It then smashes out the brains of baatil. And, lo, it (baatil) sud- denly disappears.” (Qur’aan) THE BAND OF HAQ “There will ever remain a band from my Ummah fighting on the Haq until the Day of Qiyaamah. Those who oppose them and those who do not aid them, will not be able to harm them.” (Hadith) Although Bangladesh is a 96% majority Muslim country, or is supposed to be so, the shaitaani process of hinduization has been incrementally pursued by the kuffaar governments since the era of Bangladesh’s break from Pakistan. Although there is nothing Islamic about Paki- stan and the merger into a sin- gle state of West and East, Pa- kistan had not benefited either way of the new Pakistani state from the Islamic perspective, nevertheless, the shaitaani pro- cess of hinduization was not pursued. From Bangladesh comes the following lament: “Asalaamu Alaykum Wa Rah- matullahi Wa Barakatuhu Maulana Sahib, This ques- tion has been in the back of my mind for the past week about: How to refute secularism when it clashes with the rulings of Is- lam? A classic case being an appeal to Muslims for avoiding participating in the "Bengali New Year procession" also known as "Pahela baisakh". This appeal was issued by a non-political Islamic organiza- tion known as "Hefazat-e- Islam" from Bangladesh. Some secularists have venomously replied to the fatwa. I present the details below: Before putting up the matter, I would like to give a brief in- troduction of Hefazat-e-Islam: Hefazat-e-Islam (which means Defenders or Protectors of Islam), is a non-political Is- lamic movement based strictly upon Qur'an and Sunnah. The movement is an offshoot of Qawmi Madrasah Bangladesh. The movement was founded by the Ameer of Qawmi Mad- rasah Bangladesh, Shaykhul- Hadeeth Hadhrat Allamah Mufti Ahmad Shafi on the ba- sis of defending Islam, Muslims and Bangladesh from regional and foreign attacks. Shaykhul-Hadeeth Hadhrat Allamah Mufti Ahmad Shafi is a direct student and Khalifah of Shaykhul-Islam Sayyid Hu- s a i n A h m a d M a d a n i (rahmatullah alayh). Besides, the other main ob- jectives of Hefazat-e-Islam, is to clear misconceptions on dif- ferent aspects of Islam. The movement holds yearly gather- ings throughout Bangladesh to propagate knowledge of Islam. (Source: Ulama of Bangladesh web-page) The following appeal from a member of Hefazat-e-Islam ap- peared in the Bangladeshi news website Dhaka Tribune on April 14 a day before "Bengali New Year": "Hefazat: Mongol Shobhajatra is haraam Leaders of the Islamic group Hefazat-e-Islam have said the Mongol Shobhajatra procession observed on the morning of Po- hela Boishakh is ‘haraam,’ or forbidden in Islam. Hefazat’s Dhaka unit Vice- President Junaid Al Habib said: “Mongol Shobhajatra is not Muslim culture. If the govern- ment wants to push this on Muslims, the Qawmi Madras- as will be forced to take to the streets.” He was speaking at a protest in front of the Baitul Mukar- ram National Mosque on Friday. Hefazat or- ganized the protest to condemn the killing of civilians in Af- ghanistan by NATO forces. On Thursday, Hefazat Secretary -General Junaid Babunagari issued a statement saying: “In the name of celebrating the Bangla new year, observing a procession with animal replicas is against the faith and practices of Muslims. “Adult men and women wear indecent clothing with paint on their faces and dance together to the rhythm of drums while carrying giant dolls and animal masks. This Hindu ritual is be- ing forced upon Muslims by the state. This is absolutely forbid- den in the eyes of Islam,” he said in the statement." (End of the article) Now, in reply to this appeal from the mem- ber of Hefazat-e -Islam, the Dha- ka Tribune Edi- tor (name is not mentioned by them) had some criticism for the Ulama. This reply was in refu- tation and condemnation of the appeal made by the Ulama of Hefazat-e-Islam. Their reply: "Respecting diver- sity, and not division: Lest we forget, Bangladesh is a secular nation, built on secular principles set forth by the Fa- ther of the Nation Banga- bandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rah- man. One shining example of this are the Pohela Boishakh celebra- tions, which highlight the multi- ethnic and diverse culture of our country. Nowhere is this secular spirit more evident than in the iconic Mongol Shobhajatra, which — though relatively recent in its origin — truly epitomizes the unity that exists within the Bangladeshi people, as the pro- cession boasts people from a wide variety of ethnic and reli- gious backgrounds. But it seems that Hefazat-e- Islam has forgotten our nation’s history, or wishes to rewrite it. Bangladesh has always prided itself on its diversity and inclu- sion, and for Hefazat to tarnish this legacy by proclaiming that the Mongol Shobhajatra is “haram” and “not Muslim cul- ture” is utterly unacceptable. You grant dominion (power on earth) to whomever You will, and You snatch away dominion from whom- ever You will.” (Qur’aan) Al Haq Bulletin 57 Page 2 Mosque Attacks in Netherlands (Muslim Views, U.K.) A mosque in northern Drachten town, Netherlands, has come under an arson at- tack on February 11, accord- ing to the manager of Islamic Center Drachten Foundation. The mosque, used mostly by Moroccan-origin worshippers, is operated by the foundation. The foundation manager Kha- l i d B e n n a c e u r s a i d : “Community members who came to pray in the morning said they smelled turpentine inside the mosque. Later, when we came for noon prayer, we realised that there were burn marks on the wall and win- dows had been broken at the back side of the mosque.” The attack took place at around 4 am local time. He added that a person was seen breaking the back window of the mosque and running away after the fire. Police have be- gun an investigation into the incident, he added. The attack is the second of its kind in just one week. A mosque in the Dutch port city of The Hague was vandalized on February 2. A Turkish flag was crossed with red paint with slogans against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and “Islam out” also written on it was placed on Ahi Evran Mosque. In January, the far-right ‘Rechts in Verzet’ movement hanged anti-Islam banners and a headless model in front of the Emir Sultan Mosque in Am- sterdam. The banners hanged outside the mosque read: “Islam must be stopped. We do not want a mosque tied to [Turkish President Recep Tay- yip] Erdogan in northern Am- sterdam.” In September 2017 an under -construction mosque in the south-eastern Netherlands was targeted by the same far-right group. The group hanged anti- Islam banners at the roof of Tevhid mosque in Venlo city. The group, draped banners reading “Stay away. The Neth- erlands belongs to us. We don’t want mosque and Mus- lims in our neighbourhood” both in Turkish and Dutch. They also shared the photos of banners on social media and claimed they “occupied” the mosque. The Muslim News UK 23/02/2018 (End of report) The most important factor which Muslims fail to under- stand is that vandalization of Musaajid by the kuffaar is preceded by vandalization per- petrated by Muslims them- selves. When Muslims them- selves vandalize and ruin the Musaajid, then Allah Ta’ala, as a punishment for the evil conduct of Muslims afflicts us with kuffaar atrocities and domination. He instils fear into the hearts of Muslims for the kuffaar. The Musjid is first thor- oughly destroyed spiritually by Muslims. Then the Musjid it- self invokes the La’nat (curse and punishment) of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Thus the attacks and vandalization and attacks on the Musjid in many places committed by the kuffaar are not accidents nor haphazard occurrences. Everything fol- lows a definite plan of Allah Ta’ala. The