one of those shayaateen in human form mentioned in the Hadith. His apology is not an uncondition- al retraction of the kufr he had uttered. On the contrary, his attempt to explain himself only compounds his kufr. He has not confessed to his glaring kufr statements. His explana- tion is a baseless attempt to justify the kufr he has dis- gorged. da of the Yahood and Nasaara. The Aql (intelligence) of Muslims has become impaired and de- ranged, hence they are una- ble to understand the plots of the kuffaar. The impair- ment of Aql is the conse- quence of fisq, fujoor and kufr in which the Ummah is drowning. It is futile to blame shai- taan for our infractions and villainy. Shaitaan whose agents are the Yahood and Nasaara, is merely execut- ing his trade of deception and misguidance. Allah Ta‘ala has equipped Mus- lims with sound Aql and the Ta‘leem of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). If Muslims adhere to the Sunnah, no one will be able to deceive and entrap them in the evil in which they are currently dwelling. It is the love of the dunya and wealth which has caused Muslims to become traitors and bootlickers of the Yahood and Nasaara. It is this love for carrion which has provided the kuffaar with a huge supply of Mus- lim personnel to execute their plots to destroy this Ummah and to loot the re- sources of the Muslim coun- tries. Indeed, as Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had predicted, we have be- come ―Ghutha (flotsam, rub- bish and scum).‖ (Continued from page 10) THE ATTRIBUTE OF IMAAN The Roman emperor, Heracli- us, asked the Sahaabi envoy to describe the character of Ameerul Mu‘mineen Umar Ibn Khattaab (Radhiyallahu anhu). The Sahaabi, succinct- ly presenting the epitome of the character of Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: “He neither deceives nor can he be deceived.” The emperor, awed by this response, commented to the gathering in his court: ―He does not deceive‖ indicates the perfection of his religiosi- ty. ―He cannot be deceived‖, indicates the perfection of his intelligence.‖ AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 12 SYRIA: Syria is drifting incrementally into anarchy and chaos. The displacement of the brutal As- sad regime has not freed Syria from the tentacles of the Ya- hood and Nasaara. On the con- trary, the grip of the Yahood and Nasaara has tightened. Whatever ‗government‘ is be- ing formed will be a paper government fabricated by the USA. It will be a toothless dog unable to even bark. The Yahood and Nasaara are right now devouring Syr- ia. The country is being carved up by USA, Israel and Turkey. The following report explains the passage of anar- chy being carved by the Ya- hood and Nasaara. FOREIGN INTER- FERENCE THREAT- ENS SYRIA Interference by Israel and the Unit- ed States is threatening the unity and sovereignty of Syria which is going through a critical stage after the fall of the Assad regime. In the south of the war-torn coun- try, Israel continues to develop its military operations, ignoring all in- ternational laws and norms. On December 22, the Israeli De- fense Forces (IDF) stormed Baath City in the governorate of al- Quneitra. The military gave the lo- cals an advanced warning and asked them to prepare to hand over all of their weapons to Israeli troops. The next day, December 23, Israeli troops advanced towards the Her- mon sign height in the governorate of Rif Dimashq and established a post there. Later on the same day, the IDF called on the residents of Jubata Al Khashab, a key town in the country- side of al-Quneitra, to hand over all of their weapons. On December 24, the IDF advanced in two more directions. Israeli troops entered the Mantara Dam and the town of Sweisa. The locals held a protest in Sweisa. However, they were dispersed by the troops who fired into the air. The new government in Syria, which is led by the Islamist group Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, has already con- demned Israeli operations in the country, however it is yet to take any action to stop these violations. Meanwhile in northeastern Syria, the U.S. continues to boost its influ- ence mainly relying on the Kurdish- led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Following nearly two weeks of clashes with the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA), on De- cember 23 the SDF launched an offensive in the direction of Tishreen Dam in the eastern Aleppo countryside. U.S. forces increased their presence in the region, mainly around the key town of Kobani, in the days leading to the offensive. Just a few hours after launching the offensive, Kurdish fighters captured the towns of Hobak Tueni, Qishla, al -Saeidin, and Haj Hussein, securing the western bank of Tishreen Dam which is located on the Euphrates River. By December 24, it was reported that the SDF was some 12 kilome- ters away from the town of Manbij, which fell into the hands of the SNA after the collapse of the Assad re- gime. There were also