It is a hypocritical exhi- bition of „Islamic‟ sympathy and concern by fussaaq, fujjaar and even kuffaar masquerading as Muslims. The objective is to pamper and deceive the ignorant Muslim masses. There is much more to this Ya- hudi intrusion than what Mus- lims understand. Since Muslims are in a state of rebellion against Allah Azza Wa Jal, they fail to understand that this Ben-Gvir character was allowed by Allah Ta‟ala to humiliate Muslims and to add salt to our wounds. In the context of Muslim transgression and renegation – fisq, fujoor, kufr and irtidaad – the Yahudi‟s act was a mild punishment of Allah Ta‟ala to further humiliate us. That this type of kuffaar action is at the command of Allah Ta‟ala, is confirmed by the Qur‟aan Majeed. In the past when Al- Aqsa was in the control of Bani Israaeel – the Muslim Ummah of bygone eras – Allah Ta‟ala had handed over Musjidul Aqsa to idol-worshippers and He had de- creed the enslavement of the Muslim Ummah (Bani Israaeel who were Yahudis). Thus, on one occasion, 70,000 Yahudi Muslims were enslaved by the idolater, Bukht Nasr (Nebucanezzar of Babylon). Among the slaves taken was al- so Nabi Daanyaal (Alayhis sa- laam). Regarding the defilement of Al- Aqsa by the mushrikeen and the handing of the Musjid to the kuffaar, Allah Ta‟ala states in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “We decreed (and announced) to Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab (Tauraah): „You will most cer- tainly spread mischief (fitnah and fasaad) on earth twice, and cause colossal rebellion (against the Deen). (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 4) Thus, when the first of the two Promises arrived, We sent against you such of OUR serv- ants who were powerful in war- fare. Then they penetrated the homes (of Bani Israaeel). It was a decree fulfilled.” (Bani Is- raaeel, Aayat 5) Then when the second Promise arrived (Allah Ta‟ala empow- ered the kuffaar) so that they dis- figure your faces, and enter the Musjid (Al-Aqsa) just as they had entered (and defiled it) the first time. (And Allah Ta‟ala al- lowed them) to destroy whatever they overran.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) A brief comment on these Vers- es is given by Mufti Muhammad Aashiq Ilaahi (Rahmatullah alayh) in his Tafseer. He says: “The incidents of the previous nations like Bani Israaeel are a lesson for the Muslim Ummah. These people were destroyed (with the punishment of Allah Ta‟ala) because they rebellious- ly flouted their Deen despite be- ing Mu‟mineen. The episode of Muslim rule in Spain and the de- struction of Baghdad are vivid- ly described in the books of his- tory. Even the centuries old reign of Muslims in India was snatched away by the British kuffaar and the Muslim rulers (Continued on page 11) Question Please comment on the new Taliban splinter groups which have emerged and creating cha- os in Afghanistan. Answer Allah Ta‟ala states in His Glori- ous Qur‟aan: “Fasaad (anarchy) has become prevalent in the land and on the seas on account of the perpetrations of the hands of men so that Allah gives them to taste some of the consequenc- es of their misdeeds.” The chaos and anarchy which have rent asunder the peace and security which Afghanistan had enjoyed during the first reign of the Taliban are part of the Athaab (Punishment) of Allah Azza Wa Jal for the current trai- torous Taliban regime. The Tali- ban have betrayed Allah Ta‟ala. They have betrayed Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). They have betrayed the Ummah and Islam. The Taliban have become transformed into a treacherous, bootlicking gang who have sold their Imaan for the dunya. They are licking today the boots and the hinds of the U.S.A., the West in general, China, Russia, India, Iran and the kuffaar all over the world. Their kufr conduit all along was Qatar which is anoth- er satanic backyard state of Iblees. They have even betrayed their worldly benefactors, viz., Pakistan. It was Pakistan who had created the Taliban. It was Pakistan who had armed and guided the Taliban. It was Paki- stan who had granted the Tali- ban sanctuary throughout the du- ration of the long two decade war against the kuffaar armies of the West. Although the motive of Paki- stan was only to use the Taliban as a buffer zone against the Cow -Worshippers of India, not be- cause of any altruistic designs for the Taliban, nevertheless, the Taliban have treacherously turned their backs on Pakistan by licking the boots of India and spurning and biting the hand which had fed and protected them. During the first reign of the Taliban, there was complete peace and safety in Afghanistan despite the total absence of a po- lice force and other security out- fits. Today it is the exact oppo- (Continued on page 11) Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 2 Q. What are the qualifications of the Khalifah? Who will be recognized as the legitimate Khalifah of an Islamic state? Is there any geographical condi- tion? Answer The Khalifah should certainly be an uprighteous man of high Ta- qwa and profound Knowledge. However, the legitimacy of the Khalifah and his khilaafat is not reliant on Taqwa. Even a faasiq can be the legitimate Khalifah if he has managed to install himself in the seat of power whether by hook or crook. Once a Muslim has installed himself as the Khalifah whether by Shura of the senior Ulama, or by a hereditary process (monarchy), or by force of arms, or by an army coup, then he will be recognized by the Shariah as the legitimate Khalifah. And, as long as he rules the land in ac- cordance with the Shariah, obe- dience to him will be Waajib. It will be haraam to rebel against him even if he is a faasiq-faajir. Thus, there are two imperative conditions for the legitimacy of the Khalifah: 1) He has to have sufficient power to install himself – power to rule the land. 2) He must govern the land according to the Shariah. In the absence of any one of the- se conditions, his „khilaafat‟ will be illegitimate. There is no geographical or any other requisite for a legitimate Khilaafat. A Sister comments: In a video, many things are be- ing discussed with regards to Pope Francis and The New World Religion. Now many of our Ulama (MJC, UUCSA, JUSA) to name a few are all in favour of Interfaith, Abrahamic Accord, Liberalism etc. All of them approve of eve- rything that goes against Islam (LGBTQ, Abortion, Killershots, MMB etc.) and the list goes on. I have listed a few points men- tioned in the video as follows: 1. Pope Francis to follow Anti Christ - I guess our Ulama did not know this??? 2. Father Francis to become the Leading Proponent of the TNWR and worship the Anti Christ - Ulama also didn't know this??? 3. Pope Francis inviting Muslims into Cathedrals and churches to worship. Muslims attended Mass to show Solidarity with Catholic - yes we have Church GoingUla- ma, MJC. And many in the UK, etc. 4. It is mentioned in the video, there is a major drive from the Pope's side to bring together Muslim and Christian, and his efforts are working – MJC, etc. are living proof for this plot.t 5. It is also mentioned in the vid- eo that the Pope does not attempt to evangelize these Muslims to convert to Christianity. No it is merely to allow them (Muslims) To Bring Worship Of Allah Into The Churches. And that it has been Prophesied that a Religion of The New World Order would be established. 6. This New World Religion would Desolve Boundaries be- tween Faiths and all would come together, unite in the worship of the FALSE LIGHT. 7. It is mentioned how The Lu- ciferian History predicted that Christianity and All Religions will eventually COLLAPSE, MAKING WAY FOR THE RE- LIGION OF PURE LU- CIFERIANISM (Satanism). How LUCIFERIANISM had infiltrated the Vatican and is PREPARING FOR THE NEW RELIGION, and it is to believe that it will last a 1000yrs. 8. In conclusion - Pope Francis is Truly Preparing The New Faith now for all in the World to become part of It. - MAY AL- LAH ALMIGHTY DESTROY ALL THEIR PLANS AND THEM WITH IT, AMEEN. These plots are nothing but Evil and as Muslims we really need to fix our relationship with Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala as that is the only way we are going to win this war. May Allah Sub- hanahuWa Ta'ala Help Us All Ameen. We have Ulama (MJC & Co.) who have sold us and the Deen out, who want us to accept what they have accepted and in doing so we end up lost. MJC and the other organizations and individu- al Ulama like them who have accepted all the above (kufr) cannot be followed. They do not represent the Ummah. Their claims are baseless and false. All the stuff mentioned in the video is pure Evil, so can the MJC, the Organizations and Ula- ma like them claim they did not know all this? Can they say they did not know about the Popes Evil Plans??? Yet they go to Church, they closed Masjids, they encourage Killer Shots, they Tolerate LGBTQ, they stand with ANC and they are all for Interfaith gatherings etc. How could they (MJC etc.) not have known these conspiracies - the (Pope's plans)??? Them not having a problem with all for these mentioned evils, pretty much sums it up that they too are in favour of the Pope‟s Plots. 1. Over 200 millions Muslims are lost to LGBTQ. 2. Chrislam was launched in Du- bai 15th September 2022 All of this because of Ulama being tolerant towards LGBTQ and in favour of Interfaith Gath- erings etc. Ulama accepted and their followers follow. THE ULAMA AND THE MADAARIS HIJACKED Q. Over the years, I have ob- served some very strange behav- iour from various Muslim scholars and institutions global- ly. It seems that many may be planted and controlled opposi- tion from the very beginning, or they are guided to gradually go astray in the long term? It ap- pears that even some of the top scholars and institutions have been hijacked or hoodwinked? To what scale is this and who is involved? A. This process of kufr hijacking of even renowned Madaaris is no secret. Just look at the fate of the famous Madrasah, Jamiah Azhar. Great and illustrious fig- ures of the Deen had emerged from thd Portals of that Institu- tion. Today it is an institution which promotes KUFR under Islamic guise. The West has to- tally hijacked this Madrasah which is no longer a Madrasah of the Deen. This process of kufrization was initiated by the British colonial masters. Although political inde- pendence in some form has been granted to the vassal popula- tions of the Muslim lands, the greatest coup of the colonial masters was the colonization of the brains of the Muslims, espe- cially of the sheikhs and now of the molvis, all of whom are scholars for dollars. Even our own Darul Ulooms in India and Pakistan, including Darul Uloom Deoband, is on the same slippery path of kufr down which Jamiah Azhar and other Institutions in the Muslim coun- tries have slid and lost them- selves. Some decades ago we proudly looked at our Headquar- ters, Darul Uloom Deoband, for guidance and knowledge. Today, we no longer swallow the edicts issued by Darul Uloom Deo- band. Their fatwas are suspect and contaminated with the dunya. Brother we are in the era known as Aakhiruz Zamaan. Qiyaamah is not in the too dis- tant future. The demise of the Deeni Institutions and the cor- ruption of the Ulama have been predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). These Institutions are pursuing worldly objectives under cover of the Deen. Among the Signs of Qiyaamah stated in the Hadith are: “Ilm will be imparted for the sake of the dunya. The dunya will be pursued with the amal of the Aakhirah.” Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 3 The Khilaafat of both Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) and of Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu) was legiti- mate and recognized. There is unanimity of the Ummah in the recognition of the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu). Only the Shiah kuffaar slander him. In the initial stage of the politi- cal conflict between these two senior Sahaabah stemming from the assassination of Hadhrat Uthmaan (Radhiyallahu anhu), the Muslims of Makkah and Madinah did not regard Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu) to be the Khalifah because at that juncture, Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) was the Khalifah. Despite this, the peo- ple of Shaam had accepted Ha- dhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu) as the Khalifah. He was the governor of Shaam at that time. Furthermore, during the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu), the khilaafat was not claimed by Ha- dhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu). It was after Hadhrat Ali‟s demise that he became the Kha- lifah. HARAAM CRICKET FITNAH Q. The fitan will develop and become universally preva- lent rapidly. This vile haraam merrymaking viewing of the haraam cricket game in a Musjid venue portrays the villainy and kufr of the trus- tees. Such vile trustees are signs of Qiyaamah. A man asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): “When will be the Hour (of Qiyaamah)?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When Amaanat is destroyed, then expect the Hour.” The man said: “How will Amaanat be destroyed?” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “When affairs (of Trust) are assigned to those who are unfit, then expect the Hour.” When rubbishes and rascals are appointed as trustees of Mus- jids and affairs of Amaanat are entrusted to such hoodlums, then the Hour is imminent. The breakfast served at the haraam function is haraam. The funds acquired are haraam. It is not permissible to use such mon- etary filth for any Deeni work. The kufr of this haraam view- ing of haraam kuffaar sport is shockingly lamentable. The haraam viewing of the match in which feature fussaaq, fujjaar and kuffaar begins immediately after Fajr Salaat. In blatant vio- lation of the Shariah‟s exhorta- tion to devote the time after Fajr until after sunrise to Ibaadat, the- se vile scoundrels are promoting haraam viewing. The time after Fajr has to be devoted to Ibaadat until it is time for Ishraaq. After performing Ishraaq, commence our mundane activities. If this sacred time is spent correctly, the thawaab is of one Hajj and an Umrah. But these obscene scoundrels, brazenly and fla- grantly promote the fisq of watching a haraam kuffaar sports match played by enemies of Allah Ta‟ala. They were born to be fuel for Jahannam. During the inception of the Brit- ish domination of the Indian subcontinent, a dispute pertain- ing to land developed between the Muslim and Hindu commu- nities in Khandlah, district Mu- zaffarnagar. While the Hindus claimed that the place was their temple, Muslims maintained that it was a Musjid. The matter went to the magistrates court for resolution. After hearing both parties, the magistrate met the Muslim party in privacy and asked if they were aware of any Hindu whom they trusted and on whose testimony the judgment could be decreed. The Muslims were not aware of any such Hindu whom they could trust. The magistrate then ap- proached the Hindu party and asked if they were aware of a trustworthy Muslim whose testi- mony they would rely on. The Hindus responded: “This is a great trial. It is a communal mat- ter. Nevertheless there is a Mus- lim Buzrug whose honesty we can vouch for. We have never known him to speak a lie. In all probability he will state the truth even in this matter.” The Buzrug was Mahmood Baksh, the brother of Mufti Ilaahi Baksh, the student of Shah Abdul Azeez who was the Kha- lifah of Hadhrat Sayyid Ahmad Shaheed (rahmatullah alayh). The magistrate issued a sum- mons for the Buzrug to attend the hearing. However, the Buzrug responded: “I have taken an oath that I would not set eyes on the face of an English man.” The magistrate sent the message: “You need not look at my face. But ensure you are present. The matter is grave. Without your presence, the dispute cannot be resolved.” The Buzrug relented and went to the court. But, he turned his back towards the magistrate. After both parties had testified, then the magistrate asked the Buzrug to pronounce his deci- sion. The eyes and ears of both parties were riveted on his face. The Buzrug announced: “The truth is that the land belongs to the Hindus. The Muslim com- munity does not own it.” Thus the award was made in favour of the Hindus. On that very day many Hin- dus embraced Islam. Honesty and justice are integral constitu- ents of Imaan. In this regard, the Qur‟aan Majeed states: “O Peo- ple of Imaan, be firm in estab- lishing justice as witnesses for Allah even though it be against yourselves or parents or rela- tives.” (Surah Nisaa‟, aayat 135) STUPID CRYING Commenting on the planned destruction of Muslim homes in India, a Brother says: “In India authorities in the state of Uttarakhand are planning to demolish 4,000 homes, mostly belonging to Muslims in Haldwani city. We have news of women emerging in public & making public Du‟a and men crying and doing the same. The public emergence of women and men who don‟t even look like Muslims will do noth- ing to avert the situation. Diso- bedience simultaneous with Du‟a is like mixing urine with pure milk. Why don‟t these people stay at home, make taubah, spend the night in Tahajjud crying to Al- lah and by day organise to de- fend their women and children. Do they not have any ghay- rah? Are they all Dayuths? There must be a minimum of 4000 men all struck by Wahn. Die nobly defending the hon- our of your family and attain Shahadat. In addition, one‟s wife will make Du‟a all her life for such a husband. Instead they have adopted crying for the camera like sissies.” There is no need for us to com- ment further. Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 4 174 PERISH- MORE THAN 100 INJURED Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Every sport of the Mu’min is haraam.” Allah Ta‟ala says in the Qur‟aan Majeed in many Verses: “The life of this world is but play and amusement while the Abode of the Hereafter is best for those who fear.” In Indonesia, 174 were killed and more than 100 injured in a haraam stampede at the haraam soccer stadium. They all per- ished in haraam. They lived in haraam, enjoying haraam, hence their end came in haraam. Even „harmless‟ and „intelligent‟ sport such as chess played in privacy is haraam. It is like “dipping the fingers in the blood of a swine” according to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). What conclusion should be drawn – what judg- ment should be decreed regard- ing a sport which ended in death and injury. Just imagine! 174 killed and more than 100 injured. Were the participants Muslim by any stretch of imagination? Only people bereft of Imaan populate sport stadiums and only kuffaar participate in satanic kuffaar sport such as soccer, rugby, cricket, tennis, etc., etc. The plethora of interpretations and arguments which even mor- on molvis and juhhaal sheikhs present to justify and halaalize haraam sport only testify to the kufr lurking in their hearts. We are living in the era about which is mentioned in the Hadith: “A time will dawn when the people will gather in the Musjid and perform Salaat while not a single one of them will be a Mu‟min.” SPORT IS HARAAM There is no conundrum as to why sport is haraam. It is pure shai- taaniyat which diverts the mind and heart totally from Allah Ta‟ala and the Aakhirat. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “You have been created for the Aakhirat.” This short life may not be squandered in satanism and in activities inspired by Iblees. Sport is one of the most potent snares of Iblees. Kuffaar sport brings in its wake all the attitudes and proclivities of kufr, fisq and fujoor. That is why hundreds can be horrendously trampled to death by devils in human form. In pursuit of their newly adopted bootlicking policy, the Taliban embraced the Shiah enemies of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) in a so-called “Muslim Unity Week” which in reality was a Week for the Unity of Devils –Shiah devils and Tali- ban devils. That so-called “Muslim” unity Rubbish func- tion was held in the Bibi Fati- mah Musjid in Kandahar, Af- ghanistan. How is it possible for true Mu‟mineen to embrace the slanderers of the Sahaabah and in particular Hadhrat Aishah and the Khulafa-e-Rashideen (Radhiyallahu anhum)? How can a genuine Mu‟min ever smile with those who disgorge the vil- est forms of vituperation against the illustrious Sahaabah and No- ble Wives of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Something drastic is amiss in their Imaan. From beginning to end the merrymaking, stupid function was an enactment to woo Iran for the haraam boodle which the Shiah government doles out to its supporters and underlings. The Taliban have now joined the Iranian Underling group just as they have joined the Hindu cow- worshippers of India, the com- munists of China, the atheists of Russia and the Satanists of America. If there is any vestige of Imaan left in the hearts of these treacherous Taliban, they should sit back, meditate and ponder on what Allah Ta‟ala says about their ilk in the Qur‟aan Majeed: “O People of Imaan! Whoever from among you reneges from his Deen, then (Know) that soon will He bring forth another peo- ple whom He (Allah) will love and they will love Him. They will be tender (kind/merciful/ affectionate) to the Mu‟mineen, and stern against the kaafireen. They will wage Jihad in the Path of Allah, and they will not fear the reproach (insults/ criticism/vilification) of the re- proaches. That is the fadhl (grace) of Allah. He grants it to whomever He wills. And, Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 54) “Verily, your friend (O Mu‟mi- neen!) is only Allah and His Ra- sool and those who have Imaan. They establish Salaat, pay Zakaat and they perform Ruku‟. (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 55) The Taliban have reneged from their Covenant with Allah Azza Wa Jal. Instead of being „tender‟ towards the suffering Muslims of India, Iran and Chi- na, as is the demand of Allah Ta‟ala mentioned above, these miscreant and miserable Taliban have adopted the exact opposite of the Divine Command. Instead of being Azillatin alal Mu‟mi- neen, Aizzatin alal Kaafireen, the Taliban have become Aizzatin alal Mu‟mineen, Azillatin alal Kaafireen. The Taliban no longer believe that Allah Ta‟ala is their Friend as mentioned in the above Aayat and in many other Verses of the Qur‟aan Majeed. That is precise- ly why they have resorted to the most despicable exercises of ob- sequity licking the boots of the kuffaar of a variety of hues. “Indonesian soccer has a vio- lent history, reports The New York Times: Violent, often deadly rivalries between major teams are com- mon. Some teams even have fan clubs with so-called command- ers, who lead armies of support- ers to matches across Indonesia. Flares are often thrown on the field, and riot police are a regu- lar presence at many match- es. Since the 1990s, dozens of fans have been killed in soccer- related violence. Despite the history of blood- shed, Indonesia will play host to the FIFA under-20 World Cup this coming May and June. The country is also con- tending to host the 2023 Asian Cup -- though Saturday's calam- ity will likely decimate any chance of that happening.” (New York Times) Moron, juhhaal and munaafiq molvis here in South Africa are even organizing kuffaar sport teams from Musjids. These molvis indeed are worse than khanaazeer. REBELLION Q. According to the Madkhali Salafi sect, it is haraam to rebel against the rulers of Muslim countries. Therefore, it is not permissible to rebel against the government of Saudi Arabia regardless of its misdeeds. Is their argument valid? A. The Madkhali Salafi sect is „kaafir‟ even according to the other Salafi sects. The Madkha- lis are always government boot- lickers. While we are in agreement with the claim that rebellion against the Islamic Ruler is haraam, we vastly differ with the bootlicking concept of these de- viates. Their understanding of the concept is putrid and utterly baseless. Rebellion against a Just Kha- lifah is haraam. And, the mean- ing of a „Just‟ Khalifah is a Rul- er who enforces the Shariah on the populace even if he himself is a faasiq/faajir. As long as the Khalifah rules according to the Shariah, it will not be permissible to rebel against him even if he oppresses the people. The reaction of the people in this scenario must be Sabr. I can't smile with this side of my face, this nostril will not move, so there is full paralysis in this side of my face.” The Neurologist says that this virus will make a person com- pletely deaf and blind in the ef- fected side with pain. Dear Brothers -- those who love music or celebraties! Take heed and repent to Allah. Hud 11:102 & 103 “Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) the towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is pain- ful, (and) severe. Indeed in that (there) is a sure les- son for those who fear the torment of the Hereafter. That is a Day whereon mankind will be gathered together, and that is a Day when all (the dwellers of the heavens and the earth) will be present.” (End of the Brother‟s Comment) It is mentioned in the Hadith that of the Signs of Qiyaamah is that people of concerts, music, danc- ing and liquor will be disfigured and their faces will be trans- formed into apes and pigs. The Fuqaha have ruled that it is kufr to show the direction of a church/temple if asked by any of the kuffaar. Mere indication of the direction or the street where the church/ temple is located is kufr. It is an act which aids kufr and shirk. But, today crowds of per- sons masquerading as Muslims, are guilty of brazenly indulging in blatant kufr which they are vindicating with a plethora of rubbish which testifies to the vermiculation of their brains and their aban- donment of Imaan. The current wave of kufr, especially in U.K., gives clearer per- spective to the „lizard‟s hole‟ mentioned in the Hadith. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that a time will come when Muslims will grovel and follow the Yahood and Nasaara right into the „lizard‟s hole‟. The brains of Muslims have become thoroughly col- onized by the West, especially by England which had colonized the Eastern and Afri- can countries. Although physically England has granted its colonies „independence‟, it is a dastardly satanic car- nard to understand that these former cogs of the British Empire are in- dependent by any stretch of understand- ing. They remain the slaves of their former colonial masters. The legacy of colonialism perpetuates in the brains of all the slaves of the West, hence the shameless avalanches of kufr are being ex- creted by the mu- naafiqeen masquerad- ing as Muslims. No one knows the number of unreport- ed crimes in this crime-ridden country. The figures for 2022 are worse. The following are the statistics provided by the Minis- ter of Police and his comments for the period 1st July 2022 up to 30th September, 2022 (for just three months). * “Over 13000 women were vic- tims of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm be- tween July and September 2022.” (Continued on page 7) DEATH OF THE QUEEN AND THE EXPLICT KUFR OF ‘MUSLIMS’ “Do not ever pray for any of them (kuffaar)nor stand at their graveside. Verily, they have committed kufr (rejected and denied) Allah, and they died as faasiqoon (i.e. kaafiroon).” In the wake of the death of the queen of England, a deluge of explicit KUFR has been com- mitted by Muslims in many places, particularly by the boot- licking Muslim community of U.K. The Shariah –the Qur‟aan and Sunnah – explicitly and emphat- ically prohibits participation of any kind in the prayer, funeral and burial services of kuffaar. There is no gainsaying that the queen was a confirmed kaafirah. The kufr behaviour of the boot- lickers who profess to be Mus- lims is absolutely shocking and lamentable although to be ex- pected in the light of the Ahaa- dith which predict the fitan of the times in proximity to Qiyaamah. Among the despicable acts of blatant kufr perpetrated by Mus- lims on this occasion are par- ticipation in the memorial ser- vice, making dua for the queen, singing the national anthem to honour the queen, reciting Qur‟aan khatams for the kaafirah, performing funeral (janaazah) prayers (salaat) led by a munaafiq qaari, supplicat- ing to Allah Ta‟ala to grant her and her husband Jannat, etc., etc. There is no doubt in the kufr of all those who had participat- ed so scandalously in the funer- al, burial And prayer services for the kaafirah. They have de- stroyed their Imaan. Their ni- kahs are all invalid. All of them are among the Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen.The only way of redemption for those who wish to return to Islam, is re- newal of the Shahaadat and also renewal of Nikah. Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 6 IS MBS A MUSLIM? Question From the perspective of the Shariah, Saudi Arabia has slid- ed into total chaos and anarchy. It is quite obvious that the cur- rent ruler(MBS) has introduced such laws and has made such changes which are in total vio- lation of the Qur’aan and Sun- nah. The avalanche of western immorality has completely over- hauled the original strict Is- lamic lifestyle of the Saudis. Can we say that MBS is still a Muslim? Answer Regarding this chap (MBS) be- ing a Muslim, there can be no genuine Muslim who will ever accept him to be a Muslim. It is clearer than daylight that he is a confirmed kaafir – an agent of Iblees and the West to dismantle and destroy Islam while still re- taining the name „Islam‟. How- ever, the nefarious plot to de- stroy Islam is not limited to the MBS character. He is merely the representative of the Saudi pop- ulace. The people of Saudi Ara- bia have long ago alienated themselves from Islam. They have a satanic aversion for the Shariah, hence Allah Ta‟ala has granted them a ruler who has opened the way for the people to give full expression to their fisq, fujoor and kufr. This is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal which precedes the aam (universal) Athaab (Punishment) decreed for such transgressors for whom Allah Ta‟ala does not will redemption. Stating this Sunnah, the Qur‟aan Majeed says: “When We intend to destroy (the people) of a qaryah (town/ city), We command its affluent ones (to proceed recklessly with their evil). Then they (recklessly) indulge in fisq in the qaryah. Then the decree (of Athaab) is confirmed for (the people) of the town/city. Thus, do We then ut- terly annihilate them.” (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) What is transpiring currently in Arabia where the Najdi Kaafir (MBS) is ruling, is the prelude to the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It should be understood that the problem is not MBS. He is merely the mirror reflection of the Saudi people. This has been categorically confirmed by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” That is: Allah Ta‟ala imposes on a na- tion a ruler/government/king ac- cording to their deeds/misdeeds. It is for this reason that the Had- ith orders that we should not re- vile the rulers. On the contrary, we should do soul-searching, revile ourselves, repent and turn unto Allah Ta‟ala with obedience. Then Allah Ta‟ala will either change the hearts of the rulers or substitute the tyrants with benevolent rul- ers. SABR AND YAQEEN Allaamah Abdul Wahhaab Sha‟raani (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “One of the salient traits of the Salafus Saaliheen was that they would bear with considera- ble Sabr (Patience) the zulm (oppression) of the rulers. They had implicit faith (yaqeen) that the oppression of the rulers was the consequence of their sins, and that they deserved greater punishment than the degree of tyranny with which they have been afflicted.” BOOTLICKERS Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “I have seen such Ulama who preferred remaining in their homes. However, today the Ula- ma have become the bootlickers of rulers and tyrants.” When they