Qur’aan Majeed says in this regard: “Nothing of even a grain of anything is hidden from your Rabb, neither something small- er than it nor bigger than it, but it is recorded in a Clear Ki- taab.” “Not a leaf drops (from a tree) but He is aware of it.” Whatever transpires in crea- tion is by the direct interven- tion and command of Allah Ta’ala. Among the acts of desecra- tion and vandalization com- mitted by Muslims on the Mu- saajid are the following: • General abandonment of Jamaat Salaat. The vast majority of Muslims do not perform their five daily Sa- laat with Jamaat in the Musjid. The Fajr attend- ance is the best barometer by which this could be gauged. • Lewd dress in the Musjid. Musallis come to Musjid dressed lewdly like the kuffaar with jeans, T-shirts, Bermuda pants, garb with all types of kuffaar logos inscribed and even with pic- tures. • Performing Salaat haphaz- ardly. In most cases they rush out of the Musjid, es- pecially Jumuah, after the Fardh Salaat. They display the attitude of the mu- naafiqeen • Loud conversation in the Musjid which Rasulullah ( S a l l a l l a h u a l a y h i wasallam) said is among the Signs of Qiyaamah. Even molvis and Tabligh Jamaat personnel are guilty of this crime. • Using the Musjid as a stag- ing pad for haraam wed- ding receptions. Immediate- ly after the Nikah in the Musjid, the haraam wed- ding reception with all its evil and bid’ah is initiated. It is the obligation of the trustees and Imaam to re- fuse performance in the Musjid of such a marriage which will be followed by a haraam wedding reception. • Allowing females to attend the Musjid • Allowing fussaaq qaaris to use the Musjid for enter- taining people with their recitation • Arranging haraam na’t and nazam sessions in the Musjid whereas the sole ac- tivity permissible in a Mus- jid is pure ibaadat. • The imaams in general to- tally abstaining from Amr Bil Ma’roof Nahyi anil Munkar. • Treating the Musjid as a place for amusing kuffaar tourists. Kuffaar men and women wallowing in the filth of kufr and janaabat are brought into the Mus- jids for sightseeing. On account of these acts of spiritual vandalism perpetrat- ed by Muslims, the kuffaar are allowed by Allah Ta’ala to physically vandalize and at- tack our Musaajid. The actual culprits are Muslim them- selves. “When We intend to de- stroy a qaryah (city, town or country), We command its affluent people (i.e. grant them rope and respite to plunge headlong in their evil and villainy). Then he (the An- gel) covers the person with the illness and pangs of Maut (death) ........ (Before departing with the soul), Malakul Maut announces (to the in- mates of the home): ‘Verily, I shall return again and again until no one is left from among you’.” Al Haq Bulletin 57 Page 3 The Muslim News of U.K. re- porting on the repression of Islam and Muslims in China, states: Amid increasing crackdowns on the Uyghur Muslims in Xin- jiang, Western China, the au- thorities have turned their at- tention to another of the Mus- lim ethnic minorities, the Hui. Children belonging to the Hui ethnic Muslim community have been banned from at- tending any religious events over the winter break in Chi- na. The announcement was made by a district educational bureau in Gansu province, and school students were no- tified that they should not en- ter religious buildings, nor read scriptures in class. Although restrictions of this nature are already in place in Xinjiang, Muslims in other parts of China have thus far remained largely free. The- se new restrictions are a re- sult of the increased fear of the Muslim influence in China, potentially due to violent up- risings by the Uyghurs in Western China. Xinjiang has seen an in- crease in violence in recent years due to tensions be- tween the majority Muslim Uy- ghurs, native to the region, and the Han Chinese, who the Government has been in- creasingly resettling in the re- gion. Xinjiang, a large region in Western China, is home to abundant natural resources, including oil and gas, making it a region of particular inter- est to Beijing. Government policies have been seeing an increasing erosion of both religious and cultural freedoms for the Uy- ghur population in Xinjiang, and the official line claims that such policies are neces- sary to tackle the ‘terrorism’ in the region. Experts recog- nise that the resentment among the locals and the re- sulting violence is an obvious result of the Government’s hard-line policies that are see- ing the lives of Uyghurs sup- pressed. The Hui and Uyghur minori- ties are among the ten ethnic Muslim minority groups in China, which recognises a to- tal of 55 ethnic groups after the majority Han Chinese. While the Uyghurs are simi- lar in appearance, culture and language to their Turkic neighbours, the Hui communi- ty more closely resembles the Han majority. Their physical, cultural and linguistic assimi- lation makes them difficult to distinguish from a Han Chi- nese and has left them largely free to practice Islam. Gansu, a province neighbouring Xin- jiang, is home to approximate- ly 1.6million Hui Muslims but has now come under scrutiny as the authorities fear the ris- ing influence of Islam in Chi- na. The notification was posted online by the education bu- reau of Linxia, a district within Gansu, and authorities added that teachers and pupils should work to strengthen po- litical ideology and propagan- da. Despite China’s official stance claiming religious free- dom for all, the law also states that religious education should not interfere with state education, allowing authori- ties to use this as a justifica- tion for their policies.(End of report) Communist China has been virulently anti-Islam from the very inception of the com- munist regime. Genocide of Muslims has been committed on a massive scale in this land where the staple diet is swine flesh. They therefore react like swines against Muslims. There is usually much clam- our in the Muslim community of South Africa on the Pales- tine issue. People jump on to a silly bandwagon to campaign against the Israeli Yahood by means of boycotts and the like. But as far as China is con- cerned these self-same oppor- tunists adopt a deafening si- lence. The repression and op- pression, and extermination of the Muslim population in Chi- na are far worse than what Is- rael has committed, yet there is not a word of condemnation emerging from the opportun- ists who are using Palestine for ulterior motives. Their clamour and boycotts are all hollow and insincere, and motivated by despicable objectives of monetary gain and aggrandizement. If there was any truth and genuine feeling for the Palestinian Muslims, the very same emo- tions would have been dis- played for the oppressed and brutalized Chinese Muslims. The reality of the clamour and ‘emotions’ of modernists who raise stupid slogans is de- ception. They deceive the ig- norant ones to gain attainment of their pernicious motives of fame and monetary gain. However, the consequences of boycotting China is sub- stantial monetary loss. Chinese junk goods are cheap and promise lucrative profits, hence everyone is silent about raising any criticism against the pork-guzzlers. On the oth- er hand, there is no loss for these idiotic opportunists in a silly boycott of a non-entity such as Woolworths for exam- ple. But it attracts some stupid publicity for the opportunists riding the deceptive Palestini- an bandwagon. Another exceptionally vile attitude of Muslims is the ea- gerness with which they seek admission to Chinese universi- ties. These Muslims should hang their heads in shame. De- spite being fully aware of the religious restrictions which the Chinese authorities place even on them (the foreign Muslim students), they most dishon- ourably creep into