reports of the SNA bridging in reinforcements to the battlefield. The SDF offensive is clearly meant to pressure Turkey which has been preparing to launch a ground opera- tion in the direction of Kobani. The offensive wouldn’t have been possi- ble without the approval of the U.S. All in all, Israeli operations in south- ern Syria and the recent moves by the U.S. in the northeast of the country will further destabilize the situation there. Both powers do not appear to be planning to leave Syria any time soon. Talk of the Shariah in the Land of Shaam by the ‗jihadi‘ HTS outfit is now taboo. The American agenda has become glaringly conspicuous. Muslim youngsters who are so gullible when the bait of Jihad is dangled in front of them should not be naïve. They should beware of these scoundrels operating under the designation of ‗jihad‘. Their ‗jihad‘ is the ‗jihad‘ of the Yahood and Nasaara. Nev- er join these ‗jihadi‘ outfits. Those who allow themselves to become entrapped by the- se American surrogates are losers: “They are losers in this dunya and in the Aakhirah.” (Qur‟aan) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 13 Haafiz Ibn Katheer (rahmatullah alayh) states in Al -Fitan Wal Malaahim, under the chapter Thikrul Mahdi Al- lazi Yakunu Fi Aakhiriz Za- maan (Mention of that Mahdi who will emerge in the final era), that the Mahdi of the final era will be from amongst the Khulafaa-e- Raashideen and Aimmah-e-Mahdiyeen. He states that the Mahdi of the fi- nal era is not that Mahdi which the Rawaafidh/Shias are await- ing. Their belief is based, not on any reliable information, but rather on concocted and spuri- ous narrations. It will not be the Muhammad Ibn Hasan Al- Askari who according to them was born in 255 A.H. and who at the age of five miraculously disappeared, until the present day. We are speaking here of that Mahdi who is described in the Ahaadith of Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam). He will be born in the final era, in close proximity to Qiyaamah. Ibn Katheer (rahmatullah alayh) states that his view is that this Mahdi will appear just before the descension of Hadhrat Isa (alayhis salaam). Also the narration of Ha- dhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) which states that it is he (Imaam Mahdi - alayhis sa- laam) who will be born from the progeny of his son, Hadhrat Hasan (radhiyallahu anhu) and whose name will be like that of our Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) and his father‘s name will be like that of Nabi‘s (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) father‘s name. Ibn Katheer (rahmatullah alayh) also indicates towards the fact that it does not refer to anyone from the Bani Abbaas, from the previous eras. He has also stated that the Imaam Mahdi (alayhis salaam) will be born after the reign of the Bani Abbaas and that he will be from the progeny of Hadhrat Faatimah (radhiyallahu anha). He has also indicated clearly that Imaam Mahdi (alayhis sa- laam) will be from the off- spring of Hadhrat Hasan (radhiyallahu anhu) and not Hadhrat Hussein (radhiyallahu anhu), as is clearly borne out by the narration of Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu). Ibn Katheer (rahmatullah alayh) narrates a Hadith from Ibn Majah, that Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said, ―Three persons will fight at your treasure (The Kaabah). They will be the sons of the Khulafaa. They will not even come near one another when black flags will be raised from the east. They will come to fight you, such a fight that has never been witnessed before.‖ The narrator says that Nabi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said something further which he cannot remember. Then Na- bi (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said, ―When you see it (this army), then you should take ba`it to him, even though you have to traverse ice to get to him, because he is the Khalifah Mahdi.‖ Ibn Majah is alone in report- ing this Hadith but the chain of narrators are reliable and au- thentic. mand of Allah Ta‘ala. Stating that they act only by the command of Allah Ta‘ala, Hadhrat Khidhr (Alayhis salaam) who also ex- ecutes tasks which may appear to be in conflict with the Zaa- hiri Shariah, said to Nabi Mu- saa (Alayhis salaam): ―I did not do this of my own ac- cord.