were questioned about their total dissociation from the people, they respond- ed: “The oppression of the rul- ers, the corruption of the people and the abandonment of the Sunnah have constrained us to adopt this course.” A man asked Hadhrat Ataa Bin Abi Rabaah (Rahmatullah alayh): “What do you say about a man who works for the gov- ernment without committing any corruption? He accepts only his fixed wage.” Hadhrat Ataa re- sponded: “He should resign. Is he unaware of the statement of Nabi Musaa (alayhis salaam) – mentioned in the Qur‟aan: „O my Rabb! By the favours You have bestowed to me, I pledge never to be a helper of crimi- nals.” Even working in a lawful ca- pacity for oppressors is I‟aanat alal Ma‟siyat (aiding sin) which is not permissible. A tailor came to a Faqeeh and asked: “I sew garments for the Sultan? Am I aiding in oppression? The Fa- qeeh replied: “In fact, you are a zaalim (oppressor).” Herein is adequate naseehat for the jaahil reverends such as Mr.Solomon Rawat, Bham, Menk and the lot of miserable bootlickers of the rulers. THE HEARTS OF THE RULERS Hadhrat Maalik Bin Dinaar (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “It is mentioned in the Tauraah that Al- lah Ta‟ala says: „The hearts of kings are in My control. I shall make kings benevolent for those who obey Me, and tyrannical for those who disobey Me. Therefore, do not abuse/vilify the kings. Turn unto Me with repentance. I shall be more merciful to you than the kings.” HYPOCRISY Saalih Al-Mar‟i (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “When the zaahir (outward way of life) and the baatin (inner-self- the heart and soul) of the people are not the same, then they should not be surprised when any kind of ca- lamity befalls them.” When Muslims are hypocritical in their daily life, preaching vir- tue, but practising vice – when their conduct at home is widely divergent from their behaviour in public, then Allah Ta‟ala afflicts them with calamities of a variety of kinds. Today, this type of hypocriti- cal conduct is a salient feature of the molvis and sheikhs. They de- liver long, „holy‟ lectures and offer naseehat to people, whilst their hearts are rotten to the core. At home they are villains. They are the type about whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Their tongues are sweeter than sugar while they have the hearts of wolves.” HAJJAAJ Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf Thaqafi was a calamity from Allah Ta‟ala who acted in accord with the evil of the people.” Hajjaaj was the governor of Iraq during the Taabieen era. He was an extremely vile and notorious tyrant. He had put to death thousands, including many Sahaabah. Hadhrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullah alayh) ex- pressed similar sentiments as Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh) regarding Hajjaaj. His naseehat was not to revile Hajjaaj since he was an Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. ISTIGHFAAR Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “When saddled with the oppression of a tyrant, which creates problems for your Deen, then resort to Istighfaar (seeking forgiveness) for yourself and for the tyranni- cal king (i.e. if he is a Muslim).” If the king/government is kaaf- ir, supplicate to Allah to either transform the tyranny into be- nevolence or to remove and eliminate the tyrants. But under- stand well that if the people themselves do not repent and re- form, Duas will go by unaccept- ed. YOUR SINS! The brother of Hadhrat Mu- hammad Bin Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) wrote to him complaining about the op- pression of the government offi- cials. Hadhrat Bin Yusuf replied: “O my Brother! I have received your letter. It should not be hid- den from you that the sinner has no right to complain. The calam- ity and hardship in which you are embroiled are the conse- quences of your sins. Was-salaam” Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 7 On an occasion when the U.S.A. president visited Pakistan, some- one said to Mufti Rashid Ahmad Ludhyani (Rahmatullah alayh): “The president of America has arrived. Numerous people are going to see him. You too should go.” Mufti Sahib responded: “It is haraam to make ziyaarat (visit) of a kaafir. Therefore I shall not go. However, if the president of America expresses a desire to meet me, then I shall ponder. I shall not immediately accept it. If there is hope of him accepting Imaan, I shall permit him to come to me otherwise not.” Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “He who hon- ours a man of bid‟ah, aids in the demolition of Islam.” In another Hadith narration, it is men- tioned: “When a faasiq is praised, the Arsh of Allah shud- ders.” The gravity of the notori- ety of honouring and praising even a Muslim who is a faasiq/ bid‟ati is enormous and abomi- nable in the extreme. This abom- ination is multiplied manifold if the honour and praise is for a kaafir. From this prohibition one can readily understand the villainy and abominability of extending honour and praise to a kaafir. From these statements of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) the evil and notoriety of the MJC, NNB jamiat and similar other deviates – their vil- lainy of bringing into the Musjid the president or any other kaafir dignitary and honouring him with accommodation in the first saff behind the imaam – should be readily understood. These members of Hizbush Shaitaan such as Reverend Abra- ham Bham, the MJC louts, Mickey Mouse Menk, Solomon Rawat, Solomon Moolla and their likes, in pursuit of their worldly agendas of hubb-e-jah (inordinate craving for name and fame) and hub-e-maal (inordinate lust for money), have stooped to the worst sub-sewer levels of bootlicking and hind- licking politicians and govern- ment officials. Blinded by their spiritual maladies, they misera- bly fail to understand the notori- ety of their acts of kufr such as shoving the president into the first saff of the Musjid, perform- ing mock janaazah salaat for atheists, indulging in immoral „iftaar‟ parties together with kuffaar political dignitaries, etc. They have been born to be Hasa- bu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire). TRADING THE DEEN FOR A MISERABLE PRICE The senior Sahaabi, Hadhrat Abu Zar (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: “Soon shall there dawn a time when the gifts of kings/ rulers will be the price of the Deen of the people.” Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: “Whoever meets a tyrant with a smiling face or (honourably) provides space for him in gather- ings, or accepts any gift from him, he has broken the Fetters of Islam. He will be regarded as a helper of the oppressors.” This is the sorry and misera- ble state of the molvis and sheikhs of our era. They lick the boots and the hinds of rulers and government officials. This is a universal calamity in all coun- tries. Their vermiculated brains dictate bowing to and submitting to disgraceful serfdom. Sufyaan Thauri‟s naseehat is a valid por- trayal of the miserable state of obsequity of MJC sheikhs and NNB jamiat reverends who in- vited the president into the first saff in the Musjid. Truckling at the boots of gov- ernment officials the juhhaal reverends and pundits – the molvis and sheikhs – shameless- ly denude themselves of ghairah (Imaani Honour) and of Imaan itself. These miserable wretches who bring humiliation on them- selves are bereft of even a sem- blance of Ghairah and Haya. That is because they are Mu- naafiq. A disease which has beset the Ula- ma of the age is compromise with baatil. A variety of baatil excuses is proffered for justifying this com- promise. The following episode narrated by Hadhrat Maulana Ash- raf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh) should be sufficient lesson for the compromisers. When Sultan Mahmud Ghaznawi conquered India, he set about to demolish the Hindu mandir (temple) in Somnath. All the idols in the mandir were smashed. When the biggest idol was about to be smashed, the idol-worshippers pas- sionately pleaded for their idol to be spared. They promised to give in exchange the weight of the idol in gold if it was not smashed. Sultan Mahmud consulted with his advisors. All of them were of the opinion that since the country was conquered and the idols smashed, it would not really matter if the one idol is spared. The huge amount of gold could be put to constructive use. Sayyid Salaar Mas‟ood Ghaazi who was also pre- sent said: „This is tantamount to selling idols. Hitherto Muslim kings were idol-breakers, now they will be labelled idol-sellers. Although this comment appealed to the Sul- tan, he still entertained a degree of doubt. That afternoon during his nap, he dreamt that he was on the Plains of Qiyaamah. An Angel leading him (the Sultan) to Jahannum was say- ing: „He is an idol-seller‟. Another Angel responded: „No, he is an idol -breaker. Take him to Jannat.‟ Sud- denly the Sultan‟s eyes opened. Im- mediately he issued the command for the big idol to be smashed. When the idol was smashed, its in- side was found to be filled with pre- cious stones the value of which ex- ceeded the value of the gold which the idolaters had offered. Sultan Mahmud profusely ex- pressed his gratitude (shukr) to Al- lah Ta‟ala Who had guided him to smash the idol and at the same time bestowed such a huge treasure to him.” Compromise with baatil is not permissible. The duty of the Ulama is to proclaim the Haqq and not to adulterate it with baatil. The argu- ment of hikmat‟ to justify compro- mise with baatil is a despicable ca- nard. Q. What are the qualifications for an Islamic Ruler? The conditions of qualification for an Islamic Ruler are:  He must be a Muslim  Must have Taqwa  Must have the necessary expertise to rule While these are the essential requisites for a Khalifah/Ruler, the validity of his reign is not reliant on the aforementioned conditions. The validity of his rule relies solely on the Ruler enforcing the Law of the Shariah as explained to him by the Ula- ma. Thus, if today an army chief stages a coup and installs him- self as the Islamic Ruler, his reign will be valid if he enforces the Shariah. Regarding the shaitaan MBS, he is a Murtadd and it is Waajib on Muslims who have the requi- site military/political power to eliminate him. * “Over 10,000 rape cases were opened with the SAPS…..” * “The SAPS across the country investigated a total of 85,640 as- sault GBH and common assault cases in the three months of re- porting.” * “Murder: 7004 people were killed……….This is an increase of 841 more people murdered, compared to the same period in 2021…..” * “Over 6000 carjacking were reported to the police from July to September 2022.” * “Kidnappings have doubled nationally with over 4000 counts reported to the police between July and September 2022.” * “Total Contact crimes in- creased by 18.5%.” * “Commercial crimes in- creased by 19.9%.” * “Other serious crimes in- creased by 19.6%.” This provides a good idea of the law of Taaghoot. These statistics obviously excludes the thou- sands of unreported cases. Every country is ridden with crime from the top to the bot- tom. Govermental corruption- crime is so massive and so com- mon that it is no longer news- worthy. There is no safety in any de- partment and sector of life. There is no protection for anyone. The security forces are all impotent. Drugs and drug related crimes have become integral constitu- ents of society all over the world. (Continued from page 5) (Continued on page 12) Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 8 In the holiest Land of the Um- mah, Arabia, which houses the most sacred Musjids of Islam – Musjidul Haraam and Musjidun Nabawi – the pagan mushrik im- moral custom of Halloween has been celebrated. The obscene celebrations organized by the Najdi kuffaar who are today at the helm of the affairs of Arabia, have surpassed and outclassed similar celebrations in the west- ern kuffaar countries. While lamentable, the rise of paganism and shirk in Arabia are to be expected in view of the pre- dictions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The time will still dawn when the women of the Daus tribe will dance around idols with their backsides gyrat- ing as is mentioned in the Hadith of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The Najdi regime is con- firmed kuffaar, hence the worst forms of shirk can be expected. Immorality, fornication, sexual perversion and obscenity of a va- riety of kinds are now the order of the day in that Holy Land of Islam. THE NABI’S FINAL WORDS The last Words of Command issued by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) on departing from this earthly abode were: “Expel the Yahood and Nasaara from the Arabian Peninsula.” The Command of Expulsion was not confined to the two Ha- ram zones – Makkah and Madi- nah. The expulsion of the Yahood and Nasaara applied to the entire Arabian Peninsula. But today the Yahood and Nasaara, and even the Hindu cow and idol worship- pers have access to even the Ha- ram areas. The Day of Requital cannot be in the too distant future. As sure as the night follows the day, the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal will apprehend the kuffaar of Arabia most devastatingly. This is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal for which there is no change. (Qur‟aan) The Saudi rubbishes are misreading the respite Allah Ta‟ala has granted them. “Then We shall utterly demolish them” (Qur‟aan) QATAR – ANOTHER KUFR U.S. BACKYARD STATE Q. Lesbians, homosexuals and sexual perverts of any kind are now allowed to exhibit their unnatural acts of sexual perver- sion. Qatar’s World Cup chief stated that the gay fans will be allowed to display zina- affection. Also alcohol will be freely available. How can a Muslim government ever allow and condone such immorality? What is the status of a Muslim government that allows such haraam immorality? A. Qatar is a kuffaar backyard principality of the Western Kuffaar. The government of Qatar is confirmed kuffaar. Filth and immorality are therefore expected norms of kuffaar. Their claim of being Muslim is baseless. If they were born in Muslim homes, they have be- come murtad in the wake of their blatant promotion of haraam fisq and fujoor. All these plastic Gulf states are standing in line awaiting Divine Chastisement. Question I only have one question. I have noted that since the taliban have placed a ban on female educa- tion, ulama and so called Muslim governments throughout the world have come out and con- demned them, yet South African ulama including Wifaqul Ulama and the Majlisul Ulama have re- mained silent. Please can you advise why this is the case as I really thought whatever differences there may be between our ulama and the Taliban in its current form, that it would have been good to come out in support on this issue, espe- cially since almost the entire Muslim world has turned on them. Answer The entire world has turned on them, have always turned on them because they (the Taliban) have turned on Islam. We do not speak for Wifaaqul Ulama. Ac- quire their views from them. However, our silence is con- strained by disillusionment with the Taliban. No other entity be- sides us has been so vociferous in its moral support for the Taliban throughout the duration of the more than 20 year old war with the forces of kufr. However, after the success Allah Ta‟ala had bestowed to the Taliban, they deviated from Si- raatul Mustaqeem and began bootlicking the kuffaar in gen- eral. In fact, they had been boot- licking the U.S.A. long before their final victory. The exercise in Qatar was bootlicking the U.S. Then they deemed it impera- tive to bootlick Russia, India, China and Iran. They believe that honour and rizq are obtainable from these evil kuffaar wallow- ing in kufr and janaabat. At the height of their victory, they initi- ated their bootlicking of the very powers which had always plotted their destruction, and are still op- pressing, torturing, pillaging and plundering Muslims in their re- spective countries. Banning women from univer- sities is not sufficient cause for the elicitation of support. The Shariah is not confined to purdah and whipping here and there. Is- lam is a complete and perfect Di- vine Code and Law for the Um- mah. The Taliban themselves do not observe purdah when they interact with kuffaar political fe- males representing the kuffaar countries. The Taliban have committed heinous acts of treason against Islam. Its so-called „elite force‟ is an American-trained group of chaps bereft of true Deen and perhaps without Imaan. Its west- ern-style police force initiated after their victory is a mockery and a stupidity which belie their claims of a Shariah state. The very first and foremost obligation of an Islamic State is to enforce Salaat. The Qur‟aan Majeed states: “If We grant them political power, they establish Salaat, Zakaat and they command virtue and prohibit evil.” This Qur‟aanic emphasis on Sa- laat which the Taliban had ad- hered to in the initial days of their victory after the expulsion of the Soviet Union, was totally abandoned by even Mullah Omar, hence Allah Ta‟ala re- moved the Taliban from power. Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) advising the down-trodden, hu- miliated Bani Israaeel, said: “Seek aid with Sabr and Sa- laat, for verily the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it to whomev- er He wills… Perhaps He will soon establish you on earth (in power to rule), then He will watch how you acquit your- selves.” (Qur‟aan) Allah Ta‟ala had granted the Taliban under Mullah Omar power to rule. They abused that power by abandoning the Institu- tion of Salaat –The Central Pillar of the Deen, and by bootlicking and appeasing the kuffaar. Allah Ta‟ala was watching them. Then He removed them from power and the kuffaar took over Af- ghanistan. Now Allah Ta‟ala has again granted them an opportuni- ty to prove themselves worthy of retaining power. Alas! They are failing the test. No one‟s moral support will avail them when they are on a pathway leading a way from the Deen. They lack in entirety in Tawakkul on Allah Ta‟ala. Just imagine that at the time when Al- lah Ta‟ala grants them victory over the kuffaar coalition forces, they (Taliban) go to the cow- worshipping Hindus – the cow- urine drinkers – with cap in hand begging disgracefully for wheat and vaccines!!! After achieving victory, they humiliate them- selves by bootlicking the pork- eating Chinese, begging for their support – for financial aid. The Taliban are traditional „Muslims‟. They are bereft of the attitudes of the Sunnah. There is much to say in this regard, but this should suffice for an under- standing of our attitude of disillu- sion with the Taliban. It has be- come an indurate attitude which makes difficult even Dua for them. Nevertheless, suppressing this indurate attitude, we suppli- cate to Allah Ta‟ala to grant them good hidaayat. Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 9 Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: * “Just as you are, so too will rulers be appointed over you.” * Hadhrat Isaa (alayhis sa- laam) supplicated to Allah Ta‟ala: “O my Rabb! What is the sign to indicate that you are pleased with Your creation?” Allah Ta‟ala said: “I cause the rains to descend when it is time for sowing the seeds, and I withhold the rains when it is time to harvest the crop. I ap- point benevolent men to rule over them. I assign their mone- tary affairs to generous per- sons.” Nabi Isaa (alayhis salaam) said: “O my Rabb! What is the sign of your wrath on your cre- ation?” Allah Ta‟ala said: “I send the rains when they har- vest the crops, and I withhold the rains when they sow the seeds. I appoint ignoramuses to rule them, and I assign their monetary affairs to their nig- gardly ones.” * Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Allah Ta‟ala says: „I am Allah. There is no deity except Me. I am the King of kings. The hearts of kings are in My Hands when the peo- ple obey Me, I turn the hearts of the rulers with benevolence and mercy towards them. Verily, when the people dis- obey Me. I turn the hearts of the rulers with wrath and venge- ance towards them. Then they (the rulers) inflict severe pun- ishment on them. Therefore do not become involved with curs- ing the rulers. On the contrary engage yourself with thikr and humility so that I protect you against the tyranny of your rul- ers.” * Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) said: “Verily, when Allah Ta‟ala becomes wrathful on a nation whose destruction He has not ordained by means of earthquakes and disfigurement, then He causes prices to soar; He withholds rain, and He ap- points the worst of people to be their rulers.” * Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: „Verily, Allah Azza Wa Jal says: „I extract vengeance from those on whom is My Wrath with others on whom is My Wrath. Then ulti- mately I shall cast them all (both groups) into Jahannum” * “Don‟t revile the rulers. Supplicate to Allah for their rectitude, for verily, their recti- tude is linked to your recti- tude.” (i.e. if you reform your- selves, the rulers will become reformed.) * “I take oath by Him in whose control is my life! Com- mand righteous and prohibit evil. (If you do not) then the vilest among you will be ap- pointed rulers over you. Your pious people will then suppli- cate, but their duas will not be accepted.” Rulers are the reflections of the deeds of the masses. The rulers are mirrors in which the citizens can view their own deeds. A corrupt people will be saddled with tyrannical and cor- rupt rulers. Thus Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers”. Since the rulers are our reflections in the mirror, it is unintelligent to revile our own ugly reflection we see in the mirror. If a beauti- ful image is desired to be re- flected in the mirror, it is neces- sary for the object in front of the mirror to be beautiful. A very ugly ignorant man who had never seen a mirror in his life once picked up a broken mirror. When he looked in it, he saw his own ugly face. In dis- gust he threw the mirror to the ground and exclaimed: “No wonder you have been thrown away!” This buffoon reviled the mirror for his own ugliness which was reflected in it. This is the condition of people who revile the rulers. They in fact revile themselves in the same way that the buffoon had thrown away the mirror and re- viled it. In the Hadith Qudsi, we are instructed to reform ourselves and become obedient servants of Allah Ta‟ala. He will then either reform and tenderize the hearts of the tyrannical rulers or replace them with kind, benev- olent rulers. It is quite obvious from the many Ahaadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as well as stemming from the Qur‟aan-e-Hakeem that in general cruel and op- pressive rulers are the conse- quences of the evils of the masses, and that the solution for the oppression and tyranny is not vilification of the tyrants. On the contrary, it is self- vilification, soul-searching, re- gret and repentance. Moral reformation and submission to the Shariah of Allah Azza Wa Jal will bring about a peaceful revolution which will see either the change of heart of the rulers or their replacement by benevo- lent rulers. It is also quite clear that the basic theme of all the Ahaadith on this subject is self- reformation, for only such reformation is the enduring so- lution for the tyranny of oppres- sors. However, shaitaan has succeeded in casting the Um- mah into the massive deception of believing that the problem is for example Hosni Mubarak, Gadhaafi, Asad and the host of other kuffaar and munaafiqs who are today at the helm of affairs in the lands of Islam. These tyrants are merely the reflections of the moral degra- dation, bid‟ah, fisq, fujoor and kufr in which the Ummah is to- day wallowing in a drunken stupor. Removal and killing of the tyrants without moral refor- mation and submission to the Sunnah is simply the substitu- tion of one system of tyranny for another system of tyranny. The scenario of substitution of tyrannies comes within the scope of the Hadith Qudsi (mentioned above) in which Al- lah Azza Wa Jal says that both groups – the oppressors and the oppressed who replace the for- mer oppressors – are Mabghoodh Alayhim, i.e. the Wrath of Allah Ta‟ala has set- tled on them. Both groups of scum will be swept into Jahan- num. This is the situation pre- vailing currently in the Arab lands in the aftermath of the so- called stupid „Arab Spring‟. Both groups are Mabgoodh Alayhim. The other form of punish- ment mentioned in the Ahaadith for a flagrantly transgressing and rebellious Ummah when their final destruction has not yet been ordained, but is divine- ly schemed to be gradual and incremental, is drought, scarcity of essential foodstuff, soaring prices, pestilence, infighting, etc. Then when the hour dawns for the ultimate decree of anni- hilation, no respite will be granted. “And, when We decide to destroy a place (town/city, i.e. its people), We command its affluent ones (that is, We grant them leeway to transgress reck- lessly). Then they indulge in transgression. Thus the decree (of punishment) is ordained for them. Then We utterly destroy them.” “And, when their appointed time (of annihilation) arrives, it will not be delayed a moment nor advanced.” (Qur‟aan) As long as Muslims fail to understand that every particle moves by the direct interven- tion and command of Allah Az- za Wa Jal and that the oppres- sion which rulers inflict on the populace is the decree of Allah Ta‟ala, and the solution for such tyranny is Inaabat ilallaah (Turning to Allah with Repent- ance), they will remain sinking in an abyss of moral degrada- tion and humiliation to remain the slaves of the western kuffaar. “And not a leaf falls (from a tree) but He is aware of it….” Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 10 An irate Brother who performed Hajj this year, writes: "The Saudi authorities have installed standing urinals in Mi- na and Arafaat. The moral degenera- tion of Muslims in general, and of the Arabs in particular, has not reached its limits at the bottom of the barrel. There is still a long way down the slippery meander- ing path in the abyss of immoral- ity into which the Ummah is un- controllably sliding to its de- struction. The stage still has to be reached when Arab women will be "gyrating with their buttocks swinging around idols" – Hadith. Idolatry and immorality go hand in hand. There is one consolation in this scenario of filth, immorality, fisq and fujoor which the Saudi regime is nourishing – that is the collapse and annihilation of the Saudi regime are not in the too distant future. The issue of an Islamic State was a mere pipedream and a red herring to bamboozle Mus- lims at the time when these Tali- ban were the underdogs and in need of Muslim aid and moral support. It was Napakistan since its very inception. It came into existence with the connivance of the British and it was ever since 1947 headed by fussaaq, fujjaar and munaafiqeen. That country never was a Shar‟i state from the very beginning to this day. The talk of its prediction in the Qur‟aan Majeed is false and akin to kufr. The country is rotten and stinking from top to bottom. We are not aware of the narra- tions. Insha-Allah, when time per- mits we shall endeavour to re- search these hadith claims. Al Haq Bulletin 66 Page 12 Q. Is it permissible to learn He- brew to enable one to debate with the Yahood and to prove them wrong from their own scripture? A. It is a Shaitaani ploy to study Hebrew. The desire to want to debate with the kuffaar is also a snare of Iblees. One should not have such desires which detract from the Aakhirat. Shaitaan ap- proaches people via „deeni‟ channels to derail them from Si- raatul Mustaqeem. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) expressed considera- ble anger when he saw Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) read- ing even the Tauraah which at that time contained a great deal of Ilm-e-Wahi. The indulgence in dubious „da‟wah‟ activities is most cer- tainly a gross waste of time and brains, and this is a grievous sin. Indulgence in futility is not per- missible. Q. Sahnun (Rahmatullah Alaihi), the Maliki Faqeeh, is reported to have said in Al Qa- wanin Al Fiqhiyyah that who- ever is forced into kufr or drinking alcohol or eating pork or the like, is not to do it unless threatened with death in partic- ular; but if he shows forbear- ance in the face of death then this is better. Is this commen- tary not an advocacy to suicide knowing the consequence of refusing to obey is certainly death? A. Most certainly it is not an ad- vocacy to commit suicide. Sui- cide is that a man takes his own life with his own hands. What Sahnun (Rahmatullah alayh) has averred is the unanimous ruling of all Math-habs. Q. Is it possible for the Taliban rulers of Afghanistan to visit majority muslim countries in North Africa and West Africa to see for themselves how colo- nization, westernization, secu- larization and the social engi- neering programmes by govern- ments and international organ- isaztion have devastated the Iman, akhlaaq and modesty of the Muslim society, especially women, to an extent that it is difficult to find a Muslim home, family, community, not disfig- ured and mutilated in their core Islamic values and conscience? This is lest they succumb to the Rights Movements of the West and compromise and dilute the injunctions of the Pure Shariat of Allah Ta'ala. A. The Taliban are ruined. They have ruined themselves and they have destroyed the fair and no- ble Land of Afghanistan who had always been a bastion against the kuffaar, especially western kuffaar. The Taliban have lost their Soul and have be- come the bootlickers and hind- lickers of all the kuffaar forces, and of even the Hindu cow- worshippers and cow-urine drinkers. For the miserable crumbs and carrion of the dunya, the Taliban have abandoned their much vaunted claim of a Shariah State – a Land to be governed by the Qur‟aan and Sunnah. It was all a deceptive pipedream clamour. They have slid into the cauldron of Imaani and Akhlaaqi destruction, and in this satanic process they have surpassed and outclassed the early „puritannical‟ Saudi rulers whose regime was established by the kuffaar of Britain, but who had ruled Saudi Arabia in strict accord with the Shariah in the early stages of their reign. Emu- lating the kuffaar is haraam. However, it is haraam for people of a nation to despise and oppress those of another na- tion. Cohesion among people of the same nation, tribe and clan are natural and attitudes created by Allah Ta‟ala. However, there is no scope for pride and holding others in contempt. The criterion of nobility by Allah Ta‟ala is Taqwa. The Qur‟aan Majeed states: “Verily, the noblest of you by Allah is the most pious.” Q. I am a candidate in the elec- tions in Canada. I had placed my billboard on the premises of a brother with his permission. After he consulted with The Majlis, he had the billboard removed. When I asked him for the reason, he referred me to you. Please explain. What is wrong in having my billboards advertising my candidature? A. All kuffaar systems of poli- tics are haraam being in conflict with the Shariah. Is this ap- pointment to be welcomed from the Islamic perspective? A. The venerable Mufti is a bootlicker of governments, offi- cials and the wealthy. He publicly debated with the foremost English priest, and decisively defeated him. This high priest was constrained by his ignominious defeat to make a written statement in the presence of the huge gathering that the bible was an interpolat- ed book. Thereafter this self-same high priest went to Constantinople and issued his challenge to Muslims. It was during the reign of Sultan Abdul Azeez Khaan. The previous Sultan, Khalifah Abdul Majid Khaan was also present. He invited Mau- lana Rahmatullah Keeraanwi to take up the challenge. Regarding the defilement of AlAqsa by the mushrikeen and the handing of the Musjid to the kuffaar, Allah Ta'ala states in the Qur'aan Majeed: "We decreed (and announced) to Bani Israaeel in the Kitaab (Tauraah): 'You will most certainly spread mischief (fitnah and fasaad) on earth twice, and cause colossal rebellion (against the Deen). (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 4) Thus, when the first of the two Promises arrived, We sent against you such of OUR servants who were powerful in war- fare. Then they penetrated the homes (of Bani Israaeel). It was a decree fulfilled." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 5) Then when the second Promise arrived (Allah Ta'ala empowered the kuffaar) so that they disfigure your faces, and enter the Musjid (Al-Aqsa) just as they had entered (and defiled it) the first time. (And Allah Ta'ala allowed them) to destroy whatever they overran." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 7) A brief comment on these Verses is given by Mufti Muhammad Aashiq Ilaahi (Rahmatullah alayh) in his Tafseer. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "If Allah helps you, then no one can defeat you. And, if He abandons you, then who is there besides Him to help you." All along the Taliban had been proclaiming, albeit falsely, their objective of setting up a true Islamic/Shar'i State. The events leading to the Taliban's 'American' victory now testify that their call was hollow and false. The issue of an Islamic State was a mere pipedream and a red herring to bamboozle Muslims at the time when these Taliban were the underdogs and in need of Muslim aid and moral support. The very first Waajib demand of the Shariah is for the Islamic State to enforce the Institution of Salaat. Thus the Qur'aan Majeed states: "And if We grant them power on earth, they establish Salaat and Zakaat, and they command virtue and prohibit vice." But in Afghanistan under the Taliban the exact opposite is transpiring. Salaat and Amr Bil Ma'roof – in brief the Shariah – have no share in the governance of the Taliban. The entire structure of the Taliban is now influenced and clandestinely directed by the kuffaar. The Taliban have completely lost their grip on Afghanistan – the grip which they had during their first reign. Now the anarchy is incremental and the slide of the Taliban into fisq, fujoor and kufr is gaining momentum. It was indeed totally unexpected that the Taliban would lick the boots of the CowWorshippers and the Drinkers of cow urine – the Hindus who are murdering Muslims on a regular basis with the active connivance of the security forces of that country of shirk and filth, who are demolishing Musaajid and whose stated policy is to forcibly convert Muslims to Hinduism and all Musaajid into temples of idol-worship. They have licked the boots and hinds of these Mushrikeen for some haraam crumbs such as haraam vaccines and some foodstuff. They have lost every vestige of ghairat (honour and shame). The Taliban are a writeoff destined for the filth bins of history. Q. What are the qualifications of the Khalifah? Who will be recognized as the legitimate Khalifah of an Islamic state? Is there any geographical condition? Answer The Khalifah should certainly be an uprighteous man of high Taqwa and profound Knowledge. However, the legitimacy of the Khalifah and his khilaafat is not reliant on Taqwa. Even a faasiq can be the legitimate Khalifah if he has managed to install himself in the seat of power whether by hook or crook. Once a Muslim has installed himself as the Khalifah whether by Shura of the senior Ulama, or by a hereditary process (monarchy), or by force of arms, or by an army coup, then he will be recognized by the Shariah as the legitimate Khalifah. And, as long as he rules the land in accordance with the Shariah, obedience to him will be Waajib. It will be haraam to rebel against him even if he is a faasiq-faajir. Thus, there are two imperative conditions for the legitimacy of the Khalifah: 1) He has to have sufficient power to install himself – power to rule the land. 2) He must govern the land according to the Shariah. In the absence of any one of these conditions, his 'khilaafat' will be illegitimate. There is no geographical or any other requisite for a legitimate Khilaafat. THE ULAMA AND THE MADAARIS HIJACKED Q. Over the years, I have observed some very strange behaviour from various Muslim scholars and institutions globally. It seems that many may be planted and controlled opposition from the very beginning, or they are guided to gradually go astray in the long term? It appears that even some of the top scholars and institutions have been hijacked or hoodwinked? To what scale is this and who is involved? A. This process of kufr hijacking of even renowned Madaaris is no secret. Just look at the fate of the famous Madrasah, Jamiah Azhar. Great and illustrious figures of the Deen had emerged from thd Portals of that Institution. Today it is an institution which promotes KUFR under Islamic guise. The West has totally hijacked this Madrasah which is no longer a Madrasah of the Deen. This process of kufrization was initiated by the British colonial masters. Although political independence in some form has been granted to the vassal populations of the Muslim lands, the greatest coup of the colonial masters was the colonization of the brains of the Muslims, especially of the sheikhs and now of the molvis, all of whom are scholars for dollars. Even our own Darul Ulooms in India and Pakistan, including Darul Uloom Deoband, is on the same slippery path of kufr down which Jamiah Azhar and other Institutions in the Muslim countries have slid and lost themselves. Some decades ago we proudly looked at our Headquarters, Darul Uloom Deoband, for guidance and knowledge. Today, we no longer swallow the edicts issued by Darul Uloom Deoband. Their fatwas are suspect and contaminated with the dunya. Brother we are in the era known as Aakhiruz Zamaan. Qiyaamah is not in the too distant future. The demise of the Deeni Institutions and the corruption of the Ulama have been predicted by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). These Institutions are pursuing worldly objectives under cover of the Deen. Among the Signs of Qiyaamah stated in the Hadith are: "Ilm will be imparted for the sake of the dunya. The dunya will be pursued with the amal of the Aakhirah." The Khilaafat of both Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) and of Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu) was legitimate and recognized. There is unanimity of the Ummah in the recognition of the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu). Only the Shiah kuffaar slander him. In the initial stage of the political conflict between these two senior Sahaabah stemming from the assassination of Hadhrat Uthmaan (Radhiyallahu anhu), the Muslims of Makkah and Madinah did not regard Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu) to be the Khalifah because at that juncture, Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu) was the Khalifah. Despite this, the people of Shaam had accepted Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu) as the Khalifah. He was the governor of Shaam at that time. Furthermore, during the Khilaafat of Hadhrat Ali (Radhiyallahu anhu), the khilaafat was not claimed by Hadhrat Muaawiyah (Radhiyallahu anhu). It was after Hadhrat Ali's demise that he became the Khalifah. During the inception of the British domination of the Indian subcontinent, a dispute pertaining to land developed between the Muslim and Hindu communities in Khandlah, district Muzaffarnagar. While the Hindus claimed that the place was their temple, Muslims maintained that it was a Musjid. The matter went to the magistrates court for resolution. After hearing both parties, the magistrate met the Muslim party in privacy and asked if they were aware of any Hindu whom they trusted and on whose testimony the judgment could be decreed. The Muslims were not aware of any such Hindu whom they could trust. The magistrate then approached the Hindu party and asked if they were aware of a trustworthy Muslim whose testimony they would rely on. The Hindus responded: "This is a great trial. It is a communal matter. Nevertheless there is a Muslim Buzrug whose honesty we can vouch for. We have never known him to speak a lie. In all probability he will state the truth even in this matter." The Buzrug was Mahmood Baksh, the brother of Mufti Ilaahi Baksh, the student of Shah Abdul Azeez who was the Khalifah of Hadhrat Sayyid Ahmad Shaheed (rahmatullah alayh). The magistrate issued a summons for the Buzrug to attend the hearing. However, the Buzrug responded: "I have taken an oath that I would not set eyes on the face of an English man." The magistrate sent the message: "You need not look at my face. But ensure you are present. The matter is grave. Without your presence, the dispute cannot be resolved." The Buzrug relented and went to the court. But, he turned his back towards the magistrate. After both parties had testified, then the magistrate asked the Buzrug to pronounce his decision. The eyes and ears of both parties were riveted on his face. The Buzrug announced: "The truth is that the land belongs to the Hindus. The Muslim community does not own it." Thus the award was made in favour of the Hindus. On that very day many Hindus embraced Islam. Honesty and justice are integral constituents of Imaan. In this regard, the Qur'aan Majeed states: "O People of Imaan, be firm in establishing justice as witnesses for Allah even though it be against yourselves or parents or relatives." (Surah Nisaa', aayat 135) Commenting on the planned destruction of Muslim homes in India, a Brother says: "In India authorities in the state of Uttarakhand are planning to demolish 4,000 homes, mostly belonging to Muslims in Haldwani city. We have news of women emerging in public & making public Du'a and men crying and doing the same. The public emergence of women and men who don't even look like Muslims will do nothing to avert the situation. Disobedience simultaneous with Du'a is like mixing urine with pure milk. Why don't these people stay at home, make taubah, spend the night in Tahajjud crying to Allah and by day organise to defend their women and children. Do they not have any ghayrah? Are they all Dayuths? There must be a minimum of 4000 men all struck by Wahn. Die nobly defending the honour of your family and attain Shahadat. In addition, one's wife will make Du'a all her life for such a husband. Instead they have adopted crying for the camera like sissies." There is no need for us to comment further. The fitan will develop and become universally prevalent rapidly. This vile haraam merrymaking viewing of the haraam cricket game in a Musjid venue portrays the villainy and kufr of the trustees. Such vile trustees are signs of Qiyaamah. A man asked Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam): "When will be the Hour (of Qiyaamah)?" Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When Amaanat is destroyed, then expect the Hour." The man said: "How will Amaanat be destroyed?" Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "When affairs (of Trust) are assigned to those who are unfit, then expect the Hour." When rubbishes and rascals are appointed as trustees of Musjids and affairs of Amaanat are entrusted to such hoodlums, then the Hour is imminent. The breakfast served at the haraam function is haraam. The funds acquired are haraam. It is not permissible to use such monetary filth for any Deeni work. The kufr of this haraam viewing of haraam kuffaar sport is shockingly lamentable. The haraam viewing of the match in which feature fussaaq, fujjaar and kuffaar begins immediately after Fajr Salaat. In blatant violation of the Shariah's exhortation to devote the time after Fajr until after sunrise to Ibaadat, these vile scoundrels are promoting haraam viewing. The time after Fajr has to be devoted to Ibaadat until it is time for Ishraaq. After performing Ishraaq, commence our mundane activities. If this sacred time is spent correctly, the thawaab is of one Hajj and an Umrah. But these obscene scoundrels, brazenly and flagrantly promote the fisq of watching a haraam kuffaar sports match played by enemies of Allah Ta'ala. They were born to be fuel for Jahannam. 174 PERISHMORE THAN 100 INJURED Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Every sport of the Mu'min is haraam." Allah Ta'ala says in the Qur'aan Majeed in many Verses: "The life of this world is but play and amusement while the Abode of the Hereafter is best for those who fear." In Indonesia, 174 were killed and more than 100 injured in a haraam stampede at the haraam soccer stadium. They all perished in haraam. They lived in haraam, enjoying haraam, hence their end came in haraam. Even 'harmless' and 'intelligent' sport such as chess played in privacy is haraam. It is like "dipping the fingers in the blood of a swine" according to Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). What conclusion should be drawn – what judgment should be decreed regarding a sport which ended in death and injury. Just imagine! 174 killed and more than 100 injured. Were the participants Muslim by any stretch of imagination? There is no conundrum as to why sport is haraam. It is pure shaitaaniyat which diverts the mind and heart totally from Allah Ta'ala and the Aakhirat. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "You have been created for the Aakhirat." This short life may not be squandered in satanism and in activities inspired by Iblees. Sport is one of the most potent snares of Iblees. Kuffaar sport brings in its wake all the attitudes and proclivities of kufr, fisq and fujoor. That is why hundreds can be horrendously trampled to death by devils in human form. How is it possible for true Mu'mineen to embrace the slanderers of the Sahaabah and in particular Hadhrat Aishah and the Khulafa-e-Rashideen (Radhiyallahu anhum)? How can a genuine Mu'min ever smile with those who disgorge the vilest forms of vituperation against the illustrious Sahaabah and Noble Wives of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Something drastic is amiss in their Imaan. From beginning to end the merrymaking, stupid function was an enactment to woo Iran for the haraam boodle which the Shiah government doles out to its supporters and underlings. The Taliban have now joined the Iranian Underling group just as they have joined the Hindu cowworshippers of India, the communists of China, the atheists of Russia and the Satanists of America. If there is any vestige of Imaan left in the hearts of these treacherous Taliban, they should sit back, meditate and ponder on what Allah Ta'ala says about their ilk in the Qur'aan Majeed: "O People of Imaan! Whoever from among you reneges from his Deen, then (Know) that soon will He bring forth another people whom He (Allah) will love and they will love Him. They will be tender (kind/merciful/ affectionate) to the Mu'mineen, and stern against the kaafireen. They will wage Jihad in the Path of Allah, and they will not fear the reproach (insults/ criticism/vilification) of the reproaches. That is the fadhl (grace) of Allah. He grants it to whomever He wills. And, Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing." (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 54) "Verily, your friend (O Mu'mineen!) is only Allah and His Rasool and those who have Imaan. They establish Salaat, pay Zakaat and they perform Ruku'. (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 55) The Taliban have reneged from their Covenant with Allah Azza Wa Jal. Instead of being 'tender' towards the suffering Muslims of India, Iran and China, as is the demand of Allah Ta'ala mentioned above, these miscreant and miserable Taliban have adopted the exact opposite of the Divine Command. Instead of being Azillatin alal Mu'mineen, Aizzatin alal Kaafireen, the Taliban have become Aizzatin alal Mu'mineen, Azillatin alal Kaafireen. The Taliban no longer believe that Allah Ta'ala is their Friend as mentioned in the above Aayat and in many other Verses of the Qur'aan Majeed. That