the pork- hole of these oppressors. The pursuit of worldly goals has become of such imperative im- portance to these Muslim stu- dents that extinguishing the Imaani emotional feelings for the brutalized and oppressed Chinese Muslims is considered tolerable and acceptable. In fact, this attitude is indicative of the kufr lurking in the hearts of these students. The Kalimah of Islam no longer has meaning for Muslims at large. This is the era of the predominance of KUFR in the ranks of the Ummah. Many Jordanians had in dis- gust and anger emptied their cans of Zamzam wa- ter at the Saudi Arabian border on their way back from performing Umrah. The pilgrims were instructed to pay an exorbitant fee at the border by Saudi officials for transporting Zamzam water cans to Jordan. This infuriated the pilgrims and in protest they emptied all the cans at the border. Grovelling in spiritual and moral bankruptcy, the Sau- di kufr regime is now scrap- ing the very bottom of the barrel scrounging for mon- ey to bolster its state of fi- nancial bankruptcy. It has stooped to the exceptionally degenerate level of extort- ing money from pilgrims for Zam Zam water. Presenting stupid and baseless justification for this act of piracy the Saudi officials at the border said that the gov- ernment is preventing pil- grims from carrying Zam- zam water. The kufr gov- ernment of the Najdi regime demands that Zam Zam wa- ter be purchased from ‘official’ sources. But Allah Ta’ala has granted Zam Zam to the Ummah and for thousands of years from its very beginnings, millions of people have been drinking the holy Zam Zam water without having to pay dev- il’s fees. The evil Saudi regime has even imposed 5 percent VAT on Zam Zam water since the beginning of March 2018, coinciding with the rise in electricity and fuel prices. It is clear that the regime has gone to the dogs and along with it, it is dragging the country to the dogs. Or per- haps it is the other way around. The evil people of the country are the culprits of all the fisq, fujoor and kufr fitnah and fasaad de- stroying the people. The Saudi populace is rotten, especially its womenfolk. They are more rotten than even the Saudi regime. That is why Allah Ta’ala has sad- dled the country with a rot- ten, corrupt kaafir regime. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” That is: Allah Ta’ala will appoint over people such rulers who reflect the deeds of the people. Al Haq Bulletin 57 Page 4 Since the past few years, at- tacks against Muslims, engi- neered by the Buddhist monk idol-worshippers, and support- ed by the Sri Lankan security forces have been on the in- crease. A Brother in a letter to The Mercury states: Sri Lanka’s president declared a state of emergency amid fears that anti-Muslim attacks in several central hill towns could spread. Buddhist mobs swept through the towns out- side Kandy, burning at least 11 Muslim-owned shops and homes. Amnesty International not- ed that last year, “Sri Lanka saw a rise in Buddhist nation- alist sentiment, including at- tacks against Christians and Muslims”. Previously, a group of hard- line Buddhist monks attacked the homes of Rohingya refu- gees in southern Sri Lanka. However, these attacks against minorities would only be inhib- ited if the police acted without partiality — partiality that originates from state police and security forces is one of the root causes of widespread vio- lence against minorities. During the last several years there have been numer- ous riots against Muslims, causing damage to their prop- erties. What is even more trou- bling is that whenever such an- ti-Muslim riots occur, the Sin- hala-dominated security forces and police sent to restore order merely stand by, watching while mobs rampage against the Muslims. These clashes should also make us question the role of Buddhist clergy in fuelling anti -Muslim and anti-Christian violence. The UN and other influen- tial international players should be making it very clear to the governments of Sri Lanka and Myanmar that the situation cannot continue. No one can do anything to save Muslims because it is Allah Azza Wa Jal who is allowing this state of af- fairs to prevail. It is all part of Divine Pun- ishment for a rebellious, im- moral Ummah which has turned its back on Allah Ta’ala. Muslims have aban- doned the Deen. They have be- come the enemies of Islam. They scorn, despise and mock the Sunnah. The kuffaar atroc- ities are part of Allah’s Athaab. The only solution is Inaabat ilal laah – to turn to Allah with repentance and obedience. How dare they try to impose their narrow, parochial inter- pretation of Is- lam on the rest of us? Second, and more important, their statements are bigoted and objectionable hate speech. Statements such as theirs have no place in a nation such as ours, statements which serve not only to create religious dishar- mony among the peace-loving citizens of Bangladesh, but go so far as to threaten violence. When threats, incitement to vio- lence, and hate directed at a re- ligious community are a crime — and these are all crimes un- der the penal code — statements such as these cannot be permit- ted to stand. Those who sow the seeds of discord through this kind of intolerant hate- mongering must be brought to book. Bangladesh can have zero toler- ance for such ugliness. Pohela Boishakh and even the Mongol Shobhajatra are em- blematic of Bangladesh’s rich culture and heritage and to spew such vitriol in their direc- tion cannot be permitted. Hefazat does not have to like either. But it cannot impose its views on the rest of us, and, most importantly, it cannot be al- lowed to threat- en violence in order to get its way." (End of the letter from Bangladesh) OUR COMMENT After the violent break-up of Pakistan, orchestrated by In- dia, Bengal (then East Paki- stan) seceded from the federa- tion and took the path of Hin- duism albeit subtly and cun- ningly. The Awami League which has for the greater part of the post-Pakistan era governed the country is a dedicated anti- Islam, pro-Hindu shaitaani en- tity determined to abolish Is- lam and convert Bangladesh into a Hindu state under the guise of secularism. The kufr government is merely the reflection of the vast majority of Bangladeshis. Rasulullah (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) said: “Your deeds are your rulers.” Just as today in Najdi Saudi Arabia the cur- rent kuffaar regime reflects the kufr of the vast majority of Saudis, so too does the Hindu government in Bangladesh rep- resent the Hin- du aspirations of the majority of Bengalis who are masquerad- ing as Muslims. The Brother in his letter con- cedes that the vast majority of Bangladeshis participates in the haraam cel- ebrations of kufr and shirk. These are the very people who have installed the Hindu or pro -Hindu government which is in the process of dismantling and extinguishing Islam in Bangla- desh. This evil regime has the support of the vast majority of Bangladeshis. Have you ever wondered why Bangladesh is plagued by so many natural disasters – annual floods and hurricanes? This is Allah’s Athaab for the munaafiqeen – the majority of Bangladeshis. The sole cause for natural dis- asters is gross and flagrant re- bellion against Allah Azza Wa Jal. The Qur’aan and Ahaa- dith confirm this beyond all vestiges of doubt. The real problem is not the evil kuffaar government. The root problem is the people of Bangladesh. At heart the vast majority is kuffaar, hence they lovingly accept all the kufr and shirk practices of the Hindus justifying these with the putrid, self-deceiving ‘traditional and cultural’ argument which is bereft of Islamic validity. Tashabbuh bil k u f f a a r (emulating the kuffaar) is haraam in all spheres of Mus- lim life. In Bangladesh this