‖ (Qur‘aan) Since Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) had objected to the actions of Ha- dhrat Khidhr (Alayhis salaam) which were in conflict with the Shariah, he (Khidhr) clarified that he had executed whatever he had done by the command of Allah Ta‘ala. The Abdaal with their mi- raculous powers are fully aware of the situation in the Land of Shaam. But they do not act to assist in the domina- tion and establishment of the Shariah. In all likelihood, some of them are responsible for the very upheavals about which we and all Muslims are lamenting and being distress- ful. Whether they are dormant or whether they are instrumen- tal in the anarchy prevailing in Shaam, it is all the Command and Decree of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Muslims should therefore never delete Allah Ta‘ala from the equations of life: “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware.” (Qur‟aan) (Continued from page 1) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 14 The interrogation section in Gaza prison was ominously known as ―the slaughterhouse‖ due to the torture and oppres- sion inflicted on its detainees. It consisted of a building with a corridor approximately four meters wide and twenty meters long, with various-sized rooms on either side where the inter- rogations took place. Detain- ees were made to sit or stand along this corridor, their faces to the wall, their heads cov- ered with thick cloth bags down to their shoulders, and their hands tied behind their backs. Soldiers patrolled among them, continuously beating, kicking, and slapping. If de- tainees appeared to doze off or lose focus, they were doused with cold water. Periodically, one of the detainees was dragged into one of the side rooms. Once the bag was re- moved from their head, they faced a group of interrogators who spoke Arabic with a He- brew accent, bombarding them with thousands of questions, interspersed with relentless kicking, beating and slapping. The detainee is thrown on his back, his hands shackled with iron chains behind his back, a cloth sack covering his face and head. One of them sits on his chest to suffocate him and pours water over the sack, another stands on his stomach, and a third places a chair between his legs to keep them apart and sits on the chair, while a fourth presses on his testicles, and two others each hold one of his legs. Thus, in rounds, as soon as one round ends, it is separated from the second round by a few seconds, and he is thrown on a long table in the same manner, subjected to the same methods, and his hands may be shackled with iron chains behind his back. Then his hands are tied to a loop or a pipe fixed in the wall up high, where he is almost hanging, his fingertips barely touching the ground, his head covered with a sack or more, during which he is subjected to punches in the stomach and kicks all over his body, and cold water is poured on him, and sometimes an electric fan is turned on him, causing the detainee to shiver with cold, feeling his body freeze. Mahmoud was subjected to all these methods and more during the interrogation in the (slaughterhouse) of Gaza‘s Slaughterhouse, until his body wasted away, and he became thin and no longer recognized himself. Over forty days, he scarcely saw sleep, tasted food, or felt water touch his body. In moments when they wanted to give him a little rest, fearing death, they lowered him into one of the cells, a small room no wider than a meter and a half and no longer than two and a half meters, to find himself in it with five or six detainees who had been exhausted by the interrogation and lack of sleep, lying one on top of the other, sinking into a terrifying sleep, from which they only woke up when the jailers dragged them back to the interrogators. James Jeffrey, former U.S. Ambassador to Iraq and Tur- key, in a March 2021 interview with PBS Frontline, laid out very plainly the template for what has just happened in Syria this month: ―Syria, given its size, its strate- gic location, its historical im- portance, is the pivot point for whether [there can be] an American-managed security system in the region … And so you‘ve got this general alli- ance that is locked in with us. But … the stress point is great- est in Syria‖. Jeffrey explained (in the 2021 interview) why the U.S. shift- ed its to support to Jolani and Hayat Tahrir al- Sham (HTS): ―We got Mike Pompeo to is- sue a waiver to allow us to give aid to HTS – I received and sent messages to HTS‖ - The messages coming back from HTS were: ―We [HTS] want to be your friend. We‘re not terrorists. We‘re just fighting Assad‖‖. The PBS Frontline interviewer asks: The U.S. was ―supporting indirectly the armed opposition‖? To which Jeffrey responds: ―It was important to us that HTS not disintegrate … our policy was … was to leave HTS alone … And the fact that we haven‘t targeted [HTS] ever, the fact that we have never raised our voice to the Turks about their cohabitation with them — in fact, I used this example the last time I was talking to very senior Turks – when they started bitching about this relationship we [the U.S.] have with the SDF [in eastern Syria]‖. ―I said to them, ―Look, Turkey (Continued on page 16) nately. He confirmed his own position as being that of hardline intolerance toward those who practiced a ‗heretical‘ Islam. So, Jeffrey was simply reiter- ating its sequel: the original Wahabbi-led ‗rug pull‘ on Syr- ia by the Gulf was simply to be reverse engineered into a HTS hit by a rebranded amal- gam of various militia made up primarily of former fighters (many not Syrian) from al- Qaeda/al-Nusra and ISIS, di- rected – in this second itera- tion – by