ZAKAAT IS ONLY FOR MUSLIMS- THE LIBERAL MOLVIS ARE DEVIATES
Question
Mr.M.S.Omar, a secular lawyer in an article claims that it is permissible to give Zakaat to non-Muslims afflicted in areas of disasters. In support of his claim, he cites the resolutions of the Ulama of the Islamic Fiqh Academy. We have always understood that Zakaat may not be given to non-Muslims. What is the correct ruling of the Shariah?

The claim of the lawyer chap is bunkum. The Islamic Fiqh Academy is a conglomerate of bootlicking molvis inclined to western liberalism. They have no Shar’i authority. Their resolutions are generally ghutha (rubbish) and should be discarded in sewerage drains and dumps.
The Ummah is aware that there exists Ijma’ on the prohibition of giving Zakaat to non-Muslims. Lillah funds may be used for non-Muslims afflicted with the Punishment of Allah Ta’ala, i.e. the natural disasters, NOT Zakaat. Zakaat and all forms of Waajib Sadqah can be used for ONLY Muslims. Channeling it to non-Muslims will not relieve one of the Zakaat obligation.
Resolutions – this methodology is a stupidity adopted from the western kuffaar. The molvis of the paper entity called Islamic Fiqh Academy, are generally morons whose brains are vermiculated with westernism, hence they adopt western methodologies and submit to western ideologies. Nothing better and no goodness can be expected from the lawyer chap who was also the lawyer of the failed, corrupt Amaanat Holdings from which hundreds of millions of rands have been corruptively siphoned into the pockets of directors. The lawyer fellow also earned many millions of rands from that miserable company. This lawyer chap suffering from the disease of a bloated ego has a penchant of shoving his nose into the domain of the Shariah instead of keeping his nose in the domain of the kuffaar courts. He labours under the corrupt, shaitaani idea of him being a mujtahid.
It is not permissible to utilize Zakaat and Sadqah Wajibah for non-Muslims. There is also no need for assisting non-Muslims because there is a plethora of kuffaar relief organizations, millions of kuffaar traders, and governments. Governments do not aid Muslims afflicted by disasters, but they do provide aid to non-Muslims. It is the obligation of these relief organizations and of governments to aid non-Muslims afflicted by natural disasters.
There are millions of Muslim refugees and other destitute of the Muslim Ummah who are languishing in abject squalor, poverty and ignorance. The wealthy Muslims are not fulfilling their Waajib obligation of aiding the suffering Muslims, yet molvis and secular chaps and modernists who have no proper understanding of the Deen advise using Zakaat for non-Muslims.
The resolutions passed by the liberal, incompetent Fiqh Academy – resolutions based on technicalities – may not be proffered to cancel the Ijma’ which has existed in the Ummah since the era of the Sahaabah. Furthermore, there is no practical need to bend backwards by employing Fiqhi technicalities to scuttle the well-established Law of the Shariah which prohibits utilization of Zakaat for non-Muslims. Non-Muslim governments and relief agencies have adequate funds to attend to their needs. It is not the duty of Muslim communities to aid non-Muslims in a manner which is in flagrant violation of the Shariah.
Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu), the Sahaabah and the Aimmah Mujtahideen understood the Ahaadith better than the conglomerate of morons of which the modernist Fiqh Academy comprises. Only modernist morons and deviates have the stupid and satanic temerity of abrogating the Fatwa of the Sahaabah on the basis of Ahaadith of which they were fully aware. The academy juhala are insinuating that Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) lacked Ijtihaadi expertise, hence he prohibited distribution of Zakaat to non-Muslims.
That Zakaat is prohibited for non-Muslims, is not the figment of recent times. It is a Mas’alah known to Muslims just as they know that pork and liquor are haraam. The attempt to abrogate this more than 14 century prohibition is pure Satanism urinated into the brains of the academy moron molvis by shaitaan. Their resolutions have no Shar’i validity. The rulings of the Sahaabah and of the Aimmah Mujtahideen constitute the substance of the Shariah.
Disgorging a stupidity, the lawyer chap says: “Being a matter of Ijtehad interpretation amongst the mazaaib, it should not be a source of dissension or dispute.”
In fact, this rubbish resolution of the deviated liberals must be rejected. It is baatil, having no Shar’i validity in view of the verdict of Hadhrat Umar (Radhiyallahu anhu) and the Ijma’ of the Sahaabah. Furthermore, the fiqh academy clique of liberals are not Mujtahids. The age of the Mujtahideen has terminated many many centuries ago. These academy molvis are LIARS. Putting a seal on their falsehood, Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said:
“Honour my Sahaabah, for verily they are your noblest; then those after them, then those after them. Thereafter KIZB (falsehood) will become prevalent.”
These miserable molvis with their fake resolutions cancelling the ahkaam of the Shariah are part of the KIZB stated by Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam). In another Hadith Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) describing those who will be after the era of Khairul Quroon, said: “They will be such persons who will love obesity.” This obesity is a characteristic of these molvis who squander public funds jetting around to participate in nonsensical ‘academy’ conference, wasting time, speaking nonsense and passing rubbish resolutions which are in blatant violation of the Shariah. At their stupid conference, they engage in merrymaking, eating and excreting, but they believe that they have the ability and qualification of Ijtihaad whereas Ijtihaad is a Roohaani faculty in the heart of those Fuqaha whom Allah Ta’ala had created specifically to systematize and codify the Shariah based on the Qur’aan and Sunnah.
Muslims should understand well that it is haram to contribute Zakaat funds to these modernist organizations which perpetrate fraud. Zakaat is not discharged by these misguided, deviate liberals.