Tashabbuh has been adopted in the vilest man- ner. Like the munaafiq-kaafir, Kemal Attaturk who had abol- ished even the Qur’aanic script (Arabic) in Turkey, so too has the kaafir Bangladeshi regime abolished the Islamic script of Urdu which in reality is also Arabic, and then substituted it with the script of the Hindu mushrikeen. Hindu religious customs are emulated and adopted with pleasure and be- lieved to be permissible and necessary. We trust that all travel compa- nies will abide by this decision and not include Jabal Nur in their program. But, the evil Najdis have polluted the entire Holy Land with the Yahood and Nasaara, and with all the filth of immo- rality which these nations have invented for the moral destruc- tion of mankind. After having closed a number of Musjids for several months, some have now been re-opened while seven have been de- stroyed on the flimsiest of pre- texts. The Musaajid are generally left to decay spiritually and physically. The attendance for Salaat is pathetic. The physical state of these Musjids is like- wise lamentable. ANKARA – Doğan News Agency The number of people engaged in prostitution in Turkey is es- timated to be over 100,000, with an annual market value of around $4 billion, according to Professor Ayşegül Akbay, a public health expert at Ankara University. Akbay also drew attention to the lack of attention in aca- demic research in the field, which made making such esti- mates more difficult. Noting that the number of academic thesis written in Tur- key on this field since 1970s did not exceed 10, she put this lack of interest among academics down to the fear of being stig- matized or faced with “moral pressure.” “This causes the scientific truths about prostitution, espe- cially the human trade across to Europe, to remain hidden,” Akbay said. How many thou- sands more brothels were (Continued on page 12) Al Haq Bulletin 57 Page 6 “Do you construct palaces as if you will be living forever (on earth)?” (Qur’aan) A SAMPLE OF A SEED OF DESTRUCTION Four miles from the City of Qur- tuba (Cordova), on Mount Al- Uroos, Sultan Abdur Rahmaan had constructed a most ‘glorious’ palace which he named after his beloved slave girl, Az-Zahra’. This is a verita- ble city, not merely a building of pomp and splendour. Az-Zahra should not be mistaken and un- derstood to be a slave in the pop- ular meaning of the term. She was not a slave doing menial labour in some kitchen. On the contrary, thousands of servants were at her beck and call. She was a veritable queen of queens. The Sultan was captivated by her, and it was for her sake that he built this palace which is better known as Medinatuz Zah- ra (the City of Zahra). This palace was completed in 25 years. Within the limits of its compound lived many thousands of soldiers and workers. Its for- tified walls had 15,000 massive and powerful gates. The length of this palace was 4 miles and its breadth 3 miles. For 25 years, daily 10,000 artisans and labour- ers, and 4000 camels and mules worked in the construction of this palace. The palace was con- structed on 4316 massive pillars which were of a variety of pre- cious stones. Some of the pillars were sent as gifts by the Chris- tian kings of France, Constanti- nople and other European coun- tries who sought the favour of the Sultan. Two wonderfully constructed fountains were established in the palace. The bigger of the two was so adorned with gold- plating, giving the impression that the entire fountain was made of gold. ‘Beautiful’ (satanic in terms of Islam) statues of humans were constructed in this fountain as part of the decorations. The smaller fountain was built with green marble stone which was acquired from Syria. Twelve water outlets in the form of ani- mals and birds built with pre- cious stones and studded with diamonds, etc., from whose mouths and beaks water con- stantly gushed were erected at this fountain. Even European historians who had seen these fountains conceded that words could not do justice to the beauty and wonder of these construc- tions. One section of the palace was known as Qasrul Khulafa’ (The Palace of the Khulafa). History books authored by westerners should be read to understand the splendour of this section. It will suffice to give an idea to men- tion that this section of the pal- ace alone had 13,750 servants. From these, 6,314 were in the constant service of the queen of queen, Zahra, the beloved slave girl of Sultan Abdur Rahmaan. Daily 12,000 loaves of bread would be fed to the exotic fish in the Pond of Zahra. Besides Qasruz Zahra (the Pal- ace of Zahra), there were also other palaces such as Qasrul Ma’shooq (The Palace of the Be- loved One), Qasrus Suroor (The Palace of Happiness), Qasrut Taaj (The Palace of The Crown), Qasrud Damishq (The Palace of Damascus), etc., etc., which were all unique. There was noth- ing on earth to match the em- bellishment and adornment of these palaces. The Sultans of Spain had emu- lated Shaddaad who had at- tempted to build ‘jannat’ to vie with the Jannat the Nabi of the time had spoken of. These Sul- tans sought happiness and pleas- ure on earth completely oblivi- ous of Maut and the Aakhirat. Not a single one of their herd of palace ulama had advised them about the impending evil and of the disastrous consequences which would follow in the wake of this insane pursuit of the dunya – a pursuit which had made them oblivious of Allah Ta’ala. When the Sultan first visited the palace with his beloved Az- Zahra, on seeing the huge form of the black mountain in the background of the palace, she commented: “This palace is like a beloved sweetheart in the grips of an ugly man.” The Sultan im- mediately issued orders for the mountain to be demolished and its very roots be uprooted. To satisfy his beloved one, he was prepared, like Iblees, to stand as an adversary to Allah Azza Wa J a l . I m a a m G h a z a a l i (Rahmatullah alayh) said that when a man is trapped in love with a woman, then 80% of his brain cells become inoperative. Finally when the wise men of the palace explained that it was an impossible task and that only Allah Ta’ala could destroy the huge mountain, the Sultan came to his senses. Nevertheless, he issued orders for transforming the entire mountain into a mas- sive orchard of fig trees, almond trees, pomegranates, flowers, etc. The mountain was soon transformed into a ‘garden of paradise’. Thus, the Muslims themselves planted the seeds of their future destruction in Spain by courting the Wrath of Allah Azza wa jal. They had forgotten about Allah Ta’ala and the Deen. Their ula- ma, instead of admonishing and advising the Sultans, totally abandoned Amr Bil Ma’roof Na- hyi Anil Munkar. On the contra- ry, they fabricated fatwas to ha- laalize the evil and the shirk of statues in the same way as the molvis of this era have ha- laalized pictures of animate ob- jects, digital pictures and televi- sion. All of this satanism culminated in the final destruction of Mus- lim rule and the forcible conver- sion to Christianity and the ex- pulsion of every single Muslim from Spain. “You (O Allah!) grant honour to whomever You will, and You humiliate whomev- er You will.” (Qur’aan) Allah Ta’ala snatched away Spain from the Muslims and handed it over to His kuffaar Ibaad (servants), the Christians. When in Bangla- desh, one gains the impression that one is in a Hindu land. Only when the Athaan is pro- claimed from the numerous Musaajid is one reminded of Islam. But in comparison to the irreligiosity reigning in the country, the Is- lamic community is of little sig- nificance and of no im- portance. As long as there is no metamorphosis in the masses – a transformation from kufr to Imaan – the position will dete- riorate further into the abyss of kufr. The basic