ONCE AGAIN UUCSA HAS CHOSEN TO BECOME FRIENDS OF THE COURT TO FIGHT AGAINST THE SHARIA !!
THIS TIME THEY WANT TO SUBJECT THE SHARIA TO THE CONSTITUTION AND ALLOW THE GOVERNMENT AND THE COURTS TO INTERFERE WITH MUSLIM MARRIAGES AND THEIR CONSEQUENCES.
THEY TRIED THIS UNSUCCESSFULLY IN THE PAST WITH THE MPL.
ARE WE GOING TO ALLOW THEM TO CHANGE AND SELL OUR DEEN ONCE AGAIN?
THEY ARE THE SAME SELLOUTS WHO WENT TO COURT TO CLOSE THE MASAJID.
MAY ALLAH TAALA PROTECT US FROM THESE SCHOLARS FOR DOLLARS WHO ARE CURRYING FAVOUR WITH A CORRUPT GOVERNMENT.
Oh yes, and nikaah with multiple women will only be legal if there’s this ambiguous phrase of “equality” upheld which will no doubt be judged based upon non-shari considerations.
This is quite pathetic.
In other words, courts will have the right to annul nikahs, women will also have the right to give talaq, if a woman contributes to monthly expenses then she must get a share in the house, children and women will have rights after divorce to maintainence -outside of the framework of shariah…