is precisely why they have resorted to the most despicable exercises of obsequity licking the boots of the kuffaar of a variety of hues. REBELLION Q. According to the Madkhali Salafi sect, it is haraam to rebel against the rulers of Muslim countries. Therefore, it is not permissible to rebel against the government of Saudi Arabia regardless of its misdeeds. Is their argument valid? A. The Madkhali Salafi sect is 'kaafir' even according to the other Salafi sects. The Madkhalis are always government bootlickers. While we are in agreement with the claim that rebellion against the Islamic Ruler is haraam, we vastly differ with the bootlicking concept of these deviates. Their understanding of the concept is putrid and utterly baseless. Rebellion against a Just Khalifah is haraam. And, the meaning of a 'Just' Khalifah is a Ruler who enforces the Shariah on the populace even if he himself is a faasiq/faajir. As long as the Khalifah rules according to the Shariah, it will not be permissible to rebel against him even if he oppresses the people. The reaction of the people in this scenario must be Sabr. Hud 11:102 & 103 "Such is the Seizure of your Lord when He seizes the (population of) the towns while they are doing wrong. Verily, His Seizure is painful, (and) severe. Indeed in that (there) is a sure lesson for those who fear the torment of the Hereafter. That is a Day whereon mankind will be gathered together, and that is a Day when all (the dwellers of the heavens and the earth) will be present." (End of the Brother's Comment) It is mentioned in the Hadith that of the Signs of Qiyaamah is that people of concerts, music, dancing and liquor will be disfigured and their faces will be transformed into apes and pigs. Already their hearts have become the hearts of pigs and apes. Their physical disfigurement is yet to be manifested. DEATH OF THE QUEEN AND THE EXPLICT "Do not ever pray for any of them (kuffaar)nor stand at their graveside. Verily, they have committed kufr (rejected and denied) Allah, and they died as faasiqoon (i.e. kaafiroon)." In the wake of the death of the queen of England, a deluge of explicit KUFR has been committed by Muslims in many places, particularly by the bootlicking Muslim community of U.K. The Shariah –the Qur'aan and Sunnah – explicitly and emphatically prohibits participation of any kind in the prayer, funeral and burial services of kuffaar. There is no gainsaying that the queen was a confirmed kaafirah. The kufr behaviour of the bootlickers who profess to be Muslims is absolutely shocking and lamentable although to be expected in the light of the Ahaadith which predict the fitan of the times in proximity to Qiyaamah. Among the despicable acts of blatant kufr perpetrated by Muslims on this occasion are participation in the memorial service, making dua for the queen, singing the national anthem to honour the queen, reciting Qur'aan khatams for the kaafirah, performing funeral (janaazah) prayers (salaat) led by a munaafiq qaari, supplicating to Allah Ta'ala to grant her and her husband Jannat, etc., etc. There is no doubt in the kufr of all those who had participated so scandalously in the funeral, burial And prayer services for the kaafirah. They have destroyed their Imaan. Their nikahs are all invalid. All of them are among the Munaafiqeen and Murtaddeen.The only way of redemption for those who wish to return to Islam, is renewal of the Shahaadat and also renewal of Nikah. The kufr insanity of Muslims on the occasion of the death of the queen of England is loud and vivid testimony for further confirmation of the truth of the Nubuwwat of Muhammad, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). It is mentioned in the Hadith that a time will dawn when 'Muslims' will worship the Christian cross in the Mihraab of the Musjid. The recent kufr conduct of Muslims, particularly in U.K., provides the clearest evidence for the materialization of the prediction of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). Cross- worship in the Musaajid will become a norm. Who could ever have even hallucinated a few years ago that 'Muslims' would grovel in the sewer drains of kufr in the manner they are perpetrating today? The Fuqaha have ruled that it is kufr to show the direction of a church/temple if asked by any of the kuffaar. Mere indication of the direction or the street where the church/ temple is located is kufr. It is an act which aids kufr and shirk. But, today crowds of persons masquerading as Muslims, are guilty of brazenly indulging in blatant kufr which they are vindicating with a plethora of rubbish which testifies to the vermiculation of their brains and their abandonment of Imaan. The current wave of kufr, especially in U.K., gives clearer perspective to the 'lizard's hole' mentioned in the Hadith. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that a time will come when Muslims will grovel and follow the Yahood and Nasaara right into the 'lizard's hole'. The brains of Muslims have become thoroughly colonized by the West, especially by England which had colonized the Eastern and African countries. Although physically England has granted its colonies 'independence', it is a dastardly satanic carnard to understand that these former cogs of the British Empire are independent by any stretch of understanding. They remain the slaves of their former colonial masters. The legacy of colonialism perpetuates in the brains of all the slaves of the West, hence the shameless avalanches of kufr are being excreted by the munaafiqeen masquerading as Muslims. They are all boot and hind lickers. They relish in humiliatingly licking the najaasat of the kuffaar. They are worse than the born kuffaar. They are worse than khanaazeer. STATISTICS FOR THE PERIOD 1st OCTOBER to 31ST DECEMBER 2021 IN SOUTH AFRICA MURDER 6,859 RAPE 11, 315 STOCK THEFT 7404 ASSAULT 46,513 KIDNAPPINGS 2,605 These are the reported figures for only three months. No one knows the number of unreported crimes in this crime-ridden country. The figures for 2022 are worse. The following are the statistics provided by the Minister of Police and his comments for the period 1st July 2022 up to 30th September, 2022 (for just three months). * "Over 13000 women were victims of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm between July and September 2022." * "Over 10,000 rape cases were opened with the SAPS….." * "The SAPS across the country investigated a total of 85,640 assault GBH and common assault cases in the three months of reporting." * "Murder: 7004 people were killed……….This is an increase of 841 more people murdered, compared to the same period in 2021….." * "Over 6000 carjacking were reported to the police from July to September 2022." * "Kidnappings have doubled nationally with over 4000 counts reported to the police between July and September 2022." * "Total Contact crimes increased by 18.5%." * "Commercial crimes increased by 19.9%." * "Other serious crimes increased by 19.6%." This provides a good idea of the law of Taaghoot. These statistics obviously excludes the thousands of unreported cases. Every country is ridden with crime from the top to the bot- tom. Govermental corruptioncrime is so massive and so common that it is no longer newsworthy. There is no safety in any department and sector of life. There is no protection for anyone. The security forces are all impotent. Drugs and drug related crimes have become integral constituents of society all over the world. The entire world is in a whirpool of mess. The animals in the jungle have greater peace and safety than human beings in so-called civilized countries. The tide of corruption, vice and crime is set to increase. It will not decrease. Nothing will stem this satanic tide of evil and villainy. Describing it, the Qur'aan Majeed states "Fasaad (anarchy/ corruption/misery/ strife/mischief/crime) has become dominant on the land and seas because of the (misdeeds) perpetrated by the hands of people so that He (Allah) gives them to taste some of their deeds, for perhaps they may return (to the Path of Rectitude)." (Ar-Room, Aayat 41) All the fitnah destroying humanity is the consequence of the law of Taaghoot – Iblees, Laeen whom people have appointed to be their king. Question From the perspective of the Shariah, Saudi Arabia has slided into total chaos and anarchy. It is quite obvious that the current ruler(MBS) has introduced such laws and has made such changes which are in total violation of the Qur'aan and Sunnah. The avalanche of western immorality has completely overhauled the original strict Islamic lifestyle of the Saudis. Can we say that MBS is still a Muslim? Answer Regarding this chap (MBS) being a Muslim, there can be no genuine Muslim who will ever accept him to be a Muslim. It is clearer than daylight that he is a confirmed kaafir – an agent of Iblees and the West to dismantle and destroy Islam while still retaining the name 'Islam'. However, the nefarious plot to destroy Islam is not limited to the MBS character. He is merely the representative of the Saudi populace. The people of Saudi Arabia have long ago alienated themselves from Islam. They have a satanic aversion for the Shariah, hence Allah Ta'ala has granted them a ruler who has opened the way for the people to give full expression to their fisq, fujoor and kufr. This is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal which precedes the aam (universal) Athaab (Punishment) decreed for such transgressors for whom Allah Ta'ala does not will redemption. Stating this Sunnah, the Qur'aan Majeed says: "When We intend to destroy (the people) of a qaryah (town/ city), We command its affluent ones (to proceed recklessly with their evil). Then they (recklessly) indulge in fisq in the qaryah. Then the decree (of Athaab) is confirmed for (the people) of the town/city. Thus, do We then utterly annihilate them." (Bani Israaeel, Aayat 16) What is transpiring currently in Arabia where the Najdi Kaafir (MBS) is ruling, is the prelude to the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. It should be understood that the problem is not MBS. He is merely the mirror reflection of the Saudi people. This has been categorically confirmed by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) who said: "Your deeds are your rulers." That is: Allah Ta'ala imposes on a nation a ruler/government/king according to their deeds/misdeeds. It is for this reason that the Hadith orders that we should not revile the rulers. On the contrary, we should do soul-searching, revile ourselves, repent and turn unto Allah Ta'ala with obedience. Then Allah Ta'ala will either change the hearts of the rulers or substitute the tyrants with benevolent rulers. Saalih Al-Mar'i (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "When the zaahir (outward way of life) and the baatin (inner-selfthe heart and soul) of the people are not the same, then they should not be surprised when any kind of calamity befalls them." When Muslims are hypocritical in their daily life, preaching virtue, but practising vice – when their conduct at home is widely divergent from their behaviour in public, then Allah Ta'ala afflicts them with calamities of a variety of kinds. Today, this type of hypocritical conduct is a salient feature of the molvis and sheikhs. They deliver long, 'holy' lectures and offer naseehat to people, whilst their hearts are rotten to the core. At home they are villains. They are the type about whom Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Their tongues are sweeter than sugar while they have the hearts of wolves." Imaam Abu Hanifah (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "When saddled with the oppression of a tyrant, which creates problems for your Deen, then resort to Istighfaar (seeking forgiveness) for yourself and for the tyrannical king (i.e. if he is a Muslim)." If the king/government is kaafir, supplicate to Allah to either transform the tyranny into benevolence or to remove and eliminate the tyrants. But understand well that if the people themselves do not repent and reform, Duas will go by unaccepted. Allaamah Abdul Wahhaab Sha'raani (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "One of the salient traits of the Salafus Saaliheen was that they would bear with considerable Sabr (Patience) the zulm (oppression) of the rulers. They had implicit faith (yaqeen) that the oppression of the rulers was the consequence of their sins, and that they deserved greater punishment than the degree of tyranny with which they have been afflicted." The brother of Hadhrat Muhammad Bin Yusuf (Rahmatullah alayh) wrote to him complaining about the oppression of the government officials. Hadhrat Bin Yusuf replied: "O my Brother! I have received your letter. It should not be hidden from you that the sinner has no right to complain. The calamity and hardship in which you are embroiled are the consequences of your sins. Was-salaam" Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "I have seen such Ulama who preferred remaining in their homes. However, today the Ulama have become the bootlickers of rulers and tyrants." When they were questioned about their total dissociation from the people, they responded: "The oppression of the rulers, the corruption of the people and the abandonment of the Sunnah have constrained us to adopt this course." A man asked Hadhrat Ataa Bin Abi Rabaah (Rahmatullah alayh): "What do you say about a man who works for the government without committing any corruption? He accepts only his fixed wage." Hadhrat Ataa responded: "He should resign. Is he unaware of the statement of Nabi Musaa (alayhis salaam) – mentioned in the Qur'aan: 'O my Rabb! By the favours You have bestowed to me, I pledge never to be a helper of criminals." Even working in a lawful capacity for oppressors is I'aanat alal Ma'siyat (aiding sin) which is not permissible. A tailor came to a Faqeeh and asked: "I sew garments for the Sultan? Am I aiding in oppression? The Faqeeh replied: "In fact, you are a zaalim (oppressor)." Herein is adequate naseehat for the jaahil reverends such as Mr.Solomon Rawat, Bham, Menk and the lot of miserable bootlickers of the rulers. Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Hajjaaj Bin Yusuf Thaqafi was a calamity from Allah Ta'ala who acted in accord with the evil of the people." Hajjaaj was the governor of Iraq during the Taabieen era. He was an extremely vile and notorious tyrant. He had put to death thousands, including many Sahaabah. Hadhrat Hasan Basri (Rahmatullah alayh) expressed similar sentiments as Hadhrat Umar Bin Abdul Aziz (Rahmatullah alayh) regarding Hajjaaj. His naseehat was not to revile Hajjaaj since he was an Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. THE HEARTS OF THE RULERS Hadhrat Maalik Bin Dinaar (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "It is mentioned in the Tauraah that Allah Ta'ala says: 'The hearts of kings are in My control. I shall make kings benevolent for those who obey Me, and tyrannical for those who disobey Me. Therefore, do not abuse/vilify the kings. Turn unto Me with repentance. I shall be more merciful to you than the kings." Q. What are the qualifications for an Islamic Ruler? The conditions of qualification for an Islamic Ruler are:  He must be a Muslim  Must have Taqwa  Must have the necessary expertise to rule While these are the essential requisites for a Khalifah/Ruler, the validity of his reign is not reliant on the aforementioned conditions. The validity of his rule relies solely on the Ruler enforcing the Law of the Shariah as explained to him by the Ulama. Thus, if today an army chief stages a coup and installs himself as the Islamic Ruler, his reign will be valid if he enforces the Shariah. Regarding the shaitaan MBS, he is a Murtadd and it is Waajib on Muslims who have the requisite military/political power to eliminate him. A disease which has beset the Ulama of the age is compromise with baatil. A variety of baatil excuses is proffered for justifying this compromise. The following episode narrated by Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (rahmatullah alayh) should be sufficient lesson for the compromisers. When Sultan Mahmud Ghaznawi conquered India, he set about to demolish the Hindu mandir (temple) in Somnath. All the idols in the mandir were smashed. When the biggest idol was about to be smashed, the idol-worshippers passionately pleaded for their idol to be spared. They promised to give in exchange the weight of the idol in gold if it was not smashed. Sultan Mahmud consulted with his advisors. All of them were of the opinion that since the country was conquered and the idols smashed, it would not really matter if the one idol is spared. The huge amount of gold could be put to constructive use. Sayyid Salaar Mas'ood Ghaazi who was also present said: 'This is tantamount to selling idols. Hitherto Muslim kings were idol-breakers, now they will be labelled idol-sellers. Although this comment appealed to the Sultan, he still entertained a degree of doubt. That afternoon during his nap, he dreamt that he was on the Plains of Qiyaamah. An Angel leading him (the Sultan) to Jahannum was saying: 'He is an idol-seller'. Another Angel responded: 'No, he is an idol -breaker. Take him to Jannat.' Suddenly the Sultan's eyes opened. Immediately he issued the command for the big idol to be smashed. When the idol was smashed, its inside was found to be filled with precious stones the value of which exceeded the value of the gold which the idolaters had offered. Sultan Mahmud profusely expressed his gratitude (shukr) to Allah Ta'ala Who had guided him to smash the idol and at the same time bestowed such a huge treasure to him." Compromise with baatil is not permissible. The duty of the Ulama is to proclaim the Haqq and not to adulterate it with baatil. The argument of hikmat' to justify compromise with baatil is a despicable canard. On an occasion when the U.S.A. president visited Pakistan, someone said to Mufti Rashid Ahmad Ludhyani (Rahmatullah alayh): "The president of America has arrived. Numerous people are going to see him. You too should go." Mufti Sahib responded: "It is haraam to make ziyaarat (visit) of a kaafir. Therefore I shall not go. However, if the president of America expresses a desire to meet me, then I shall ponder. I shall not immediately accept it. If there is hope of him accepting Imaan, I shall permit him to come to me otherwise not." Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "He who honours a man of bid'ah, aids in the demolition of Islam." In another Hadith narration, it is mentioned: "When a faasiq is praised, the Arsh of Allah shudders." The gravity of the notoriety of honouring and praising even a Muslim who is a faasiq/ bid'ati is enormous and abominable in the extreme. This abomination is multiplied manifold if the honour and praise is for a kaafir. From this prohibition one can readily understand the villainy and abominability of extending honour and praise to a kaafir. From these statements of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) the evil and notoriety of the MJC, NNB jamiat and similar other deviates – their villainy of bringing into the Musjid the president or any other kaafir dignitary and honouring him with accommodation in the first saff behind the imaam – should be readily understood. These members of Hizbush Shaitaan such as Reverend Abraham Bham, the MJC louts, Mickey Mouse Menk, Solomon Rawat, Solomon Moolla and their likes, in pursuit of their worldly agendas of hubb-e-jah (inordinate craving for name and fame) and hub-e-maal (inordinate lust for money), have stooped to the worst sub-sewer levels of bootlicking and hindlicking politicians and government officials. Blinded by their spiritual maladies, they miserably fail to understand the notoriety of their acts of kufr such as shoving the president into the first saff of the Musjid, performing mock janaazah salaat for atheists, indulging in immoral 'iftaar' parties together with kuffaar political dignitaries, etc. They have been born to be Hasabu Jahannam (Fuel for Hell-Fire). FOR A MISERABLE PRICE The senior Sahaabi, Hadhrat Abu Zar (Radhiyallahu anhu) said: "Soon shall there dawn a time when the gifts of kings/ rulers will be the price of the Deen of the people." Hadhrat Sufyaan Thauri (Rahmatullah alayh) said: "Whoever meets a tyrant with a smiling face or (honourably) provides space for him in gatherings, or accepts any gift from him, he has broken the Fetters of Islam. He will be regarded as a helper of the oppressors." This is the sorry and miserable state of the molvis and sheikhs of our era. They lick the boots and the hinds of rulers and government officials. This is a universal calamity in all countries. Their vermiculated brains dictate bowing to and submitting to disgraceful serfdom. Sufyaan Thauri's naseehat is a valid portrayal of the miserable state of obsequity of MJC sheikhs and NNB jamiat reverends who invited the president into the first saff in the Musjid. Truckling at the boots of government officials the juhhaal reverends and pundits – the molvis and sheikhs – shamelessly denude themselves of ghairah (Imaani Honour) and of Imaan itself. These miserable wretches who bring humiliation on themselves are bereft of even a semblance of Ghairah and Haya. That is because they are Munaafiq. In the holiest Land of the Ummah, Arabia, which houses the most sacred Musjids of Islam – Musjidul Haraam and Musjidun Nabawi – the pagan mushrik immoral custom of Halloween has been celebrated. The obscene celebrations organized by the Najdi kuffaar who are today at the helm of the affairs of Arabia, have surpassed and outclassed similar celebrations in the western kuffaar countries. While lamentable, the rise of paganism and shirk in Arabia are to be expected in view of the pre- dictions of Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The time will still dawn when the women of the Daus tribe will dance around idols with their backsides gyrating as is mentioned in the Hadith of our Nabi (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). The Najdi regime is confirmed kuffaar, hence the worst forms of shirk can be expected. Immorality, fornication, sexual perversion and obscenity of a variety of kinds are now the order of the day in that Holy Land of Islam. THE NABI'S FINAL WORDS The last Words of Command issued by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) on departing from this earthly abode were: "Expel the Yahood and Nasaara from the Arabian Peninsula." The Command of Expulsion was not confined to the two Haram zones – Makkah and Madinah. The expulsion of the Yahood and Nasaara applied to the entire Arabian Peninsula. But today the Yahood and Nasaara, and even the Hindu cow and idol worshippers have access to even the Haram areas. The Day of Requital cannot be in the too distant future. As sure as the night follows the day, the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal will apprehend the kuffaar of Arabia most devastatingly. This is the Sunnah of Allah Azza Wa Jal for which there is no change. (Qur'aan) The Saudi rubbishes are misreading the respite Allah Ta'ala has granted them. "Then We shall utterly demolish them" (Qur'aan) Q. Lesbians, homosexuals and sexual perverts of any kind are now allowed to exhibit their unnatural acts of sexual perversion. Qatar's World Cup chief stated that the gay fans will be allowed to display zinaaffection. Also alcohol will be freely available. How can a Muslim government ever allow and condone such immorality? What is the status of a Muslim government that allows such haraam immorality? A. Qatar is a kuffaar backyard principality of the Western Kuffaar. The government of Qatar is confirmed kuffaar. Filth and immorality are therefore expected norms of kuffaar. Their claim of being Muslim is baseless. If they were born in Muslim homes, they have become murtad in the wake of their blatant promotion of haraam fisq and fujoor. All these plastic Gulf states are standing in line awaiting Divine Chastisement. Question I only have one question. I have noted that since the taliban have placed a ban on female education, ulama and so called Muslim governments throughout the world have come out and condemned them, yet South African ulama including Wifaqul Ulama and the Majlisul Ulama have remained silent. However, after the success Allah Ta'ala had bestowed to the Taliban, they deviated from Siraatul Mustaqeem and began bootlicking the kuffaar in general. In fact, they had been bootlicking the U.S.A. long before their final victory. The exercise in Qatar was bootlicking the U.S. Then they deemed it imperative to bootlick Russia, India, China and Iran. They believe that honour and rizq are obtainable from these evil kuffaar wallowing in kufr and janaabat. At the height of their victory, they initiated their bootlicking of the very powers which had always plotted their destruction, and are still oppressing, torturing, pillaging and plundering Muslims in their respective countries. Banning women from universities is not sufficient cause for the elicitation of support. The Shariah is not confined to purdah and whipping here and there. Islam is a complete and perfect Divine Code and Law for the Ummah. The Taliban themselves do not observe purdah when they interact with kuffaar political females representing the kuffaar countries. The Taliban have committed heinous acts of treason against Islam. Its so-called 'elite force' is an American-trained group of chaps bereft of true Deen and perhaps without Imaan. Its western-style police force initiated after their victory is a mockery and a stupidity which belie their claims of a Shariah state. The very first and foremost obligation of an Islamic State is to enforce Salaat. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "If We grant them political power, they establish Salaat, Zakaat and they command virtue and prohibit evil." This Qur'aanic emphasis on Salaat which the Taliban had adhered to in the initial days of their victory after the expulsion of the Soviet Union, was totally abandoned by even Mullah Omar, hence Allah Ta'ala removed the Taliban from power. Nabi Musaa (Alayhis salaam) advising the down-trodden, humiliated Bani Israaeel, said: "Seek aid with Sabr and Salaat, for verily the earth belongs to Allah. He grants it to whomever He wills… Perhaps He will soon establish you on earth (in power to rule), then He will watch how you acquit yourselves." (Qur'aan) Allah Ta'ala had granted the Taliban under Mullah Omar power to rule. They abused that power by abandoning the Institution of Salaat –The Central Pillar of the Deen, and by bootlicking and appeasing the kuffaar. Allah Ta'ala was watching them. Then He removed them from power and the kuffaar took over Afghanistan. Now Allah Ta'ala has again granted them an opportunity to prove themselves worthy of retaining power. Alas! They are failing the test. No one's moral support will avail them when they are on a pathway leading a way from the Deen. They lack in entirety in Tawakkul on Allah Ta'ala. Just imagine that at the time when Allah Ta'ala grants them victory over the kuffaar coalition forces, they (Taliban) go to the cowworshipping Hindus – the cowurine drinkers – with cap in hand begging disgracefully for wheat and vaccines!!! After achieving victory, they humiliate themselves by bootlicking the porkeating Chinese, begging for their support – for financial aid. The Taliban are traditional 'Muslims'. They are bereft of the attitudes of the Sunnah. There is much to say in this regard, but this should suffice for an understanding of our attitude of disillusion with the Taliban. It has become an indurate attitude which makes difficult even Dua for them. Nevertheless, suppressing this indurate attitude, we supplicate to Allah Ta'ala to grant them good hidaayat. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: * "Just as you are, so too will rulers be appointed over you." * Hadhrat Isaa (alayhis salaam) supplicated to Allah Ta'ala: "O my Rabb! What is the sign to indicate that you are pleased with Your creation?" Allah Ta'ala said: "I cause the rains to descend when it is time for sowing the seeds, and I withhold the rains when it is time to harvest the crop. I appoint benevolent men to rule over them. I assign their monetary affairs to generous persons." Nabi Isaa (alayhis salaam) said: "O my Rabb! What is the sign of your wrath on your creation?" Allah Ta'ala said: "I send the rains when they harvest the crops, and I withhold the rains when they sow the seeds. I appoint ignoramuses to rule them, and I assign their monetary affairs to their niggardly ones." * Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Allah Ta'ala says: 'I am Allah. There is no deity except Me. I am the King of kings. The hearts of kings are in My Hands when the people obey Me, I turn the hearts of the rulers with benevolence and mercy towards them. Verily, when the people disobey Me. I turn the hearts of the rulers with wrath and vengeance towards them. Then they (the rulers) inflict severe punishment on them. Therefore do not become involved with cursing the rulers. On the contrary engage yourself with thikr and humility so that I protect you against the tyranny of your rulers." * Hadhrat Ali (radhiyallahu anhu) said: "Verily, when Allah Ta'ala becomes wrathful on a nation whose destruction He has not ordained by means of earthquakes and disfigurement, then He causes prices to soar; He withholds rain, and He appoints the worst of people to be their rulers." * Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: 'Verily, Allah Azza Wa Jal says: 'I extract vengeance from those on whom is My Wrath with others on whom is My Wrath. Then ultimately I shall cast them all (both groups) into Jahannum" * "Don't revile the rulers. Supplicate to Allah for their rectitude, for verily, their rectitude is linked to your rectitude." (i.e. if you reform yourselves, the rulers will become reformed.) * "I take oath by Him in whose control is my life! Command righteous and prohibit evil. (If you do not) then the vilest among you will be appointed rulers over you. Your pious people will then supplicate, but their duas will not be accepted." Rulers are the reflections of the deeds of the masses. The rulers are mirrors in which the citizens can view their own deeds. A corrupt people will be saddled with tyrannical and corrupt rulers. Thus Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: "Your deeds are your rulers". Since the rulers are our reflections in the mirror, it is unintelligent to revile our own ugly reflection we see in the mirror. If a beautiful image is desired to be reflected in the mirror, it is necessary for the object in front of the mirror to be beautiful. A very ugly ignorant man who had never seen a mirror in his life once picked up a broken mirror. When he looked in it, he saw his own ugly face. In disgust he threw the mirror to the ground and exclaimed: "No wonder you have been thrown away!" This buffoon reviled the mirror for his own ugliness which was reflected in it. This is the condition of people who revile the rulers. They in fact revile themselves in the same way that the buffoon had thrown away the mirror and re- viled it. In the Hadith Qudsi, we are instructed to reform ourselves and become obedient servants of Allah Ta'ala. He will then either reform and tenderize the hearts of the tyrannical rulers or replace them with kind, benevolent rulers. It is quite obvious from the many Ahaadith of Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) as well as stemming from the Qur'aan-e-Hakeem that in general cruel and oppressive rulers are the consequences of the evils of the masses, and that the solution for the oppression and tyranny is not vilification of the tyrants. On the contrary, it is selfvilification, soul-searching, regret and repentance. Moral reformation and submission to the Shariah of Allah Azza Wa Jal will bring about a peaceful revolution which will see either the change of heart of the rulers or their replacement by benevolent rulers. It is also quite clear that the basic theme of all the Ahaadith on this subject is