cause for all the kufr and shirk in which the population is submerged, is jahaalat. They are almost total- ly ignorant of Islam. It is on this score that the Ulama have failed. They had abandoned the masses to the devil and his legions, hence the existence of the current situation in which KUFR reigns the country. This is the primary cause of the spread of jahaalat and kufr in all Muslim countries. The Ula- ma Fraternity is rotten to the core. They are mercenaries manipulating the Deen for worldly pursuits and objec- tives. The Deen and the Aakhirat just do not feature in their hearts. The solution is not just to es- tablish Darul Ulooms. The Bangladeshi Ulama are pre- occupied with the endeavour to establish small empires for themselves. The Ulama estab- lish Darul Ulooms and each one is concerned with only his institution without a care for the next one. As long as his in- stitution flourishes, he cannot be concerned with other Deeni institutions and even less with the masses who are incremen- tally slipping in the abyss of kufr. The numerous Darul Ulooms in Bangladesh are in reality a drop in the ocean relative to the population. Furthermore, it is not possible nor feasible for the entire populace to be- come molvis. Secular education minus its kufr paraphernalia which ruins the Imaan of the millions, is necessary for oper- ating a country. Infact, Ha- dhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) had commented that today’s molvis are incapable of govern- ing a country. This comment of Hadhrat Thanvi is a simple fact which even simple brains can readily absorb. Secular education stripped of the western fisq, fujoor and kufr attributes and evil environment, is impera- tive. In this sphere of life the Ulama have miserably failed, hence the kuffaar recognizing this failure swiftly filled the vacuum. Along with their style of secular education came their kufr indoctrination. They fit- ted the brains of all their Mus- lim students with kufr strait- jackets. Almost all Muslims who acquired secular educa- tion in the kufr environment of the west have become agents of Iblees. Thus, every Muslim country is in the grips of kuffaar regimes. This has been the greatest success of the colo- nial powers. There is still hope, if the Ula- ma can only open their eyes, brains and hearts to under- stand what has happened and what is happening in Bangla- desh and elsewhere. They need to put their heads together, sit with other Ulama who have the Ummah of the world at heart and formulate strategies in consonance with the Sunnah to remedy the satanic situation in which Muslim nations are trapped and sliding more and more into the pit of kufr and vice. Sitting together does not imply western style confer- ences which specialize in mer- rymaking, eating, waste, non- sensical delivery of papers, and passing of resolutions devoid of Islamic substance, sincerity and life. These stupid western methods are not meant for the Muslimeen. QUESTIONS The Bangla- deshi Brother, posed the fol- lowing ques- tions regarding the kufr confla- grations devouring Bangla- desh: Q. The majority of the ignorant Muslims of Bangladesh cele- brate this "Bengali New Year" along with the Hindus. When confronted, they respond saying that this is "just a cultural and traditional event". What does Islam say about a Muslim adopting so-called "cultural and traditional customs"? A. Whilst the answer is quite simple and while genuine Mus- lims know and accept that this argument of the juhala masses is absolutely baatil, this aware- ness by the few serves no bene- ficial purpose for the ignorant masses whose very Imaan has been either extinguished or is on the verge of extinction. The editor of the Dhaka Tribune is an absolute jaahil, more jaahil than the ignora- mus in the street. That is why he has written so much kufr drivel to justify the Hindu kufr which Bangladeshis have ac- cepted with open arms and wholeheartedly. This condition of kufr which is a great plague in Bangladesh cannot be remedied by taking to the streets as suggested by Hefazat-e-Islam. On the con- trary, taking to the streets will be counter-productive. Street protests and demonstrations are the methods of the kuffaar. While there may be some bene- fit in these methods for the kuffaar, there is only destruc- tion for Muslims in the adop- tion of kuffaar methodology to solve problems. Hadhrat Mau- lana Ashraf Ali Thanvi (Rahmatullah alayh) has said that in Islam we know of only two ways: Jihad or Sabr. The in-between methods of the kuffaar are foreign to us. We do not understand them nor accept them as valid for Mus- lims. Today the condition of Mus- lims is worse than the condi- tion of the Muslims on the oc- casion of Hudaibiyyah. The Ulama need to formulate strat- egies in the background sil- h o u e t t e o f Hudaibiyyah. Only in this is our success. Street protests western kuffaar style will bring greater repres- sion and brutality from the Hindu government. The cur- rent ‘freedom’ which the Madaaris and other Deeni in- stitutions have in Bangladesh will also be severely curtailed and even proscribed. It is therefore best to work within the confines of this ‘freedom’ with Sabr and with the focus on Allah Azza Wa Jal. Q . But much worse must be expected from these munaafiqeen who are today ruling the Land of Islam. ‘If you aid (the Deen of) Al- lah, He will aid you and plant your feet firmly (against your enemies).” (Qur’aan) “If Allah helps you, no one can then defeat you, and if He withdraws His aid from you, then who is there besides Him to help you?” Al Haq Bulletin 57 Page 8 refuted? A. Having the Hindu bindi (kufr dot) on the forehead in emulation of the Hindu mush- rikeen is obviously kufr. It is just like wearing a crucifix around the neck without be- lieving in the Christian concept of the “crucifixion of Christ”. Regardless of belief, the very adoption of a kaafir religious practice/custom is kufr which expels the Muslim from the fold of Islam. But due to the abject jahaalat of the people who were reared like Hindus by their pro-Hindu parents who were all part of the Hin- duization of Bangladesh, they will not understand any Islam- ic logic. The only slender hope is in mass publication of education- al articles in the Bangladeshi language, and for the Ulama to constantly deliver educational bayaans in the Musaajid and elsewhere without adopting a methodology which would an- tagonize the shaitaani Hindu regime strangling Bangladesh today. There are other grass- roots methods too which the Bangladeshi Ulama should dis- cuss and formulate in consulta- tion with other Ulama of Ta- qwa and of philanthropic dis- position. Q. Third question which is of a major concern: Whenever the Ulama-e-Haqq raise their voice appealing to Muslims to avoid emulating the customs of other religions, the secularists label their appeals as "Hate-Speech", "narrow, parochial interpreta- tion of Islam". Is the deeming of hindu prac- tices (so-called "traditional practices") as haraam for Mus- lims "threats, incitement to vio- lence, and hate directed at a re- ligious community" as the secu- larist editor of the Dhaka Trib- une has averred? How should the Ulama reply to such false slanders to the awaam? Please comment on these issues. Jazakallahu Khayr. A. As mentioned in the previ- ous answer, the Ulama in Bangladesh should not adopt a confrontational stance. The re- action of the western-educated juhala such as the editor of the newspaper being kaafir at heart, will obviously label eve- ry teaching of Islam which re- futes kufr and shirk to be ‘hate speech’ and ‘incitement’. Everything of Islam is ‘hate speech and incitement’ for the- se human devils. Regarding them, the Qur’aan Majeed states: “Verily hatred has gushed forth from their mouths (for