Below is a letter from someone I know from Kenya which I believe is pertinent that Maulana be informed.
BEGINNING OF LETTER
Since last year, the bereaved family, after getting information and a confession about their daughter’s death from Arif, they have been desperately trying to get Maulana FazlulRahman to denounce Arif publicly and remove him from his khilafat, the Aalim wouldn’t respond.
They sent him pleas from affected families but this Peer Saheb was unmoved. Arif declared many people as Baatil and Devoid of Imaan. He elevated himself as a Dajjal fighter. He said he got messages from Rasullullah Sallallahu Alaihiwasallam. I know because he used to post them to me which I did after editing out things I found funny and which the general public would see as funny.
I wasn’t bayat to him but used to attend his majlis and used to go to his Dars. He was very verbose and would drone on and on. With the women he would recite Poetry and sing Nazams. As his female following grew, he began to assert his control over them by forcing them to cut connection with everyone he felt who opposed him or he perceived as a threat.
So when an opportunity presented itself and the woman’s husband and some of his ex followers confronted him, he confessed to poisoning her and much more, they sent all this to Maulana Fazlur Rahman and even they got some senior Aalims to call him.
He said that he has received complaints but he wouldn’t excommunicate him from his khilafat. There is a clip where he says he doesn’t believe in it (the allegations) and so it continued. They got her body exhumed for tests and even after two years her brain and most of her torso were intact. The results of the post mortem haven’t come yet.
They contacted many Aalims in South Africa and Zambia to get a fatwa discrediting him, so that they could break up the female following him none of the Aalims were ready to help and many went as far as telling her brother that he was disrespecting the senior ulama and no one cared until The Majlis published his appeal.
All of a sudden, Maulana Fazlul Rahman was saying that khilfat and his ijaza are all automatically revoked if the holder goes against the sheria. Why didn’t he tell that to the mother of Zeenat, his hard-core follower earlier so that she could have got her daughter back. Zeenat broke off with her family because her father tried to stop Arif – unfortunately the father died and Zeenat never reconciled with her family.
Arif branded Maulana Yasin as Kaafir as he opposed him – Maulana Yasin’s sister Farzana, also broke up with her whole family. He claimed, my brother Abdul-Hafeez was without Imaan, and that my father died without Imaan. There is just too much, and he destroyed families and there were fathers and mothers declared as witches etc.
People say that it is gheebat and tohmat but what about the affected families. The sad thing is that not one of the South African Aalims, who were aware of all this, stood up for the victims except for The Majlis. You know people can hate him but he speaks the Haqq.
When Deedat came to Kenya in late 1980’s, on an Iranian sponsored trip, he spoke glowingly about Iran and WahdaWahda Islamiya (one Islam), we sent his speeches to The Majlis and he exposed him and exposed the Shia fitna.
And then many woke up and started to speak up. He also exposed the 19 theory person, who later went on to claim Nubbuwat. Alhamdulillah, I love him and even though many in my family don’t like him.
I say he has helped to keep many fitnah away Alhamdulillah! Allah will reward him and grant him his deserved due in Jannah, Aameen”