Turkish Intelligence and financed by Qatar. Syria thus has been disinte- grated and pillaged in the name of ‗liberating‘ Syrians from the threat of ISIS, which they – Washington – had in- stalled in the first place, and which the U.S. then used to justify the north-east of Syria‘s occupation by U.S. forces. I think the Ameri- cans and the Turks played a much more important role than Israel did – in wrecking Syria‖. ―The country is wrecked and I don‘t know any- body who thinks that the rebels who are now in control in Da- mascus are going to be able to restore order in that country … From Israel‘s point of view, this is a perfectly fine situa- tion‖, Mearsheimer adds. U.S. anti-Russia hawks also hoped that Russia might take the bait of a wrecked Syria to get enmired into a widening Middle East quagmire. Paul Craig Roberts Is Putin‘s Government Trying to Be a 19th century liberal government in the brutal evil world of the 21st century? I raise this question not only because Putin has been fighting in his gentlemanly way a war on Russian territory in Ukraine for six months longer without yet winning than it took Stalin‘s Red Army to defeat the formidable Ger- man Wehrmacht in World War II, and still Putin has not cleared Ukrainian troops from the small Donbas area or from the Ukrainian invasion of Rus- sian Kursk. Does anyone re- member when Putin declared that Russia would never again fight a war on its own territo- ry? Putin has been fighting a war on Russia‘s own territory for longer than the Soviet of- fensive took to drive the Ger- man invaders out of Rus- sia. Moreover, Putin and Lavrov seem to be relying on Trump, not the Russian mili- tary, to bring the conflict in Ukraine to an end by agreeing to a mutual security treaty. None of Putin‘s declarations have had any effect on Wash- ington‘s determination to fur- ther breakup Russia, a con- straint on American hegemo- ny. Neither have any of the super weapons that Putin has waved in the face of the West. Putin‘s reliance on useless ―agreements,‖ such as the Minsk Agreement and the Astana Agreement that sunk Syria, together with Putin‘s clamps on the Russian military in Donbas, has convinced Washington that Putin will not fight. Washington finds it ex- traordinary that it took Putin eight years after Washington‘s coup in Kiev, which placed a Washington Puppet in charge of Ukraine, to come to grips with the fact that he had a problem, deceived as he was by his useless Minsk Agree- ment. After Putin‘s intervention in Syria that prevented US Presi- dent Obama‘s invasion of Syr- ia, Putin‘s only proactive move, Putin refused to allow Syria to use Russian air de- fense systems to prevent Israe- li attacks on Syria and on Ira- nian officials. During the en- tire time of the Russian Air Force‘s domination of Syrian air space, Putin permitted Isra- el and Washington to attack Syrian territory at will. One wonders why Putin ever both- ered to intervene in Syria. The can got kicked down the road for awhile, but the final result was that Putin ran from the Israeli/Washington invasion and placed the Syria he had defended in the hands of Washington and Israel. Putin simply wrote off 8 or more years of the Russian Air Force fighting in the defense of a Syrian government elected by Syrians. Now the road is open for Isra- el to occupy Lebanon. No more embarrassing defeats of the vaunted Israeli Army at the hands of the Hezbollah militia devoid of an air force or heavy weapons. Twice the Israeli Ar- my, good only for killing women and children, ran for its life from Hezbollah. But now thanks to Putin, Syria is no more, and there is no way to resupply Hezbollah. Hez- bollah sat on its butt and did nothing while Israel assassi- nated all of its leaders and commanders and cut off its resupply routes. Inaction al- ways leads to defeat, and Putin‘s inaction is leading to Russia‘s defeat. In the final days, to avoid this Russian de- feat will the button be pushed? Iran is now also isolated and wonders what trust it can put in Putin, who is so averse to fighting. The Chinese and the BRICS now face the same question. Can Russia be counted on in a showdown? My critical words do not com- prise even a beginning of Putin‘s long list of strategic mistakes. I have written about some of them on this web- site. But many I have not have had a chance to address. Consider this one for example. Russia is a federation, a weak political structure as it amounts to a tower of babel, and it has Muslim provinc- es. Putin‘s policies in the Middle East have favored Isra- el over Muslims. Putin and Lavrov‘s warnings about war are always undercut by their own denials. Consequently, Russian warnings carry zero weight. We cannot look to Trump for peace. Trump has appointed mainly a Zionist government. Having lost Syria, Russia is on the defensive. Pakistan has re- sorted to bombing Afghanistan positions as well as institut- ing other anti-Afghanistan measures. Afghanistan is land- locked, and Pakistan has closed the avenues via