you, O Believers!). But what their breasts conceal is worse”. The robust stance adopted by Hefazat-e-Islam at the pub- lic rally outside Baitul Mukar- ram Musjid was deliberately and wrongly interpreted by the stupid editor as being ‘incitement and hate speech’. Public demonstrations by practising Muslims, especially in an anti-Islam state such as Bangladesh will be deliberately and conveniently proclaimed to be ‘hate speech’ in order to further suppress the Deen and the people of the Deen. Sometimes discretion is the better part of valour. On the battlefield of Jihad, the need to display valour is imperative. But in the environment in which ordinary Muslims find themselves under the yoke of oppressors who cherish invet- erate hatred for Islam and or- thodox Muslims, there is a need to adopt greater intelli- gence and to keep in mind the long term benefits of Sabr. Ponder over the humiliating conditions of the Treaty of Hudaibiyyah accepted by R a s u l u l l a h ( S a l l a l l a h u a l a y h i wasallam), and which Allah Ta’ala de- scribes in the Q u r ’ a a n Majeed as “A manifest victo- ry”. The Ulama should consider long term planning for the Imaani inter- ests of the masses whose at- tachment with Islam dangles on a flimsy thread, and in in- numerable cases involving tens of millions of Bangladeshis, Imaan has already been extin- guished. These kuffaar secularists masquerading as ‘Muslims’ deem every teaching of Islam publicly stated by the Ulama to be an imposi- tion on the pop- ulation. The implication is quite clear. Islam must be banned. Nothing of Islam should be publicly aired. Stat- ing that idolatry is haraam; zina is haraam; same sex mar- riages are haraam; homosexu- ality is haraam; prostitution is haraam; liquor is haraam; adopting the practices of the mushrikeen is haraam, etc., etc. – all of these tenets of Is- lam if stated in public are re- garded by the pro-Hindu so- called secularists as imposi- tions on the population. But the injustices and oppression, the denial of freedom of reli- gion, that is freedom for the Islamic Deen, and the imposi- tion by the kuffaar govern- ment of corrupt, haraam and kuffaar concepts on Muslims are not regarded as unjust im- positions on the genuine Mus- lim population. Only Islamic teaching is assailed and brand- ed as imposition on the people. Yet, the Ulama are not impos- ing on anyone. They are mere- ly stating what Allah Ta’ala and His Rasool (Sallallahu alayhi wasallam) had pro- claimed. The Ulama in Bangla- desh and anywhere else do not possess the coercive power to impose the Deen on the popu- lation. They only state the Message of Islam as command- ed by Allah Ta’ala. In this regard the Qur’aan states: “Upon us is only to deliver the Clear Message.” N o w whether the people accept or reject this Mes- sage, is not within the power of the Ulama. The jaahil editor of the stupid paper has spoken stupidly and irrationally. In which way are the Ulama im- posing on the population? On the contrary, the so-called ‘secularists’ are imposing their brand of atheism on the peo- ple, especially on those who are true Muslims. His claim is both slanderous and devoid of even secular sense. Furthermore, these anti- Islam, pro-Hindu agents of Iblees are not secularists in the literal sense. While they pre- tend to be secularists, they are Hindus deep down in their hearts, hence their strong pro- Hindu bias displayed for Mus- lims who endeavour to follow the Shariat. Their claim that Bangla- desh is a ‘secular’ state is a monstrous canard. Bangladesh is a Hindu state, hence this evil regime leaves no stone un- turned in its pernicious plot to extinguish Islam. But, ulti- mately it will suffer a misera- ble failure and defeat, Insha- Allah. In addition to sombre ac- quittal and intelligent plan- ning, the Ulama and the people of the Deen should turn to Al- lah Ta’ala with obedience and Dua. Supplicate to Allah Ta’ala to create a gap, a breathing space for Islam to begin flourishing in Bangla- desh. Nothing is impossible for Allah Azza Wa Jal. Allah Ta’ala had created such a breathing space for the Turk- ish Muslims in the form of Er- dogan after many decades of brutal kufr imposition. The life of fisq, fujoor and kufr adopted from the Yahood and Nasaara have completely ema- ciated and destroyed the Imaan and spiritual fibre of Muslims, hence the preponder- ance of bootlicking scholars for dollars masquerading as ‘ulama’. In reality, they are the worst scum (ghutha) polluting the earth. About these treacherous ‘scholars’ who betray Allah and His Rasool (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam), the Hadith says: “The Sālihoon (the true, up- righteous Ulama and Auliya) are departing (from this world) one after the other (in quick succession). Then there shall remain hufaalah (trash, scum and rubbish) such as the chaff of dates or barely. Allah will have no care whatsoever for them.” The Mu’mineen – if they are genuine Mu’mineen are not in need of the kuffaar. Reminding us of this reality, the Qur’aan states: “O Nabi! Allah and the Mu’mi- neen who follow you, suffice for you.” (Al-Anfaal, 64) According to unofficial Saudi sources, the authorities have arrested the Islamic scholar, affiliated to Sahwa Movement (Awakening movement), Sheikh Safar Al-Hawali, along with a number of his sons be- cause of his position towards the ruling family’s policies in the country. A Twitter account named “Moatqali Al-Ray” (Prisoners of Conscience) published a tweet in which it said that the arrest of Sheikh Al-Hawali, 68, came a few days after he pub- lished his book Muslims and the Western Civilisation in which he attacked the ruling family in Saudi Arabia and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Mohammed bin Zayed. Prisoners of Conscience Twitter account said that the security forces raided Al- Hawali’s house. They covered his eyes and tied him and his son Ibrahim up. They also frightened children in the house and confiscated mobile phones and electronic devices. Sheikh Al-Hawali’s newly published book is a 3000-page publication in which he wrote that the ruling family “has been wasting funds on fake projects.” Sheikh Al-Hawali attacked the crown prince Mohammad Bin Salman and his ties with Israel, calling it a “betrayal”. He called to move away from what he described as “bin Zayed’s approach in the UAE.” According to Arab media outlets, Sheikh Al-Hawali holds a doctoral degree in reli- gions and beliefs. He is consid- ered the most important schol- ar of Sahwa Movement in the 1980s and 1990s, which is the largest religious movement in Saudi Arabia. Al-Hawali is also one of the strongest opponents of the US and Israeli presence in the re- gion. The Saudi authorities im- prisoned him in the mid-1990s along with a large number of advocates of Sahwa Movement because of their opposing posi- tion against US forces entering to Saudi Arabia. Since September last year, the Saudi authorities have launched an anti-Sahwa- Movement arrests campaign that included Islamic scholars Salman Al-Ouda, Ayed Al- Qarni and others. (End of Re- port) Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: “The noblest Jihad is to pro- claim the Haq to a tyrannical ruler.” Besides Shaikh Al-Hawali, thousands of others are lan- guishing in Saudi dungeons for stating the Haq (Truth). The kuffaar rulers of Saudi Arabia are among the worst oppressor regimes of the world. Allah Ta’ala states in the Qur’aan Majeed: “For every nation there is an appointed time. When their ap- pointed time arrives, it shall not be advanced nor delayed for even a moment.” The writing is already on the wall signifying the destruction of the oppressive kaafir Saudi Regime. “Those who do not govern ac- cording to the (Shariah) which Allah has revealed, verily