PRESS STATEMENT
We have noted the press statement issued by the National Religious Leaders Council on the controversy surrounding President Jacob Zuma. Regarding the statement, our comments are as follows:
(1) The Ulama of South Africa are not affiliated to the NRLC. As such, the Muslim community is not a party to the statement issued by the NRLC.