which trade flows. The Taliban are primarily responsible for this deteriorat- ing state of affairs which will soon escalate into anarchy in both countries. The ground is being made fertile for the forces of anarchy which will most certainly be exploited to the maximum by India, the prime enemy of Pakistan and Muslims. It was Pakistan who had created the Taliban, albeit for its own reasons. A Taliban government would be a pow- erful buffer against India. Pa- kistan had hosted the Taliban for more than two decades and had been a sanctuary for hun- dreds of thousands of Afghan refugees. Pakistan had logisti- cally as well as in other ways supported and aided the Taliban in their struggle against the USA with its coa- lition of 40 countries. After the withdrawal of the US with its coalition, the Tali- ban government has repaid Pa- kistan by embracing its worst enemy, India, the cow and idol worshippers. This embrace re- veals the extreme Imaani de- ficiency of the Taliban. Mus- lims are persecuted and tor- tured in India. The stated pol- icy of the Hindu cow- worshippers is the conversion of Muslims – to make them Hindus – and to convert all Musaajid into temples of idol- worship. The story of Hindu brutality and oppression in Kashmir is enduring. Despite this miserable state of affairs, the Taliban crept into the hinds of the Hindu mushrikeen for the crumb-aid of wheat and vaccines of- fered. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “The noblest Jihad is to state the Haqq (Truth) in the pres- ence of tyrannical sultan.” In obedience to this Command of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam), Hadhrat Hasan Bas- ri (Rahmatullah alayh) pro- claiming the Haqq to the cruel and brutal governor, Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf, said: ONCE HADHRAT Hasan Basri (rahmatullah alayh) in the pres- ence of Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf, the notorious blood-shedder, said: "O enemy of Allah! O perpetra- tor of fisq and fujoor (evil and immorality)! O lover of sin and disobedience! Of what benefit will be this worldly pomp and splendour? The inmates of the Heavens are cursing and revil- ing you. The inhabitants of the earth have reached their limits of toleration regarding your tyr- anny and oppression. They have reached the end of the tether with their wrath and hatred for you." After administering this stern admonition to the tyrant Haj- jaaj, Hadhrat Hasan Basri (rahmatullah alayh) then said: ―Verily, Allah has taken a pledge from the Ulama that most certainly they should pro- claim the Haqq to the people.‖ Then he abruptly departed. declaring him a Putin agent who settled Putin‘s aggres- sion on Putin‘s terms. Therefore, we should be tolerant and respect every- one‘s choices. Bham uses this argument when questioned about other religious praying to their deities. Is there any validity in his argument? Answer: Every Muslim whose Imaan has not been eroded with kufr understands the utter fallacy and baselessness of the kufr disgorged by the Cross- Worshipper. Allah will eliminate fear for you from the hearts of your enemy and He will instill WA- HAN in you.‖ Explaining Wahn, Rasulullah – Sallallahu alayhi wasallam – said: ‗It is love for this dunya and aver- sion for Maut.‖ This is the state of the Ummah today. (Continued from page 4) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 23 IN EGYPT during the brutal reign of repression and tyran- ny of Ahmad Bin Tuloon, an Aalim of the Haqq, Hadhrat Abul Hasan Bunaan Bin Mu- hammad Bin Sa'd (rahmatullah alayh), went to confront this tyrannical ruler. When he proclaimed the Truth and admonished the ruler for his cruelty and oppression, Ibn Tuloon became enraged. He ordered the arrest of Hadhrat Abul Hasan who was thrown into a dungeon. Thereafter Ibn Tuloon ordered that he be fed to a hungry lion. The occasion was an- nounced to the public. The appointed day arrived. A huge crowd had gathered in the are- na to observe the lion devour- ing Hadhrat Abul Hasan (rahmatullah alayh). A huge lion was held hungry in cap- tivity for a few days. Hadhrat Abul Hasan was brought in chains and pushed into the centre of the arena, and the cage was opened. The lion leaping from the cage went straight to the prey. However, when the lion reached Hadhrat Abul Hasan, he displayed an uncanny timidity and began smelling him. Then the lion went and stood wagging its tail at a distance. Spontaneously from the crowd came loud cries of Laailaaha il lallaah Allahu Akbar! Ibn Tuloon who was present was thus humiliated. He issued instructions for Ha- dhrat Abul Hasan to be re- leased with honour and be treated with respect. He had realized that he had no power to thwart the Order of Allah Azza Wa Jal. When some of Hadhrat Abul Hasan's close associates asked him about his condition at the time when the lion was running towards him, he said: ―I was wondering about the mas'alah of the saliva of wild animals. Is the lion's saliva taahir (pure) or najis (impure)?