they are kaafiroon.” (Al-Maaidah, Aayat 44) QUESTION: President Erdogan has won the elections in Turkey. Darul Uloom Zakariyya of Johannesburg has published a laudatory letter congratulating Erdogan and highly praising him. Is it proper for Ulama to congratulate secular Leaders and Politicians for achieving victory in a Kuffar Political System? Please enlighten and guide us with a detailed explanation in the light of the Shariah. ANSWER: Undoubtedly Erdogan and his party are the best favours for the Turkish Muslims since the era of the abolition of the Khil- afate by the Kuffaar about a century ago. In the wake of the abolition of the Khilafate, Islam was ex- punged by the atheist Dajjaal Attaturk. Thus, the vast ma- jority of Turks, especially the new generations, were reared as atheist Kuffaar. Imaan was extinguished. He is in control of the Universe, and whatever happens is by His command. “Not a leaf drops (from a tree), but He is aware. The present Arab powers, far from their previous prestige, have in- deed greatly deteriorated in stat- ure to such an extent that they are now known for everything un -Islamic. (The Saudi state never was a chivalrous, progressive, etc. state even from its inception. It was established by the West in furtherance of its (the West’s) own interests. The Saudis de- spite their ‘puritannical extrem- ism) was always a Western sur- rogate state. The current Saudi state is not a ‘Muslim’ State. It is a kuffaar state. The regime is kufr. The ruler is among the worst kinds of murtaddeen. (Al-Haq.) These include their exploitation of labour, oppression of others, opulent and decadent lifestyles, betrayal of their own race, war mongering, extremism in reli- gion, manipulation and selective application of religion, and the cherry on the top – their open love, alliance, and adoration of USA and Israel. The only thing now left to change is the Saudi flag. The pure Kalimah (Islamic Creed) should be removed and be re- placed by a woman in a bikini. But being a friend of the devil is no ordinary task. You need to do two things to be afforded this disgraceful privilege. Firstly, you have to sell your religion – a de- mand which is currently being fulfilled; and secondly, you have to take your Lord and Protector to be the mighty West, the formi- dable East, or anyone else be- sides the One Almighty. These leaders profess Islam out- wardly, but our most noble Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him) de- sisted from the type of behavior openly exhibited nowadays. For starters, our most noble Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings be upon him) refused to be crowned a king by the Quraish, to be treated like a king, to live like a king, to dress like a king, to be given the powers and privileges of a king, and to being given the status of a legislator king. But today’s Arab rulers want to be styled as “King” and ‘Emirs.” What difference is there then between them and people like Firoun, Qarun, and Abu Jahal? Let it be known that such leaders do not represent the Muslim um- mah, nor the lands they rule over. Rather, they represent the great demon Iblees, and his ter- rorist henchmen in the USA, UK, France, India, Israel and in other countries leading the trend of mass murder, mass corruption, and mass destruction on earth. Muslims do not regard such leaders as their guides, even if they are styled “Custodians of the Two Holy Mosques,” and appear in holy garb now and then. They are just secular politi- cal leaders who have turned their back on Islam and are enjoying the sunshine and hay of this earth for as long as they can. Having previously had far reach- ing powers, they now can only offer friendly ‘advise’ to trans- gressors with no legal clout at all. Shops can now remain open during prayer times, and nude billboards are appearing all over the scene. Although I agree with uplifting the driving ban, the new reforms have largely taken wom- en out of the sanctity of their homes and transformed them in- to sexual symbols. (We disagree with the Maulana regarding his view on the uplift- ing the driving ban for women. The Maulana Sahib is in griev- ous error on this issue. It is haraam for women to drive. Al- lah’s curse settles on them and on the males who permit them to drive. — Al-Haq) But more fearful developments have taken place on the religious front. For years, leading scholars bold enough to criticize the poli- cies of the Kingdom have been silently jailed, but this year more than 40 top-ranking shuyookh have been jailed in one fell swoop – jailed solely because they speak the truth to a tyrant taghoot. Shortly thereafter, the world was shocked when one of the famous royal blue-eyed Imams of the Haram said that Israel is an ally to the Muslims, and an Imam who spoke out against Israel on a Jumu’ah plat- form was dubbed “an escaped madman” and forcibly removed from the podium. Sadly, all the current Imams and teachers in the country are state-owned and state-controlled. Teaching Islam for them is just like teaching a history lesson to a bunch of 8 year olds. Every talk is scripted and monitored, and every lesson delivered is recorded. But if this is not serious enough, to further appease their western patrons, all the university and madrassah Islamic textbooks of the country have been sent to the Pentagon for “revising and mod- ernizing.” I have not seen any of these “Pentagon approved” textbooks yet, but I’m pretty sure they will probably contain the following teachings: All religions are equal. The Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Hindu and Taoist are all equal. Everyone can pray in anybody’s temple, in whichever way, via an idol, an image or a bonfire, it will be the same God. Any person from any race can intermarry too, and the forbidden teachings of one reli- gion will not apply to followers of the next religion. Muslims are a peaceful people. When others murder, rape or bomb them, it’s because of their own sins, and a form of well de- served divine punishment upon them. There is no such a thing as Jihad, speaking the truth or de- fending the oppressed. Even when children of six and grand- mothers of 68 are gang raped, mind your own business, as these are internal issues of different countries. The current Muslim western- approved political leaders are your true leaders and spiritual guides. They are not the law, but above the law and divine. They need to be obeyed in all respects, even in the disobedience of the One and True Almighty. Fear them, not the Almighty. They are wise, powerful, sinless, and your ticket to peace. Everyone has a choice on how to live and to treat their body. The LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, & Transgender) movement is le- gitimate, and sexual perversity is a natural disposition. Israel has a right to exist and is unilaterally entitled to the land they illegally invaded. Masjid al- Aqsa belongs to the Zionists, since the conquest of Jerusalem by Sayyadina Umar ibn al- Khattab is not recognized by in- ternational secular law. Besides, both being Semite, the Jews and Arabs are brothers. The Palestin- ians and all those who support the resistance constitute an “Axis of Evil” and must be eradicated. Everyone should adopt Sufi Is- lam and indulge in all forms of weird dancing and chanting to enhance their spiritual states. The study of the Qur’an, Sunnah and any authentic Islamic literature should also be abandoned. Ra- ther just blindly follow and over- venerate your Shaikh (Sufi Men- tor) who would most probably be on the payroll too. If you want to protest or say anything against the government, do so in a peaceful online petition or in a controlled street demonstration. Remember, trouble-makers are always marked. The current world order