selfreformation, for only such reformation is the enduring solution for the tyranny of oppressors. However, shaitaan has succeeded in casting the Ummah into the massive deception of believing that the problem is for example Hosni Mubarak, Gadhaafi, Asad and the host of other kuffaar and munaafiqs who are today at the helm of affairs in the lands of Islam. These tyrants are merely the reflections of the moral degradation, bid'ah, fisq, fujoor and kufr in which the Ummah is today wallowing in a drunken stupor. Removal and killing of the tyrants without moral reformation and submission to the Sunnah is simply the substitution of one system of tyranny for another system of tyranny. The scenario of substitution of tyrannies comes within the scope of the Hadith Qudsi (mentioned above) in which Allah Azza Wa Jal says that both groups – the oppressors and the oppressed who replace the former oppressors – are Mabghoodh Alayhim, i.e. the Wrath of Allah Ta'ala has settled on them. Both groups of scum will be swept into Jahannum. This is the situation prevailing currently in the Arab lands in the aftermath of the socalled stupid 'Arab Spring'. Both groups are Mabgoodh Alayhim. The other form of punishment mentioned in the Ahaadith for a flagrantly transgressing and rebellious Ummah when their final destruction has not yet been ordained, but is divinely schemed to be gradual and incremental, is drought, scarcity of essential foodstuff, soaring prices, pestilence, infighting, etc. Then when the hour dawns for the ultimate decree of annihilation, no respite will be granted. "And, when We decide to destroy a place (town/city, i.e. its people), We command its affluent ones (that is, We grant them leeway to transgress recklessly). Then they indulge in transgression. Thus the decree (of punishment) is ordained for them. Then We utterly destroy them." "And, when their appointed time (of annihilation) arrives, it will not be delayed a moment nor advanced." (Qur'aan) As long as Muslims fail to understand that every particle moves by the direct intervention and command of Allah Azza Wa Jal and that the oppression which rulers inflict on the populace is the decree of Allah Ta'ala, and the solution for such tyranny is Inaabat ilallaah (Turning to Allah with Repentance), they will remain sinking in an abyss of moral degradation and humiliation to remain the slaves of the western kuffaar. "And not a leaf falls (from a tree) but He is aware of it…." An irate Brother who performed Hajj this year, writes: "The Saudi authorities have installed standing urinals in Mina and Arafaat. Just imagine the obscene scenes! Men standing like animals with their ihram pulled up and urinating like asses in full view of the public. Even women pass by and view these horrid scenes of shamelessness being perpetrated in the holiest of lands – in Mina and Arafaat. How much worse and how much more shameless will Muslims become? Brother, what you have beheld is simply the introductory steps to unimaginable immorality which still has to be implemented under the aegis of the vile rulers. Destruction of holy relics and substituting the relics with toilets and urinals is the Saudi style of emulating the U.S. kuffaar. Rasulullah (sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said that the time will dawn when Muslims will imitate and ape the Yahood and Nasaara to the extent of crawling behind them into even a 'lizard's hole'. If crawling into a lizard's hole, drinking urine and eating the faeces of swines become honourable and fashionable to the Yahood and Nasaara, the Saudis in particular, and the Muslims of the world in general, will consider the accomplishment of these feats honourable and fashionable. This is the state of the Ummah today. The public urinals and the lewd males in 'ihraam' standing like donkeys relieving themselves in full view of the public, vividly portray the filthy, rotten state of fisq and fujoor of the hearts of the rulers and the public. The Ummah is diseased – absolutely rotten and stinking. Whilst we lament these vile developments, we have to understand that Rasulullah's predictions must come to the fore. We are incrementally observing the materialization of Rasulullah's predictions. The moral degeneration of Muslims in general, and of the Arabs in particular, has not reached its limits at the bottom of the barrel. There is still a long way down the slippery meandering path in the abyss of immorality into which the Ummah is un- controllably sliding to its destruction. The stage still has to be reached when Arab women will be "gyrating with their buttocks swinging around idols" – Hadith. Idolatry and immorality go hand in hand. There is one consolation in this scenario of filth, immorality, fisq and fujoor which the Saudi regime is nourishing – that is the collapse and annihilation of the Saudi regime are not in the too distant future. The Whip of Allah AzzaWaJal will strike suddenly and swiftly and the Saudi regime will be relegated into oblivion in a remote dirtbins of history. Dua is a very powerful weapon when it rises from the hearts of the righteous ones. The kuffaar superpowers will not be able to aid and sustain the Saudi regime when it is time for the decree of Allah's Athaab. The Qur'aan, warning all these cardboard zaalim rulers, says: "For every nation there is an appointed time. When its appointed time dawns, neither will it be delayed or advanced by a moment." The current orgies of waste and immorality in which the Saudi regime is lost in a drunken stupor of bestial enjoyment, are simply in consonance with the following Qur'aanic aayat: "When We intend to destroy a city (or a community or nation), we command its affluent ones (to go wild with their evil and villainy), then they (recklessly) indulge in fisq in the city. Then the decree is established over them. We then utterly destroy the city (with its inhabitants)." The wheel of Saudi ruin and destruction is about to make its full turn. SET TO INCREASE 89 KILLED, 150 INJURED IN MUSJID BLAST PESHAWAR - Bodies were still being pulled Tuesday from the wreckage of a mosque blast at a police headquarters in northwestern Pakistan that killed more than 80 people and wounded 150 more. The attack happened during afternoon prayers on Monday in the provincial capital Peshawar, close to areas along the Afghan border where militancy has been steadily rising. Overnight, at least nine bodies were recovered as rescuers sifted through the rubble of the mosque's blown out wall and collapsed roof for survivors. "I remained trapped under the rubble with a dead body over me for seven hours. I had lost all hopes for survival," Wajahat Ali, a 23-year-old police constable, told AFP from hospital on Tuesday. Muhammad Asim Khan, a spokesman for the main hospital in Peshawar, told AFP the toll had risen to 89 as more bodies arrived from the scene. Around 150 more were wounded, officials said. City police chief Muhammad Ijaz Khan told AFP more than 90 percent of the victims were policemen, between 300 and 400 of whom had gathered in the compound's mosque for prayers. "This morning we are going to remove the last part of the collapsed roof so we can recover more bodies, but we are not hopeful of reaching any survivors," Bilal Ahmad Faizi, a spokesperson for the rescue organisation 1122, told AFP. Police officer Shahid Ali said the explosion took place seconds after the imam started prayers. "I saw black smoke rising to the sky. I ran out to save my life," the 47-year-old told AFP. The security situation in Pakistan – once plagued by bombings until a major military crackdown almost a decade ago largely restored order – has deteriorated since the return of the Afghan Taliban in Kabul. About 'Muslims' of this era, the Hadith narrated by Hadhrat Abdullah Bin Amr (Radhiyallahu anhu) states: "A time will dawn when the people will gather in their Musaajid and perform Salaat while not a SINGLE ONE of them will be Mu'min." How can Allah Ta'ala send His Nusrat (Aid) to such an evil ummah? Question I would like your opinion on a matter. For the past few years I have been coming across many Pakistani Imams, pseudo intellectuals, academics and others who are telling me that Pakistan is prophesied in the Quran and hadith. That Pakistan is a Divine state with a glorious future that will lead the world to Islam, that it will dominate the worlds political affairs. is this even believable? From what I have seen in the country there is so much immorality, filth, sins, haraams of all kinds, I cant see how or why Pakistanis think so highly of this immoral region. They also repeat hadiths attributed to the Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wasallam), like "I am Arab, but Arab is not in me, I am not in Hind, but Hind is in me", also, "I feel a cool breeze from Hind". They often quote these hadiths to lend support to their opinions. Is there any truth in all of this? Answer The country they call 'pakistan' is actually NAPAKISTAN – The Impure Land. It was Napakistan since its very inception. It came into existence with the connivance of the British and it was ever since 1947 headed by fussaaq, fujjaar and munaafiqeen. That country never was a Shar'i state from the very beginning to this day. The talk of its prediction in the Qur'aan Majeed is false and akin to kufr. The country is rotten and stinking from top to bottom. We are not aware of the narrations. Insha-Allah, when time permits we shall endeavour to research these hadith claims. In the 1857 Jihad against the British in India, the Muslims were defeated. Many of the Ulama and Mashaaikh of Hindustan became victims of British oppression and were martyred. Others were imprisoned and many went into seclusion. Thereafter the British embarked on their missionary activity in the attempt to eliminate the love of Islam from the hearts of Muslims to ensure acceptance of British domination and serfdom of Muslims. For achieving this objective, groups of missionaries and priests toured the country. They went from city to city and village to village. They would issue challenges against Islam and the Ulama. On that occasion a group of illustrious Ulama who were in seclusion came for- ward to combat this fitnah. The vanguard of the opposition to these British missionaries was Hadhrat Maulana Rahmatullah Keraanwi (Rahmatullah alayh). He publicly debated with the foremost English priest, and decisively defeated him. This high priest was constrained by his ignominious defeat to make a written statement in the presence of the huge gathering that the bible was an interpolated book. Thereafter this self-same high priest went to Constantinople and issued his challenge to Muslims. It was during the reign of Sultan Abdul Azeez Khaan. The previous Sultan, Khalifah Abdul Majid Khaan was also present. He invited Maulana Rahmatullah Keeraanwi to take up the challenge. (Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi) Q. Is it permissible to learn Hebrew to enable one to debate with the Yahood and to prove them wrong from their own scripture? A. It is a Shaitaani ploy to study Hebrew. The desire to want to debate with the kuffaar is also a snare of Iblees. One should not have such desires which detract from the Aakhirat. Shaitaan approaches people via 'deeni' channels to derail them from Siraatul Mustaqeem. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) expressed considerable anger when he saw Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) reading even the Tauraah which at that time contained a great deal of Ilm-e-Wahi. The indulgence in dubious 'da'wah' activities is most certainly a gross waste of time and brains, and this is a grievous sin. Indulgence in futility is not permissible. Q. Sahnun (Rahmatullah Alaihi), the Maliki Faqeeh, is reported to have said in Al Qawanin Al Fiqhiyyah that whoever is forced into kufr or drinking alcohol or eating pork or the like, is not to do it unless threatened with death in particular; but if he shows forbearance in the face of death then this is better. Is this commentary not an advocacy to suicide knowing the consequence of refusing to obey is certainly death? A. Most certainly it is not an advocacy to commit suicide. Suicide is that a man takes his own life with his own hands. What Sahnun (Rahmatullah alayh) has averred is the unanimous ruling of all Math-habs. Q. Is it possible for the Taliban rulers of Afghanistan to visit majority muslim countries in North Africa and West Africa to see for themselves how colonization, westernization, secularization and the social engineering programmes by governments and international organisaztion have devastated the Iman, akhlaaq and modesty of the Muslim society, especially women, to an extent that it is difficult to find a Muslim home, family, community, not disfigured and mutilated in their core Islamic values and conscience? This is lest they succumb to the Rights Movements of the West and compromise and dilute the injunctions of the Pure Shariat of Allah Ta'ala A. The Taliban are ruined. They have ruined themselves and they have destroyed the fair and noble Land of Afghanistan who had always been a bastion against the kuffaar, especially western kuffaar. The Taliban have lost their Soul and have become the bootlickers and hindlickers of all the kuffaar forces, and of even the Hindu cowworshippers and cow-urine drinkers. For the miserable crumbs and carrion of the dunya, the Taliban have abandoned their much vaunted claim of a Shariah State – a Land to be governed by the Qur'aan and Sunnah. It was all a deceptive pipedream clamour. They have slid into the cauldron of Imaani and Akhlaaqi destruction, and in this satanic process they have surpassed and outclassed the early 'puritannical' Saudi rulers whose regime was established by the kuffaar of Britain, but who had ruled Saudi Arabia in strict accord with the Shariah in the early stages of their reign. Q. What is the Shariah's view regarding celebrating a country's independence day? How does Islam view nationalism? A. Celebrating independence day is a kuffaar practice. Emulating the kuffaar is haraam. Furthermore, besides the stupidity and prohibition of the concept per se, these satanic, merrymaking functions/celebrations are aggravated by the accompaniment of a host of other major sins such as music, pictography, intermingling of sexes, etc. Allah Ta'ala has created mankind and divided them into nations. However, it is haraam for people of a nation to despise and oppress those of another nation. Cohesion among people of the same nation, tribe and clan are natural and attitudes created by Allah Ta'ala. However, there is no scope for pride and holding others in contempt. The criterion of nobility by Allah Ta'ala is Taqwa. The Qur'aan Majeed states: "Verily, the noblest of you by Allah is the most pious." Q. I am a candidate in the elections in Canada. I had placed my billboard on the premises of a brother with his permission. After he consulted with The Majlis, he had the billboard removed. When I asked him for the reason, he referred me to you. Please explain. What is wrong in having my billboards advertising my candidature? A. All kuffaar systems of politics are haraam being in conflict with the Shariah. It is not permissible to participate in kuffaar politics. The kuffaar system of elections are not permissible, hence aiding candidates in such elections is in conflict with the Qur'aan command: "Do not aid in sin and transgression." In the history of the country this is the first time that a Haafiz of the Qur'aan was appointed to be the chief of the army… His appointed deserves a warm welcome." Please comment. Is this appointment to be welcomed from the Islamic perspective? A. The venerable Mufti is a bootlicker of governments, officials and the wealthy. The Mufti very conveniently omitted the fact of the army chief being a clean-shaven faasiq, jaahil. There is nothing to welcome this faasiq. Welcoming and honouring him cause the Arsh of Allah Ta'ala to shudder. It is puerile and stupid to understand that the chap was appointed as chief of the army because he is hafiz.