‖ rected to professed Muslims who participate in the kufr ideology of assigning a single platform for Islam and all brands of kufr thereby equat- ing kufr with Islam. The fight is with professed Muslims, not with non-Muslims. The first sentence of this Aayat clearly means that no one may be compelled to ac- cept Islam. Islam has to be accepted of one‘s free will. The choice between Imaan and Kufr has been granted to man here on earth which is the arena for conflict between Imaan and Kufr, Haqq and Baatil, vice and virtue. The Aayat stating that there is no compulsion never means that Allah Ta‘ala is pleased with the kufr choice of the followers of Taghoot. De- bunking this kufr interpreta- tion of the murtadd, Reverend Abraham Bham, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: ―If you commit kufr (disbelieve in Islam), then (know), verily Allah is independent of you. And (know that) Allah is not pleased with Kufr for His servants.” (Az-Zumar, Aayat 7) When Jahannam has been created specifically for the eternal damnation of kuffaar, how can a sane person pro- fessing to be a Muslim ever promote the kufr idea of Al- lah Ta‘ala being pleased with idolatry, atheism and the vari- ety of brands of kufr – kufr which is in reality rebellion against the Creator. And, how can Allah Ta‘ala ever be pleased with reli- gions of kufr, when He com- mands in the Qur‘aan Majeed: ―And, fight them (wage Jihad) until there remains no fitnah and until the Deen is for only Allah.‖ (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 193) The choice which Allah Ta‘ala has given mankind of selecting whatever brand of (Continued from page 22) (Continued on page 24) AL-HAQ BULLETIN 74 Page 24 religion is desired never means that Allah Ta‘ala is pleased with kufr and the kuffaar. How can Allah Ta‘ala be pleased with kufr, He com- mands in the Qur‘aan: ―And fight them (wage Qitaal/Jihad) until there remains no fitnah and until all Deen (total Deen) is for only Allah.‖ (Al-Anfaal, Aayat 39) In the tafseer of this Aayat, it is mentioned: ―Fight them un- til there remains not a vestige of shirk among them and until every religion has been eradi- cated from them, and Islam alone will remain the Deen for them.‘ (Madaarikut Tanzeel) Such action – Jihad - is the obligation of the Islamic State. It shall not adopt the kufr ‗toleration‘ advocated by Bham and other murtaddeen of his ilk. The choice granted by Islam to the kuffaar is lim- ited. It is either Islam or Jizya or Jihad. But this is the obli- gation of the Islamic State. And how can Allah Ta‘ala ev- er be pleased with the choice of kufr, when He states in the Qur‘aan Majeed: ―And fight those who do not believe in Allah nor in the Last Day nor do they prohibit that which Allah and His Rasool have prohibited nor do they accept the Deen of Haqq (Islam) — Fight those of the Ahle-Kitaab until they subserviently pay Jizyah whilst they are in humiliation.‖ (At-Taubah, Aayat 29) And how can Allah Ta‘ala ev- er be pleased with kufr when He has created Jahannam spe- cifically for the kuffaar? ―...Fear the Fire whose fuel is people and stones. It has been prepared for the kaafireen.‖ (Al-Baqarah, Aayat 24) There is absolutely no scope in the Aayats proffered by the Reverend Abraham Bham to justify his participation in the kufr interfaith satanism of the Yahood and Nasaara. The Verse only states that no person may be compelled to accept Islam, and that Allah Ta‘ala, if He so willed that all mankind be guided, had the power for guiding them. Hav- ing granted people the freewill to select and adopt either kufr or Imaan, his power of coer- cion and compulsion has not been compromised. Thus, the Qur‘aan Majeed states: ―If Allah had willed, He would have made you One Ummah, but on the con- trary (He did not will so) so that He may test you re- garding that which He has given you. Therefore, has- ten to virtuous deeds.‖ (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 48) There being no compulsion in Deen and participation in the kufr interfaith exercise are two distinct, separate issues which the Cross-Worshipper has attempted to obfuscate for justification of his adoption of kufr. (Continued from page 23) Q. A Hindu says that Mus- lims are also idol worshippers because they worship the Ka‟bah. He says that just as their idols are representatives of God, so too do Muslims be- lieve of the Ka‟bah. What is the response for this? A. The Ka‘bah does not rep- resent a deity. While Hindus pray directly to the idols and supplicate to the idols for whatever are their needs, we do not pray to the Ka‘abah. While the idols are regarded by the Hindus to be represent- atives of God, in fact deities, and intermediaries for the worshippers, Muslims do not have such beliefs regarding the Ka‘bah. Loving and re- specting an object do not ele- vate the object to the pedestal of a deity. But the Hindu cow and idol worshippers manufac- ture their own gods with their own hands from stone and from every conceivable creat- ed substance.