is not to be challenged. Politically, your fate is sealed and humiliation is your destiny. All things good and pure are now old-fashion. If a Muslim desires a peaceful exist- ence, he/she should modernize and be in the service of the prev- alent philosophy. There is no such a thing as ummatic brother- hood, a desire to unify the Mus- lim world under a righteous Ca- liph, forbidding the evil or pro- moting the good. Every person should be for himself, and avail himself to all the attractions and pleasures of the world currently on offer, even in the Holy Lands. Now having firm control over the religious class and the mass- es, even the Royal family and political elite have not been spared. In a blitz operation, over 200 members of Saudi elite were held to ransom in the Ritz Hotel, and only released after their for- tunes were looted, and their eco- nomic and political clout vastly diminished. The more ills in the form of resorts, cine- mas, casinos, concerts, night clubs, musicals, comic cons, and forbidden entertainment is intro- duced to bridge the deficit, the more people will suffer. As an example, a beach resort is pro- posed to be built on the Red Sea between the towns of Umluj and Al-Wajh in northern Hejaz. This project will involve ‘50 islands upon 34 000 square kilometres in a global up-market tourism and leisure mega-development’ and will be ‘governed by laws on par with international standards.’ This will allow women to wear bikinis in the pool and beach are- as Vision 2030 is aimed at bringing prosperity to this beleaguered country, but by 2030, the country may be already turned to dust. A hadith speaks about Madinah al- Munawwarah becoming desolate at the end of time, and huge ar- mies emanating from Sham at- tacking the forces of Imam al- Mahdi in Mak kah al- Mukarramah. These are all signs that as Saudi is responsible for the destruction of Yemen, Syria and Palestine, the same plight will befall it. It will become law- less, leaderless, desolate, and a playfield for the superpowers of the time. Lastly, there are many pro- Iranians who gleefully read arti- cles such as this condemning the Saudis, but little do they know that the Saudi about-turn in 2017, was already done by Khomeni in 1979. The Shi’ah have a 40 year start in apostasy over the Saudis! Khomeini, like MbS, was a Shi’ah asset who not only disfigured Islam beyond recognition (Shi’ism equals Zi- onism), but whose presence in the Middle East have kept the Arabs in balance. The only dif- ference is that the Bedouin Arabs are not polished diplomats enough to hide their alliances with the Zionists, but the Irani- ans are. Make Sunnism your vest and Ummah your Qamees....Let Sunnis stay Sunni and let the Shia stay Shi- ah... Live with love...." Many Ulema picked up on this and took offence at these state- ments and Tariq Jamil received much criticism from many quar- ters. When he arrived in the UK, he decided to clear the air by giving a clarification interview in which he justified his words by stating that: "He himself was on the path of Ulama-e-Deoband and he has been preaching love for many years....... and found this to be very useful......" Firstly, Ulama-e-Deoband con- sider themselves to be heirs of the Wali -Ullah legacy. Shah Waliullah and his son Shah Ab- dul Azeez (rahimahumallah) both refuted Shiaism extensively in their master pieces,; Izaalah and Tohfah Ithna-Ashariyah re- spectively. Moulana Qasim Nanotwi (rahimahullah), the founder of Darul Uloom Deoband wrote an- other absolute master piece in refutation of Shiaism and entitled it Hadiyatush-Shiah. Moulana Khalil Ahmad Sa- haranpuri (rahiahullah) is referred to as the spokesperson for Deo- bandiyat for answering the ques- tions presented by Ulema of Ha- ramain and authored the famous work Al-Muhannid alal Mufannid. He authored another master piece in refutation of Shi- aism and titled it, Al-Matraqatul Karaamah ala Mir’atil Imaamah. Allamah Anwar Shah Kash- miri (rahimahullah) authored Ikfaarul-Mulhideen. When all these great elders of Deoband and others have unre- servedly refuted and rejected Shi- aism - how can Tariq Jamil claim to be following in the foot- steps of the Ulama of Deoband by preaching LOVE for Shias? Cursing the Sahaabah in gen- eral and especially Abu Bakr, Umar and Aaishah (radhiyAllahu anhum) is an inte- gral and essential part of Shiaism. How can any Muslim live in love with those who curse these MOST BELOVED souls in the eyes of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)? Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) said: “A man will be with those he loves”. So if one loves the Shiah and promotes love for the Shiah, then in the light of the above hadeeth of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) one should expect to rise with those one loves (i.e. with the Shiahs). Tariq Jamil claimed to follow Ulama-e-Deoband. But these Ulema subscribe to the doctrine: “Whosoever denies even ONE essential matter of deen is not from the Ahlul-Qiblah (Muslims) even though he may strive to ful- fil other matters of obedience (worship). (Jawaahirul-fiqh of Mufti Shafi Sahib -Grand Mufti of Deoband and Pakistan in his time.) Secondly, while Tariq Jamil might have felt his message of love to have been useful, the masses of ordinary people have been deceived and misled into thinking and believing that Shi- aism is a perfectly acceptable part of Islam and use Tariq Jamil name to justify the kufr of Shi- aism. So in conclusion, Tariq Jamil’s name has become a SHIELD for the defence and jus- tification of KUFR amongst the general public. There is no doubt that the ca- lamities and hardships which have befallen and are still be- falling Palestine (as well as oth- er Muslim communities) are the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal. Such calamities are the conse- quences of gross transgression – of rebellious fisq and fujoor and even kufr of the Muslim nation. When the point of no return has been crossed, the Punishment of Allah Ta’ala strikes, and noth- ing but repentance and obedi- ence (Taubah, Istighfaar and Inaabat) are the solution. A Concerned Palestinian Brother writes: “My relatives stole most of the land which we had inherited. This kind of injustice and op- pression are widespread all over Palestine. It is not only in our family. Usurping the land of heirs and their property is a norm in Palestine. Everyone tries to eat each other’s rights. Maybe this is one of the reasons for Allah’s punishment upon us.” (End of the Brother’s la- ment) Comment Undoubtedly, it is among the primary causes for the calami- ties which have settled on Pales- tine. Denial of these calamities being Allah’s Athaab is kufr. The Qur’aan states explicitly that Allah Ta’ala will not change the condition of a people as long as they themselves do not change it. When obedience is replaced with disobedience, transgression, fisq and fujoor, then the Athaab of Allah Azza Wa Jal is the logical and the nat- ural consequence. The Qur’aan Majeed states: “You will not find for Allah’s way a change.” Usurpation of land by Mus- lims is being punished with usurpation of land by the Ya- hood. When Muslims of Pales- tine devour the land of their own flesh and blood, then the usurpation by the Yahood should not at all be surprising. It is stated in the Hadith that the usurper of even one baalisht (a handspan) of land will have it strung around his neck on the Day of Qiyaamah. As far as the usurped land goes down into the dregs of the earth, such a weight shall be hung around his neck. This will be just one form of the punishment. The other three entities who co -issued the stupid message are in terms of the Shariah Juhala and Fussaaq. They are Shiah sup- porters and have no standing in the Muslim community.
