AMAANAT HOLDINGS
THE PARTIAL REVELATION –
THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG OF THE HARAAM SHENANIGANS
For public scrutiny, we reproduce here the Report issued by Amaanat Shareholder Representative Committee (ASRC), which brings to fore the tip of the iceberg of the haraam shenanigans of Amaanat Holdings.
In its report, the ASRC expresses or hallucinates of its dream of bringing Amaanat Holdings back on track. It is essential for Muslims who are concerned with the Shariah – with halaal and haraam – to understand that this Company was involved in haraam dealings from the very inception. Nothing of its investments complies with the Shariah.
Dividends which were being paid or are being paid are RIBA. It is haraam to invest in this wayward company. The earnings are haraam. Apart from the Company NOT being in compliance with the Shariah, the massive embezzlement which has occurred loudly testifies for its shenanigans. Millions of rands – tens of millions and even hundreds of million rands – have found their way into dark alleyways while the MORON investors believed that they were earning lucrative ‘dividends’.
Do understand well that there is no hope of this Company becoming truly Islamic. It cannot be resurrected because it never existed as an Islamic Entity in the true sense of the term. The ignorant public is duped by Islamic terminology which is misused for riba dealings. This is standard procedure with all so-called ‘islamic’ banks and financial institutions of the same ilk. Muslims who have respect for the Shariah and some understanding of the Accountability in the Divine Court in Qiyaamah should NOT invest in this Company. Those who have invested, should disinvest. Withdraw your investments. Don’t corrode your Imaan with haraam money.
AMAANAT SHAREHOLDER REPRESENTATIVE COMMITTEE (“ASRC”)
15th February 2022
Shareholder Communication
As salaamu alaikum
Dear Shareholders
We, a voluntary body established and mandated by certain shareholders of Amaanat Holdings (Pty) Ltd, herewith present our preliminary observations. We must apologise for the delay in providing the shareholders with detailed feedback to date. This is largely due to the difficulty in obtaining the requisite accurate evidence to provide you with relevant feedback.
All of our observations are based on information available to us and findings at a later stage could be more than what is included in this report.
At the outset it is necessary to emphasise and acknowledge the effort of the entire ASRC over the past few weeks, all on a voluntary basis.
Alhumdulillah, the ASRC and the Board of Directors have a good working relationship, and we hope this continues into the next phase of the work at hand as it remains crucial to bringing Amaanat back to its old glory, in sha Allah…
